The location was amazing near all the touristy spots and cafes

The AC was really bad i booked it because it says they have AC but unfortunately it wasn’t working properly and i asked several times for support to fix it but they aren’t supporting, also the breakfast wasn’t good.

Everyone was wonderful, kind and helpful! The people at the front desk, the young people at breakfast- they were lovely! The location is fantastic! It was comfortable and quiet.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the drains were slow. One of our rooms had very ineffective air conditioning. We communicated this and they tried to fix things, but the shower still leaked and the AC was still ineffective.

The location of this hotel is amazing. We love this area. The room was absolutely stunning, huge, and spotlessly clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Couldn't recommend this place enough. The breakfast is lovely. Lots of choice and everything is very fresh.

The only thing to note is that there is a club downstairs, so it can get noisy in the evening, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that. We had our 6 year old with us and she slept just fine, so it's not too bad.

The location in Mala Strana is ideal. So close to Charles Bridge, but a bit off the beaten path. The staff were delightful and so helpful. (Ask for help with taxis because they can get great rates.) The room was wonderful and loved the authentic style and decor. The breakfast included was fabulous! Facilities and rooms updated but still have the old world charm. Loved the quaintness of the property. It isn't large, so has a very cozy feel.

There is a dance/music club next door, which during the hours of 11pm - 3am can be very noisy if in the room directly above. Be sure to request "quiet room" in advance. We checked in late and booked a suite. This was the only one left, so we did not know until the club opened. We did request to be moved and were accomodated after guests checked out. It is a shame this club exists directly next door. I share this because it is truly loud, but we really did love the hotel outside of this one rather important detail.

Location excellent so close to Charles's bridge, Castle, Old Time Square

Evening male receptionist was very rude and arrogant and unhelpful. Lights in the corridor were on timer, 1st sensor was away from our room so we had to walk in complete darkness for 2m. Decor.

Fabulous hotel. A lovely, old, well-maintained building. Very individual. It's literally a one minute walk from the Charles Bridge and about fifteen from the castle. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious each morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fantastic value. The hotel is relatively small, which gave it a lovely, individual feel. Despite its central location, it was on a side street which gave a sense of peace and privacy. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day. But what really set it apart were the staff. I stayed for eight nights and found them to be so helpful, genuine, and courteous; whether behind the day or night desk, or in the breakfast dining room each morning. Thanks for a wonderful time, and The Charles shall in the future be my go-to hotel when in Prague

Great location. Junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Good facilities. Good buffet breakfast and excellent staff.

The guy on reception on our last day, Sunday 10th August really let the rest of the staff down. Wore a t-shirt with a sexually explicit image, was asleep on the desk as I tried to check out despite having just started his shift(I met him coming in when I was going for a walk). NOT typical of the rest of the staff who were professional and friendly. The location of the shower in the bathroom was awkward for someone as tall as I am, but it would not stop me returning.

Spent 8 wonderful nights over Christmas in this beautiful hotel that is fantastically located near The Charles Bridge. We left the hotel and felt like we were leaving extended family behind and they are very special people indeed. Kind, warm, welcoming, always smiling and spoiling guests with an attitude that clearly impresses that nothing is too much trouble if you have any questions or requests. We were given a free upgrade to an Executive Suite and it was so beautifully decorated and ornate in a typical old world charm of Prague but with all the modern amenities. Special mention must be made of Kristina and Yohannes. Two of the most helpful, kind and gentle people we have ever met. Always finding time to assist, ensuring us and all their guests are comfortable and extremely attentive to their guests needs. Kristina willingly engages with people and is very helpful with suggestions for opera, museums & musicals. Yohannes always ready with a big warm welcome, a chat and big smile. Thank you to Lucky and his team at The Charles Hotel, you are doing an incredible job of making visitors from around the world feel very welcome in Prague......The Charles Hotel is our home away from home and Christmas 2022 will certainly be a memory that we will cherish. Thank you for making our stay so special!!!!!

Nothing!!!! Everything was perfect!!!!

This is the third time when we stay at "The Charles" while in Prague. It is always a great pleasure to be there. The hotel has a great location near Charles bridge, the town centre attractions and Prague Castle. There are also beautiful souvenir shops, a grocery, restaurants and pubs nearby. The hotel's interior is very special featuring Baroque-style furniture and wooden beamed ceilings. Walls are beautifully decorated with mural paintings. Rooms are spacious providing all facilities for tourists to feel comfortable. This time our room had a nice view onto the street outside. The bathroom is shining with cleanliness and towels are changed every day. A great surprise was the breakfast offering a huge variety of foodstuffs and delicacies, some of them home made, fresh juices and fruits. Healthy food is an unalienable part of the rich breakfast. A great advantage of "The Charles" Hotel is the staff which is always smiling and very helpful.

During our short vacation in Prague we did not notice any part of the room or the hotel as a whole that would need repair or improvement.

The location is great, right next to the Charles Bridge, old building where you can still see in some places the the historical parts. The staff was absolutely gret, vrey friendly and outgoing, always trying to help. Breakfast was included and very nice too.

Nothing .ajor, but small improvements could be useful, espevially since the location and staff are great. Spaces are a bit tight and it's a bit of a mix of old and new because it's a historical building, but manageable. It would be good to have the samr style in the building and rooms and avoid massive furniture. It would have been great to have some slippers. For me to shower drain was a clogged and I was hoping for some nicely perfumed shower gel, but this one had absolutely no smell.
