The apartment is amazing - extremely spacious, full of character and very well-equipped. It was so comfortable that I would have happily stayed indoors for the whole stay! The kitchen has everything that you need, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, with plenty of utensils, cutlery, glasses etc. The sofas and bed are all very comfortable. The terrace also has a lovely soft divan, plus large table and chairs. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The whole stay was very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a few minutes from Charles Bridge, but in a very quiet area. It is easy to reach the Castle, Petrin Park, and the historic centre.

I / we are from Scotland and have stayed in 5 Star Glenagles and St Andrews Hotels etc. NONE of them could compare with the palatial rooms you had. They were absolutely fabulous, and wonderfully themed, the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Due to the hotels' close locality to the Charles Bridge and river, we easily found our bearings and never felt lost. The hotel was so close to great local hostelries and restaraunts, and the streets spotless. On our return we would not even consider anywhere else to stay.

Nothing. The hotel / themed suites / rooms were a delight. The staff were fabulous and could not have been more polite and helpful. The establishment is an example to all hotels of perfection.

The location is great - it’s our favourite part of Prague. We had suite 35. It was amazing! Fresh, modern, impeccably clean and huge. The beds were comfy and the pillows were huge. The kitchen had all the equipment & crockery you could need including a full-size fridge & freezer, oven/microwave combo, 4-burner induction hob, smeg kettle and nespresso coffee maker. The balcony was huge and looked on to the inner courtyard. We will definitely come back.

The only complaint was the circular rug in the larger bedroom was too big for the space and makes the door difficult to open and close. Fairly minor in the grand scheme of things though.

Staff were so accommodating, treated the apartment like a 5 star hotel room and service experience. We arrived early and they took our bags and contacted us the minute the room was ready! We just got engaged and they spoiled us with beautiful presseco and chocolate with the most touching personal congratulations hand written note from the staff reception. The facilitates for an apart-hotel were beyond my expectations, full functioning Bosch combi-oven, Nespresso machine, robes, slippers, endless towels & fresh linen, all kitchen cleaning products, carbonating water machine it literally had everything, just wow! I couldn't rate this accommodation high enough! I do not post reviews regularly, but had to ensure the public heard how fantastic this place is.

A woman obsessed with getting her steps in walked back & forth pacing heavily in the apartment above us every evening and we heard every step for an hour solid, but that's not the hotels fault.

Fantastic hotel in amazing location. Mala Strana is a very central but bit quieter area than the Old Town. The hotel is located at a little square with a cafe and pizza restaurant. It is just few minutes walk to Charles Bridge. We were staying in a junior suite on the top floor; there is a lift, there are no steps on the ground floor before the lift, but there were 2 or 3 steps at the top, at the door to our room. The views from the wibndows beautiful. The suite itself was spotless, and absolutely beautiful, it is not the typical hotel room interior design, it has character and charm, as it is designed with emphasize on historical features of the building. Bedroom was very big, with an en-suite. There was a separate WC accessible for the hallway. Kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee machine. My kids slept on a sofa bed, which was very large and comfortable. It was around 30 degrees Celsius and we really appreciated the air conditioning. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would really recommend this hotel!

The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfy with nice view. 24 hour reception is just great to have.

The internet was completely gone from 10 pm until morning. Reception knew hours before this will happen due to maintenance work of the provider but failed to inform me in advance (even though I was in the room the whole time) so I can organise my work schedule accordingly. Also in the middle of the night somewhere outside this roof-level apartment a machine went on, like some ventilation, so the sound was quite disturbing for an hour or so. I guess I just had bad luck that day.

Lovely, cozy, excellent studio. Beautiful decor, amazing spacious room. Loved the fact there was a plenty storage for your personal stuff, which most hotels are missing on it. Perfect nice modern kitchenette. Great surprise, the wash machine. Yes, did enjoy every moment staying there, very very much. Luckily I did stay nine days, not just three nights. I could spoiled myself with everything the studio has to offer. Yep, was a little bit sad to say goodbye. But I promised to myself, once I’m coming back to Prague, most definitely this will be my place to stay again. Can’t forget to mention it. Whoever designed the cozy studios did excellent, excellent job. As I was told and I have seen, every studio is different. Every one has an own character. Yes, highly recommended, location is also perfect and desirable. The studio I stayed was named “Rudolf II “ 😉

Nothing, everything was perfect.

What a find! The hotel is in a fab location, minutes from Charles bridge. It’s possibly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed & the room was made up daily. Bed comfortable, great quality bedding, apartment nice & warm. Huge shower room with underfloor heating & good quality toiletries. Couple of lovely cafes & restaurants nearby. Great value. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in room 01 which is on the ground floor in the building at the back. It wasn’t prettily decorated like the deluxe rooms in the photos & the layout meant you couldn’t watch tv from bed. This is an old building so all the rooms are different which is what makes it so special. We still loved it! 🥰 Be aware the adjoining cafe is located in the courtyard, so in the summer there might be noise or loss of some privacy in this room. No issue for us in January.

Staff were amazing! I stayed for six days and met many of them, they were all friendly, helpful and sweet. They shared good coffee spot and educated me on tipping in Prague. I had the junior suite, which was spacious and clean. Everything in the room worked well, and was well kept. The location of the hotel is super convenient but in a quiet corner. I was able to sleep well at night and get to tram or Charles bridge in minutes. I felt safe coming back late at night.

If I had to really nit-pick, the metal chairs in the kitchen can be improved by adding some cushions, a hand towel rack or hook can be helpful in the primary bathroom.

The room was a little apartment really, with a separate bedroom and a sitting room / dining room / kitchen. Plenty space and a good sized wardrobe and plenty shelf space. We had an issue with the aircon and the staff came straight up to fix it. It is in a lovely little square, very beautiful and quiet. It is on the castle side, so away from the main square etc but that means you are also away from the hoardes. Public transport is cheap and frequent so you can get wherever you want to easily.

Just a tiny gripe...the spare toilet rolls were in the shower room, not the toilet room. Otherwise, all good.
