The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay in Lesser Town or you can easily cross the bridge and get to Old town. The place is spacious with a California King Size Bed. It was clean, safe, and easy to find and check ourselves in.

The windows are very thin and face the street. You can hear every conversation outside. If you can’t sleep through noise, this place is not for you. The shower head didn’t work in our room and the only option was to hold a hose with a shower head on it. It was a little hard especially with half a wall on the tub. The hot water is perfect though.

Location of the room is outstanding, you are in the old city center, right to Karlov Most (Charles Bridge). There is parking right on the street which costs 490 krowns (around 22-23 eur) per day. Cheaper parking is around 20 min walking distance underground parking next to the Sparta Stadium, 400 krowns (around 16-17 eur) per day. Also next to the accommodation there is tram station from where you can be in a 30 min to the Prague ZOO.

The organization of the check-in was not very accurate. We were told that the room will be ready after 15h, but at the end we were waiting for the room until 18h.

The location is AMAZING! To step out of the hotel and see Charles Bridge is a dream come true! There’s also a tram station just outside of the hotel so it’s easy access to anywhere! The room was on the smaller size but perfect for two people. The beds were VERY comfortable! I liked that although there is not a staff member always in the building, I could send a message and get a quick response.

The hot water went out 2 - 3 times during our stay so starting the day off with a freezing shower was less than desirable. My young child had collected some coins and the housekeeper took them. Perhaps she thought it was a tip, but she shouldn’t take any money unless she is certain that it is for her. Luckily once we notified the hotel and they returned the money. The room was tidy but there was a lot of dust on the light fixtures, under the beds, and throughout the room.

It was nice and cosy apartment in the centre just 2 mins walking from the Karl’s bridge. The tram station is 1 minute’s walk, shops and cafes and all the main sights. The stuff was hospitable and sweet. We would like to come back again and would recommend this place to our friends!

The location ideal, right in the middle of the tourist precinct and very close to a major tram stop. The shower and bathroom were good for one person and the hot water was instant. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Despite a very warm welcoming letter that invited communication with management, the responses to my 2 emails, my 4 SMS messages, and 2 phone calls, were non- existent. They never answered their phone. Checkin time was 3pm however our room wasn't ready until 3:45pm again with no communication and no apology. Our checkin was pathetic. The room was also quite small and compact.

Perfect location. A lively street, yet quiet and peaceful on the courtyard side. Very large bed, spacious outdoor terrace with furniture, tea and coffee in the room, fridge. Simple self check-in and check-out. However, some things could use replacing, such as the chair upholstery and curtains. The toilet seat was broken. Apart from that, everything was as described and expected I recommend this place and plan to return.

The upstairs residents were a bit unusual. Quite noisy at night, and on the last evening someone decided to wash their balcony or something like that. Water poured down right at our terrace exit—luckily, we weren’t sitting there at the time. In the morning, everything was muddy, including the outdoor furniture. Of course, this isn’t directly the hotel’s fault, but perhaps such situations could be prevented in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh options each morning. The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will be happy to return on our next trip!

Great location close to the Charles Bridge and easily accessible by multiple tram lines. Room was clean and had all the basics that me and my partner needed for an extended weekend in the city. Was also nice to have access to the terrace although it was just a simple view (opens up to a courtyard)

Got woken up with construction in the building at 8am on Saturday morning. They had warned about street construction but was annoyed that this was happening inside the building. Also our bed was two beds pushed together with no proper "connector" to keep the beds from falling apart. They were comfy in concept but was a little annoying to wake up falling into the crack in the middle haha

Great location, nice big room for 3 people. Good communication from the hotel prior. Really enjoyed our stay and would use them again.

The room key was accessible by anyone and other guests took my key - clearly labelled with my name in a sealed envelope - and used my room before we arrived instead of their own which was a less than ideal start. Was unable to get in my room and couldn’t get through to owner on the emergency out of hours number. Luckily guest returned timely and it was resolved - though we had to use a room that had had other guests in it for a few hours. Not the fault of the owner, but perhaps a more secure key system could be looked at.
