The room and bathroom was very good and spacious. It is also very well located. Walking distances to all the good places in the old and new town. But what added Cherry to the cake was assistance provided by the host 'Petra'. She is the most helpful person. I called her multiple times asking for help and she was always available with a smile. If she is an employee, please give her a very big raise or a bonus for her exceptional assistance. Thank you Petra!

Everything was perfect

I've been traveling across Europe for many, many weeks over the past couple of years, and Nosticova apartments was the best accommodation experience I've had. Start with location. It is on a very, very quiet street that is only minutes away from Charles Bridge, the hub of tourist activity. It is either minutes away from most tourist attractions on foot, or easily reachable by Metro (8-minute walk) or tram (3-minute walk). The apartment itself is fabulous. Four rooms! A large bedroom/living room combination with a large four-poster bed and a capacious dresser, two couches, and a full-length mirror. A separate kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, a sink, and cupboards and drawers filled with cutlery and dishes and pots and pans. A large tiled bathroom with a deep tub with a shower, and a large sink with plenty of counter space. And a foyer with a large wardrobe with a safe. All tastefully decorated. The best part - everything worked!!! Checking in and out was as simple as possible. You get a combination to the front door and to a box that holds the key cards. Enter, get the cards, you're done! For checkout, just reverse the process - leave the keycards in the box and close the door behind you! Their greatest asset is Petra, the manager. She's very responsive and incredibly helpful. Besides making sure I got in ok, she helped me find the local laundry, post office, and grocery store. She provided detailed instructions on how to use the trams and the Metro. She provided great recommendations for local cafes and restaurants. She gave me some advice every day I stayed there. Invaluable!

The tub was deep, which was nice, but it also made getting in and out precarious. I wish they had installed a grab bar, or preferably two, on the walls to hold on to.

Absolutely gorgeous facilities. We were stuck in a tricky situation. We had already booked a different place and planned to leave Prague Weds but there were no flights and no room at the hotel for an extra day. It was too late to refund the first hotel so we had to switch. The staff let us come early to drop our bags so we did not lose the day waiting with our luggage. I wish I had chosen this hotel for the whole stay. It was cleaner and more beautiful than the last. It's the first hotel I've stayed in that was exactly as beautiful as the photos. I felt like I was staying in a castle.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! The communication about my stay was very good and thorough. They made accommodations for me and even asked if my baby needed a cot. It was very clean and the building has so much charm! Original exposed wood beams and charming decor but there is also an elevator which is uncommon for historic buildings. The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV had YouTube also which was nice. The bathroom had a bidet and deep soaking tub. This is my new favorite place to stay in Prague and I will definitely be back!

Honestly everything was perfect!

This is an amazing place, very well located, and super nice inside. I am not very picky on the bed/linen, but in here that was of a 5 star hotel level. I also like this type of interior. Check-in is fully automatic and very easy. On top, there was a promo or something, so i paid fraction of what it really cost.

You may leave your luggage only until 3 pm. There is no special luggage room, at least my stuff was just put in the common room. Staff that i met doesn't speak English, but lady on the phone was very supportive.

Very beautiful rooms, building inside, very clean, warm in the winter and quiet, you feel in past eras but in a modern way. The authenticity of those times is very well preserved. The hostess Petra is very responsive. It's in a great location, walking distance to all the sights, right by the john lennon wall and even the building has it on a map in cathedral St. Vit! W e hope to come back soon, Prague is wonderful, there is always something more to see. Enjoy your stay everyone!

We rented two rooms next to each other. The decor and the building were beautiful. The location was excellent, about a 10-minute walk to the Charles Bridge and about a 20-minute walk uphill to the palace. It was also close to restaurants and a big park. We traveled with two dogs and the host provided two dog beds and two food bowls. The hosts provided all of the necessary information and the check-in process/access to the rooms was easy.

Parking was a bit of a problem. We ended up parking 10-15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. You can purchase online parking for certain zones of the city.

I liked the location so much, it was close to everything. Also, I have to mention that it wasn't noisy, I felt like I was living alone in peace. Not many cars pass through this road yet close to the city center. The rooms looked like a palace, your own palace ☺️ Also I have to mention that there was a hairdryer so you don't have to bring any. Furthermore, there was a hidden fridge and boiled machine with some offered teas. It was a very good temperature inside the room.

Very clean, beautifully furnished and in a quiet street which is within a short walk of Charles Bridge and most other places of interest. Also convenient for public transport from and to the airport. Communication was excellent - prompt replies, very welcoming messages and a list of good places to eat nearby (we would add Luka Lu to the list. 3 minute walk from Nosticova, buy you might need to book).

Nothing that we didn't like.

Absolutely stunning, what a wonderful place to stay I will definitely be rebooking. Met the lady that owned the property she was so friendly and accommodating especially as I fell ill. Couldn’t do enough for me and truly cared. Made being ill in a different country alit less stressful. The location is great too all in walking distance. Couldn’t find fault if I tried. Was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at.

Wasn’t anything not to like.
