A picturesque place in Prague. Peaceful, cozy, quiet hotel superbly located. Thanks for upgrading our room. The young lady at the reception was extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast sufficient with a large selection. There is a luxurious view of the old town from the 4th floor. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

Even though I booked the hotel just 30 minutes before arriving quite early in the morning, the hotel was able to give me the room immediately. The location is stunning, at the very centre of the city, though the street itself is calm and not crowded. The single room was rather convenient, with a nice view of the river and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was decent and the staff was always happy to help you, especially Tomas at the reception. The only issue might be the Wi-Fi connection, it was a bit slow, especially in the evenings.

Great size of room and bathroom, welcome drinks (prosecco) in room, having a balcony, a full minibar with various choices, free tea/coffee with kettle and coffee machine, confortable and big size of bed, small but important touches such as umbrella, shoehorn, iron board and iron, seating area, a great wardrobe with lots of storage options..and ofcourse PERFECT LOCATION…2 minutes walk to Charles Bridge meaning you are at the heart of the city..And we loved being just 1 minute from the Kampa park…Excellent breakfast and a terrace with view of Devil’s channell…Free tapas at the lobby every afternoon…

Small size of the TV and lack of English speaking channels, carpets need to be replaced already, no slippers provided. Bathtub is not allowingyou to fill it with water (this could be resolved by the hotel maybe, but we did want to disturb ourself with a maintenance works).

We fell in love with this charming hotel! The room was spacious and they made sure we had the accessible one for our daughter who uses a wheelchair. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast offerings are robust and tasty! It’s a terrific location, much quieter than other parts of Prague, but super easy access to all you would want to see. Kampa park is lovely and literally next door.

It was a great stay - just a note if you need the mobility access, there is a stair lift to get up to the reception and main lift, but the staff is great about explaining how to use it and assisting if need be

With this hotel its all about the location. We are frequent visitors to Prague and have stayed on both sides of the river but Lesser town is the best as its by Charles Bridge so ideally located to access all Prague has to offer. We booked a suite of two rooms which lived up to our expectations for the price. It was not outstanding but adequate, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful with a shoutout to Bigi Tom who was friendly and gave us each a brownie as we checked out! Breakfast was good, a full on choice but get there before everyone else for maximum choice!

This is subject to your own expectations. Out bathroom could have done with an upgrade, it was clean and functional but in need of a refit. Weirdly we had a balcony that was accessed from the bathroom!?! that is a new one on me, very strange indeed. Windows were an odd setup, despite visiting in February during an extreme cold week -5 to -10! we will wanted to open the windows to get some air in occasionally and due to the strange double window setup, guessing to the buildings age, this was quite problematic. The internal windows would open but the exterior ones were very troublesome. Some so stiff I thought I would break them. This could and should be improved.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating, understanding that we had travelled the whole night they ensured to help us with early check-in. The breakfast spread was very good and tasty as well. The location was the highlight with it being walkable distance to Charles Bridge, Kampa Island and many other attractions made it the best choice for us.

Uber or bolt didn't pick up the location well and had to walk a distance with heavy luggage. Even to drag the luggage all the way from the hotel entrance to the reception was a bit of challenge. Bellboy service would have made it easier.

The breakfast was amazing. Many options and certainly very hearty food. The location was ideal for us. We had to walk around 15 mins to the city center but it was on the river and close to many attractions. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept very well. We booked a large room but the room we got it was surprisingly large. Since we had a baby with us, we had to spend quite some time in the room during the day, while the baby was sleeping. However, we always found our room clean. Housekeeping was very effective and efficient.

The room is consisting by old and modern elements. For example, the furniture and the bed were new, but the bathroom was old looking (80s-90s). We personally did not mind since it was clean, but some people may do. It is definitely something that it can be improved. We also ordered a portable baby cot. After we came back home, we noticed that there were some strange marks on the baby’s legs. Not sure if they came from bedbugs but to us, it is highly probable. Our bed though was clean and we did not notice anything on us. We stayed there in the end of October, so the weather was cold. The real struggle would be during summer when it is hot. There was no air-conditioning in the room and I think it is a foul for a 4-star hotel not to have an air-condition in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Check in and check out with Bilguun was very good. The room was clean and kept in a really good state. The location and price were great given the overall quality.

The beds were average in comfort. The room and its amenities were also average. The internet was slow and depending on the time of the day would cut out completely. The bathroom was very old fashioned and had not been redone in a long time. Overall these negative points were made up for by the positives, which I give an overall very good grade.

For the price, it’s not clear I’ve ever stayed in a better hotel. Back in the States, the (fantastic) free breakfast alone would have been hslf my nightly cost. My room had a stunnng view of the Charles Bridge out one side and a lovely creek out the back. I requested this bridge view upfront and they more than delivered. My favorite element, though. Was the location. Totally central but also totally removed from the fray. Just tucked under the calmer side of the Charles Bridge, one was away from the mayhem of that Old Town Main Street, in a delightful, quiet but not desolate, Parisian-vibe sub-section, and yet beyond central to all. I was very proud of myself for having worked out to stay on the Mala Strana side, particularly as I saw the other hotels I was contemplating when walking through Old Town, and each had a hostel vibe at their entrance for no other reason than Old Town is simply too teeming!, even in January. I can’t imagine peak season. Anyway, top stay overall.

WiFi was meh but it functioned.

The hotel is really well situated, right next to Charles Bridge and the Moldova. There's a small Terrace overlooking another small river and old wooden mill wheel, a park right next to the hotel and all places of interest can be reached on foot. The area is quieter than the other side of the city center. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is until 11 and checkout until 12, which helps making things more relaxed. The breakfast buffet is tasty and offer a wide variety for all tastes. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely choose the hotel again!
