The concierge team were exemplary! They left no stones unturned to deliver on all our requests. They even managed to get us box tickets to the Prague State Opera on Christmas Day performance which was sold out.

The breakfast could be much better quality to reflect that of ‘luxury’ end stay. Limited toiletries - given how cold it was bath salts appreciated - all bottles were fixed to the wall like a 3 star.

Location was excellent, check in hotel went smoothly with some local advice which was appreciated. Breakfast was good, service with a smile. Parking provided.

Not much not to like but our observation is that more could be done with respect to better choices of provision of water. Instead of bottled water, you can nowadays provide bottled still or sparkling water generated at site to prevent transportation. We all have to reduce our environmental footprint where possible. More visibility at this front will assist all to start changing our behaviours. Small steps led to big results.

this place was amazing with.lots of history.. Perfect location away from the noise of downtown, however 15 minutes or less to the Saint Charles Bridge. The staff was fantastic, made me feel at home. Valet parking and anything else needed they were all there to help. Vitality Hottub was the best and I was even able to use the massage table to further relax my partner.. Breakfast was delicious also.. Definitely felt cared for at this hotel.

Great staff, super friendly and just a very cool and classy hotel. Fantastic facilities and loads of nice touches, from putting water in our car when we left to beers in our room to constant polite and helpful staff...certainly make you feel special.

I suppose you pay for what you get...and all the above comes at a cost but its worth it.

I felt that the lobby was minimalist so the bar and the restaurant… I don’t understand why the reception was not on the high ceiling part of the building…

The staff was very professional and helpful. Excellent location that allowed you to walk to many attractions. However, the hotel was not in a noisy or very busy street. My daughter had a spa treatment and said it was excellent.

The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to meet our needs and they exceeded our expectations. Sarka was very personable and Thomas was so helpful.

The lobby can use a redesign to be more grand. Is there a way to raise the ceiling and open it up to the porte cochere? Go bigger and grander. There is room to do so.

Stunning hotel, staff very attentive and friendly. Could not have been treated better. Whilst quiet it is literally round the corner from the centre of the city. There are pretty parks nearby and good restaurants only a short distance away.
