This is my first time rating a hotel a 10, perfect in every respect! Everything went so well - the historic building was lovely, I had a spacious, comfortable and very quiet room, and I can't say enough about the staff. From well before I arrived to packing me a breakfast to take with me for a very early morning flight, I so enjoyed all of my interactions with each staff member I talked with. I so appreciate everyone's endless patience helping me with detailed directions for finding several addresses around Prague! The location was excellent, as were the breakfasts. My highest recommendation, thank you to all the hotel staff!

Great location right next to Charles Bridge. Close to all major attractions. Very freandly and polite reception staff. Good price for such a location. Breakfast included. There is a minibar at reasonable prices.

There was a strange musty smell in the room, possibly due to old furniture or lack of ventilation. But the bathroom smelled normal .The overhead shower was covered in rust, but the hand shower was clean and new. It would be worth paying a little attention to cleaning(wipe sockets, hair dryer buttons-they were covered in dust ). The window only opens into the corridor, which makes it a little gloomy. The woman working at breakfast downstairs was very rude, she spoke something rudely, but we did not understand her.

The presentation of the entire hotel is absolutely gorgeous. SO WELL LOCATED right in the middle of Mosteka one end of the street the Charles Bridge tower and ability to cross the canal. The other end of the street a beautiful looming domed church and the inward Halvny station number 15 Tram pick up! Right smack bang in the middle of EVERYTHING! WIFI IS EXCELLENT AND our room was just beautifully decorated and very very very spacious peaceful and comfortable. An absolutely fantastic place to stay whenever your in Prague and you can walk to EVERYTHING!!! DELICIOUS RESTAURANTS surround you including to die for gluten free menus for bakery and dinner menus. Couldn't be happier. No problems whatsoever at all. The very best beautiful architecturally astonishing city . ❤️

It is a very " tourist intensive " place n they swarm in tour groupings and just stop infront of iconic buildings, information boards or vistas you are about to read or photograph and don't give a crap about the etiquette of good manners. The tour operators are very selfish and entitled in their behaviours and the rest of the world can wait till THEY are ready to move on and swarm over another precious view or obscure another long and patiently waited for photographic opportunity in turn. They just don't see any need to - SHARE-!

Superb hotel. The location was excellent. We could see the arches of Charles Bridge from our window. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. We didn't hear any noise from the street below at all during our stay.The hotel is lovely with classic traditionally decorated rooms and decor. Room was immaculate. Beds so comfortable. Great nights sleep. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is served from 8am-10am, with an excellent cold food buffet with plenty of choice; a few hot options available daily too - The breakfast was a great start to the day. One afternoon we returned to the hotel to find a plate of cakes left at reception for the guests - it was such a nice gesture. We would love to stay here again.

We knew there was no lift in the hotel before we booked it; and as it is a classic traditional hotel in Prague Old Town, it added to the charm.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during our visit to Prague. The location was excellent, close to the city center, public transport, and many attractions, which made it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable, which we really appreciated after a full day of walking. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Special shout-out to Klára at the reception, she was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Overall, the hotel had a nice, safe, and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast had a good selection and gave us a solid start to the day.

Cleanliness was generally good, but I rated it a 9 instead of a 10 because there were some small issues. One day, housekeeping didn’t clean the room at all, and on another day, although the sheets and towels were changed, the floor wasn’t cleaned properly, there were still some confetti left from the concert we had attended the previous day. Depsite that, it was a good experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Prague.

The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed, with all the little touches that make a stay feel special. One of the highlights was the breakfast — absolutely delicious with plenty of fresh options to suit everyone, from hot cooked meals to fresh fruit and pastries. It really set us up for a day of exploring. What really made our stay memorable though was the wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always ready with a smile and great local tips. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a prime location with an excellent breakfast and amazing staff, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

The location couldn't have been more perfect. Myself and my partner enjoy long walks and to most places by foot. This was perfect for getting to all parts of the city. With a tram stop a short distance away too, everything was so convenient. The breakfast was always delicious, and the staff were so helpful. When we were visiting, we got caught in some pretty heavy thunderstorms, but the room facilities made it so comfortable for drying off and getting ready to head back out. Still can't get over how spacious our room was too!

Not necessarily a bad thing, but the stairs to the top floor are tough on the legs when you've had a busy day. Don't feel bad if you take your time to get up them, and it's funnier to see who has the wobbliest legs at the top!

A fantastic traditional hotel very close to Charles Bridge in a picturesque part of Prague. The room on the top floor was exceptional and well exceeded our expectations. The hotel was great at communicating with us before we arrived and arranged a transfer from the airport. Breakfast was great in the basement which added to the quirkiness. If you like traditional hotels at a great location then don't hesitate to book.

Nothing really the only thing to consider is there are no lifts and the hotel is on 4 floors so if you have any issues getting up and down stairs maybe contact the hotel in advance

The location was great, just minutes away from all the key sites. The rooms were clean, comfortable with special little touches for coffee and tea. The staff overall was great, especially the young man that had to deal with an unreasonable, rude, young lady demanding accommodations and an upgrade that was not the hotel's fault. She had made mistakes in her booking and was blaming the hotel, holding them responsible. He dealt with her patiently and professionally while he was trying to attend to us checking out. He held his cool and we were really impressed with him.

The only thing would be maybe a little area that you could sit and talk with with friends instead of in the room

The location of the hotel is excellent, just on the other side of Old Prague that can be accessed over the spectacular bridge less than 200 yards away. Being on this side not only enables you to explore other parts of Prague that are as equally interesting and historical (the church of St Nicholas and the bars/cafes surrounding the square are well worth a visit), you can also spend time away from the busier tourist parts. Highly recommend this hotel and the staff are all exceptional - especially the front of house staff😍.

Just a few minor tips - get an Uber from the airport and back they are cheaper than booking others via booking.com or other sites, be prepared to be well fed - the portions sizes are immense and take good walking shoes, whilst you can use local transport the best way to see Prague is on foot - lots of walking tours that are well worth the money and also good for your health (after all the eating the exercise is well worth it!!)
