Loved the location. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Also close to tram.

Very old so a bit dark. Hard to manoeuvre curtains due to the way they are hung.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great central location in Mala Strana on the same street as the Charles Bridge and steps away from easy public transit. The street outside was busy but not loud with the windows closed. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and respected our preference to not have daily housekeeping. We asked for the room to be cleaned once during our 5 night stay and it was immaculate. The elevator was very convenient for moving luggage, and at the end of a few long days of walking.

We visited in spring and the fans were perfect for the warming temps, but this apartment probably gets pretty hot in the summer with no AC.

Martin at reception was exceptional. He gave us excellent and accurate information about where to go, what to see and good places to eat. The airport taxi service they arrange from reception was very good. Prompt and very friendly lady picked us up from the apartment on time and dropped us at the terminal. The location of the apartments is right near the Charles Bridge and easy walk to the centre of town and the castle. Also very close to tram stations. Would stay again and would recommend.

Our apartment was not quite what I was expecting. We had No 204. I would definitely request a different apartment or pay extra for a better one. Unfortunately they were fully booked so could not change our room.

Three golden crowns is in a fab location everywhere is close by.Apartment large & quiet. Prague is a magical place.

When booking 10 month ago booking.com made it appear we were booking the room with the view of castle but the view from our apartment was rather grotty despite this & the rather abrupt reception chap we had a great time.

great location. a peaceful oasis close to the Charles Bridge but quiet at night. very good facilities - washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, good shower, comfy beds. immaculately clean. helpful staff.

the website could have made it clearer that there were several different rooms in the apartment (which was better than expected), and also that there is no-one around after 7pm. Visitors in summer might struggle with the lack of AC in an attic apartment, but the fans worked pretty well.

We spent 5 wonderful days here. The apartment was very big, full of light and the bed was very comfortable. And the staff at the reception desk was always very kind and welcoming. We also used the transfer to the airport. Cheap and on time!

They changed the towels every day (which can be considered good of course, but there was a message saying you could indicate it wasn't needed by hanging them up for sustainability purposes, they always ignore that). Ah, maybe more free nespresso capsules would be great :-D

Great central location with easy access to public transport. The building itself is full of history and sits in a prime spot. Our room was nice, clean, spacious, and warm. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. The table lamp in the bedroom was not working, but it was sorted with utmost efficiency.

Road noise, especially the bin collection that is taking place every day. Also, the picture of the room on Booking.com was misleading and did not match the actual room we were given. Saying that, the room was very nice, just not what we were expecting.

The room and location were exactly what we needed for me, my wife, and son. We were in a newly renovated apartment that was well laid out and very spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in helping us. We loved our time there.

The only drawbacks were the door lock and the shower. I'm 5'11'' and I had to duck to fit in the shower. There is only a wand to use and the fitting is a bit too low to raise over my head. The other, much bigger issue is that the lock to the door is an older lock that doesn't open from the inside unless you have the key. Since you also need the key to enter the building downstairs it is cumbersome to leave the apartment with one person in the apartment. It's a major fire hazard to leave someone in the apartment without the key. The lock should be replaced with a handle that allows someone to exit the apartment without a key. Other than these issues, the apartment is a 10.

We stayed in Room 406 which was a loft apartment. The property had a wow factor and was spotless upon arrival. The bed was super comfy and we slept so well every night. There were lots of windows, fans and radiators to be able to get the perfect temperature. Ironing board available for free upon request was really useful. Staff even got me an extra pillow - thanks.

The apartment was in a lovely area but it would be better if it was the other side of the river, as that's where most of the attractions we wanted to visit were located. Also the shower towels were on the small side, it would be better if they were larger and an extra one for my wife's hair. I'm sure they would have given us an extra towel if I had asked though.

The apartment is very spacious in a location which is optimal, if you want to stay in the Old Town. Martin, the Manager, was really unique kind with us: he gave us fantastic tips for sight seeing, other areas of Prague to see quality life of locals, restaurants/ food, to make our tours very efficient and see the best of Prague. Martin was truly the fantastic surprise and added value, which made our staying for the coming days very special!

The only thing to add for the perfect staying could be a partnership with the coffee-bar down in the streets, to have the chance to have breakfast as optional service?
