We had a wonderful stay at the Prague Marriott Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town and many major attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was included and truly exceeded our expectations, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. We also used the hotel parking. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Prague.

Breakfast was very good. Location was very good. Room was good. Personnel was good. Special thanks to Mr. Jacob. I had broke my foot finger weeks before. He was helpful and provided ice package for my foot.

No View form the room. (Superior room) Electrical system of the room is a bit complex. You have to spend a little time to understand how it works, also the air condition system. The writings on the Phone is impossible to Read (very small). Sound isolation is not very good. Security guards at the entrance may be more careful about the customers. On the Fourth day they still did not recognize we are customers and one of them asked us “can i help you” while entering the hotel.

While each and every member of staff was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding; there was one person at the night desk (an older gentleman) who was extremely rude. We came back late at night and asked for a bottle of water. We were 4 of us and hence asked for water for all of us. He very curtly told us that he could give us only one bottle per person (1. We didn’t ask for more, 2. It’s just water; and if that’s the hotel policy just ask us to pay). We felt his attitude was racist and unnecessary

I got a complimentary upgrading to a bigger room. I really appreciate that. The front desk staff was really nice and friendly. They are fluent in English and were willing to help you as much as possible. I need to check out at 3am in the morning leaving to the airport. I was asking if they have coffee bc the coffee shop was not opening at that time. They offer me a latte and it save me a lot! The cleaning staff started cleaning up the lobby at that time. It was really impressive. The room is very clean and new. The facilities are very great. Anyhow, I had good time staying in Prague Marriott. I will def stay here again next time when I go visit Prague.

Excellent location and great value of money. Suitable for families with their specious & connecting rooms. Big lobby with good food choices.

The only thing is missed is SPA. We couldn’t imagine that we are in Prague in a good chain of hotels such as Marriott with no SPA services. We had have to go out to do SPA in other hotel. We wish to have this service in the hotel.

My overseas workplace is located in the Prague area so I am a regular visitor, spending 75 - 100 nights per year in the city using a number of 'favoured' hotels. The staff here went the extra mile to such an extent that I would say it is the best serviced hotel I have stayed in in the Prague area. Breakfast choice was superb, reception staff were excellent. Great location and just a few minutes walk from the old town.

'M Club' members are encouarged to use a different breakfast room. If M Club members want to use the general breakfast area, then a charge is applicable which seems a bit odd. This may be a Marriott policy not unique to this property.

Ideal location. Just outside of old town, a 10-minute walk. Rooms were decent sized and kept very clean. Service was excellent. Staff very polite and courteous and all of the needs were well attended to. The concierge service was top-notch. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to guide us clearly on how to plan our days, where to eat, what kinds of food etc. Special mention and note of thanks to Denisa and Kristina.

Website is misleading about there being a swimming pool in the hotel. My daughter was looking forward to using the facility and had eagerly packed her swimming costume etc. She was very disaappointed to find out that there was no pool.

On arrival no bellboy came to assist with luggage. The lady who checked us out has a bad attitude, which we never faced in Prague

Excellent service, great rooms, and a world class breakfast. Actually, a truly mind blowing breakfast buffet! Location is fantastic. Just a short walk away from all the Main sights. The service is friendly and punctual. I mistakenly dropped a diamond pendant down the bathroom sink and within minutes maintenance had sent somebody to unscrew the pipe to retrieve it for me!

The restaurant downstairs for dinner was extremely noisy especially when there was a cocktail on the floor above, which has an open balcony into the restaurant.

Location is absolutely perfect. Right by old town praque. First i thought it would be loud at night since it's so close to the hustle bustle but it was super quiet and no noises were keeping me up. That's a huge plus. Good size rooms with everything you need. Didn't try the restaurant but a cool lobby to just put up your feet for a couple of minutes and have a beer after a lot of walking through the city. Also close enough to walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend!

Bed was kind of soft, but that's personal preference.
