Very good location - right next to Josefov/old Jewish quarter. The hotel is in the walking distance from all main attractions, and there are several great bars and pubs near it. Big highlight: very good mattress, big bed, and good quality pillows. We slept better than we do at home. The breakfast was nice, really good pancakes, bacon and ham. Really nice service at breakfast, and generally.

In terms of downside, the TV in the room was on the table, and didn't work that well. But if you don't plan on watching tv, you'll be fine. The bread served at breakfast was a bit sawdusty (especially compared to really good break we had in other places in Prague), but that's a minor thing.

The spacious room, I booked the extra space premium room and it was a great value choice + convenient We celebrated our anniversary in the hotel in which they cordially gave us a complimentary gift for that in which we are thankful for. Reception staff are always there for you and cery acommodating to our requests. The food from the restaurant downstairs is great, I would recommend the spaghetti and the steak. You never go wrong with a melia chain hotel, I visited their hotels in Manchester, Uk + Madrid and now in Prague. Safe yet superb choice.

No pen and paper in the room

Great location, the hotel is in the centre of Old Prague, but in its quiter part, 15 minutes walk to Karlov most. The hotel looks nice, the room was ok, comfy bed.

No slippers and bathrobe, as well as no vanity kits.. Small window. Also the courtyard area, which is highlighted on the hotel reservation pages, is almost non-functional, only for breakfast time may be. In the evening it is unusable, the sitting is uncomfortable and there is a noise policy in force from early hours, even no background music.

Everything and that is unusual for us!!! Breakfast superb- katarina even went to the trouble of buying a special cereal for us, and many other small things that make a client feel valued. Room design excellent use of space. An extra chair was provided. Total blackout drapes making a quiet dark room. Location fine in old city

Receptionists varied. Mostly helpful particularly the young man in the black suit. The log haired male receptionist needed a bit of prodding No English drama just news but Netflix and YouTube were fine

Good location. Looked recently rennovated. Good cleaniness. Large and comfort space for breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.

No possibility to indicate "Do not disturb" outside the room. Room cleaning personnel would knock the door every morning. If you were inside, no cleaning would be done later, unless you specifically ask it from the reception desk. No blankets available, only mattress. Breakfast was generally good, with variety of products. But the breads were of moderate quality and the fresh (squeezed?) juices were diluted.

The customer service was great. They were friendly, accommodating, and eager to please. The room and bed were nice and comfortable. There was a nice bath tub. The breakfast was above average.

The air conditioning did not work well (it was set to eco mode with a minimum temperature of 25, little output, and not adjustable) and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so it got pretty stuffy. I had to open the window and prop open the door to get some ventilation, especially after a shower or bath.

Room was nice and comfortable, with mini-bar that the hotel offered to host; shower perfect for pressure and temperature control. Breakfast perfect with a lot of selection for salat as well as sweet food. In the city center.

There is a lamp on the desk that I did not manage to tun on...I could turn on all the lights inside the room except that one. Maybe the bulb was fuse... The matress was not perfectly flat when lying in one of the sides, so some quality check is recommended. Finally, although this is a cultural habit, the sheets are never quilted like in any German hotel. I do preferr quilt sleeves which is not possible in this case because they are too small...

The location is great a few minutes walk from Old Town. Breakfast was very well present in the restaurant with enough variety. The room was great too, good size, the bed and pillows sooo comfy had an amazing sleep.

The surfaces of the furniture in the room were stained. I am not sure if not cleaned well or if the material was stained from usage, either way didn't leave a good impression. The nightstands were way too low compared to the bed, making it uncomfortable to reach out for the phone, a mug or any item.
