The location is outstanding, can’t beat it! The city is quite crowded, so it was nice to be able to go back to the hotel and wait for the crowds to die down a bit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room (the second floor corner one in the photo), the the largest in Europe.

The bed was very hard

Our accommodations were in the "neighboring" building, and they could have not been better. Very large room, quiet, beautifully appointed and beyond comfortable (and we were thankful for the elevator!). Spectacular location about 100 meters from the Lesser Town Tower of the Charles Bridge. Location could not have been more convenient or central to all that was happening. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional, yet personable. Breakfasts were outstanding, and though we don't usually dine in our hotels, we had some of our finest dinners in the restaurant. Prague was the last place we visited on a month-long tour of European cities, and we couldn't have found a better place to wrap up the trip!

We were in the Amex opposite the hotel but this was a great room (111). Bed was comfortable, shower was powerful, plenty of soap and shampoos. Reception staff could not do enough to help us 5* Breakfast had everything one needed and more we were spoilt for choice in both hot and cold Food. Really nice touch that they had a bottle of Presseco on ice in the room with compliments of the staff for my 60th birthday. Location was right on the famous Charles bridge. 15 mins from monastery and castle, just over the bridge to the old town. Umbrellas in the hallway for guests to use, free and coffee in reception for guests Would I stay again? 100%

From the minute we arrived we felt delighted with our hotel. The room was available for early check in and what a room. A deluxe suite that had the view of the lesser tower on Charles Bridge. Food was lovely and we really enjoyed our buffet breakfast each morning. Only ate one night there but it was superb and we enjoyed drinks in the evening. Staff were amazing and presented a bottle of bubbles in our room to help us celebrate our 10th wedding anniversay. I could recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. We stayed in the second building of the hotel just across the street which was lovely - clean, comfortable and quiet. The man who checked us in was very helpful and gave us advice on our stay. We also bought metro tickets from reception. Prague is a very walkable city but if you do have a reason to use the metro or trams, the staff will keep you right. Location of hotel was perfect for us and we will stay here again in the future when we return to Prague. It's on the Mala Strana side of Charles Bridge and a 5 mins walk takes you to the other side of the bridge and the main central area of the city, close to the old town square. Highly recommend!

Excellent location in a beautiful traditional building, a few steps from the famous Charles Bridge. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious en-suite room. The staff were very, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is 5* and the breakfast choice is excellent. The little touches of complimentary chocolates, water, tea, coffee and a complimentary ticket to ascend the Lower Tower located immediately outside the hotel all made the stay extra special. The evening before departure we were greeted with a little bottle of Prosecco and a hand written thank you note and fridge magnet.

All absolutely perfect!

It was perfect for us. The front desk people were friendly and professional. Our room was on the second floor (3rd for US people) of the adjacent building. Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and natural sunlight from the two windows. It overlooked a courtyard, which was very quiet in spite of being so close to a busy, touristy street. It was right by one of the towers at one end of the Charles bridge. The breakfast was in a beautifully decorated room in the main building. Breakfast was buffet style, but they served you the coffee or tea at your table. The breakfast had a variety of the traditional breakfast buffet items, plus many super delicious gourmet items as well, like smoothies, salmon spread, caprese salad, a place to squeezed your own juice, Prosecco, apple strudel and other excellent pastry, homemade jams. It was all very good. The menu for lunch and dinner looked delicious. The person at the reception recommended a couple of restaurants for us to eat, which were delicious. Every night the left a chocolste on our nightstands, and every day they left a special treat for us: a box of chocolates, a magnet, the last night it was a small bottle of sparkling white wine. We liked everything.

This hotel was in an amazing location at the end of Charles Bridge, an easy walk to Old Town Square or on the opposite side, or in the other direction to the main square of Mala Strana (Malostranske Namesti) where we could catch a tram up to Prague Castle and lots of other places. The suite we had (we were given an upgrade) was just lovely, clean and comfortable with good views to start of bridge, bridge tower and quiet surrounding streets. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast selection of continental and cooked food too. All the wonderful reviews we read for this hotel were spot on and we are so pleased we chose to stay at Hotel Pod Vezi.

We honestly cannot think of anything we didn’t like about this hotel.

The location was right next to the Karlsbrücke which is one of the spots you don’t want to miss. We had two rooms in the house next to the main hotel and were very pleased about it because it was comfortable and quiet. Service was outstanding, nice breakfast was included. We had dinner in the restaurant outdoors the night we arrived and food and service were very good here as well. We would have liked to stay longer.

We travelled with a dog and despite of dogs being allowed in the hotel it’s not allowed to bring a dog inside the restaurant. Nevertheless the staff helped us to find a good solution and solved the issue. That really made a difference to us. Very happy!

Location was fantastic on the Castle side of the river. Very close to Charles Bridge and within walking distance of all tourist attractions. Tucked away from the bustle, the hotel was relaxed and so comfortable. Very quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. Some fantastic restaurants and bars within a short walk. Rooms and decor were spotless, warm rooms, comfortable beds and good shower. Breakfast was superb and we ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner too….tremendous food, drink and service. Reception staff very helpful and we were able to buy transport tickets at the front desk which was really convenient. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough….our stay was wonderful and we’ll be back.
