Comfy bed, facilities were good and breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Very pleased with our stay overall and would recommend it to friends and family

The room was a little dirty in places - bathroom door wasn't very clean and there were marks around the toilet. Room was a little on the small side compared to the pictures of other deluxe double rooms. It was very difficult to charge our phones as the plugs were too tight against the walls to fit the adapter and charger.

The location is very close to the tram line, the Tourist tram no. 42. and the Charles Bridge and another bridge into the old town, walkable to most sights. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous, very generous serving hot and cold choices, even a juicer with fresh fruit and ginger. They also serve tapas between 2pm-4pm. We received a free bottle of Prosecco in our room on arrival and free welcome drink vouchers, very thoughtful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a great garden Vegitarian Restaurant Naturiza and the Dosa Dosa House nearby for those who like a healthier meal and Bella Vida Restaurant on the river is also exceptional.

I would like to share my opinion about this wonderful hotel. The hotel is located just 5 steps away from a beautiful park and only a 5–10 minute walk from the Charles Bridge(Carolovs Bridge). We were welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival — and what I really appreciated is that you can choose the drink yourself (wine, beer, tea, coffee, prosecco, etc.). Not every hotel offers this kind of flexibility, and I truly liked it. The hotel feels like a small castle, with charming medieval-style decorations throughout. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. At check-out, we were given a brownie as a farewell gift — a small gesture, but one that really leaves a lasting impression. Without a doubt, I’ll stay at this hotel again when I return to Prague. Isn’t it the little things like this that make a place feel truly special?

The hotel is beautiful and located very close to public transportation and sights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even packed a small breakfast for us when checked out at 3am. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent breakfast with a large choice of food, fitting different tastes and habits. The location is also excellent (if you plan to visit the old town): in Mala Strana, 15 minutes away from Charles Brdige, 25 minuts away from the Castle etc. The room was confortable; more importantly, the hotel itself has many cozy places where you can spend some time besides your room, in particular in the garden. We stayed for 6 days, which is (presumably) a long stay, and we did not feel it.

In the end there is nothing I did not like. If I had to mention something, perhaps the coffee from the coffee machine in breakfast room was not up to the level of the rest of the breakfast. The common space in the hotel has been decorated to look medieval, but perhaps they overdid it (I like it though).

Great location! Situated just near a green area and the river in the heart of Prague, it's perfect for morning and evening walks wheneve you want. Stylish room with lovely view from the window, pair of charis near the wine table for small talks. All the stars go to the reception team—they were incredibly helpful! We arrived far earlier than the check-in time but were lucky to settle into our room right away. Additionally, we could enjoy breakfast, which was exactly what we needed after our 24-day bus trip! Also, if you check in online, you receive a welcome drink, and upon check-out, you get a tasty gift. These thoughtful gestures make you feel like a truly welcomed guest. I really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a good selection for vegetarians as well. The dining room is spacious and comfortable, even when the tables are busy. A pleasant bonus was the prosecco in the morning, making breakfast even more enjoyable :)

Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into the world of Game of Thrones. The designers did amazing work. Eating breakfast in the main medieval feast hall was an experience in itself. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location of the hotel ist basically few steps away from the Charles Bridge, therefore very close to the city center and yet it offers a quiet stay as there is no roads closeby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is after "a different kind of a stay".

Daily parking price could be slightly lower. The room requires some maintenance work. The deposit one needs to pay upfront could be completely left out as it seems unnecessary.

I had a wonderful stay at Pytloun Old Armoury Hotel Prague, Stará Zbrojnice! The hotel is clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and quiet, with a very cozy bed and several types of pillows to choose from. I slept really well — the peaceful atmosphere made it even better. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. I also appreciated the welcome drinks and, as a lovely surprise, I received a tasty dessert in a branded box when I checked out. A small but very touching gesture: there was a welcome card in my room with my full name and a personal message wishing me a pleasant stay. This really made me feel like a valued guest. The location is fantastic — just about a 9-minute walk to Charles Bridge. The hotel offers spacious parking (paid), which is very convenient given that it’s right in the center of Prague. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient. The park in which the hotel is located is quite cozy, in the morning and afternoon you can hear birds singing and the air is fresh and clean. In this hotel you are both in the city and in nature. It is convenient to get to the trams not far from the hotel, or just cross the bridge and you are already in the city center. I would like to especially note the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff in general. I really like staying at this hotel when I visit Prague. Kampa is especially picturesque in autumn.

The breakfast was very varied, but unfortunately it was not very suitable for me because of the large amount of oil or fried food. But, due to the large variety, I could choose an acceptable option for myself, for example, pour boiling water over oatmeal, or make fresh juice from apples and grapefruit instead of concentrated juices. There is also a cheese and meat platter. It was very important to have almond milk for coffee. But to eat a delicious breakfast I had to go to a cafe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Prague. From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made me feel truly welcome. The rooms are very well maintained, with all the details one would expect for a comfortable stay: excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, and those little extra touches that make a difference, such as the complimentary welcome cocktail, free umbrella rental, and even the small note they leave in the top drawer of the wardrobe (which you can barely see because of how high it is) letting you know they’ve cleaned there as well. The location is also very good if you are looking for something a bit quieter, as it is not right in the city center. After spending the day exploring the city, you can really appreciate the peacefulness provided by the large park next to the hotel and the more bohemian neighborhood where it is located. One of the true highlights was, without a doubt, the breakfast. Every morning, they offered a wide variety of options, both sweet and savory, with fresh, high-quality products. There was something to suit every taste, which made each day start in the best possible way. In summary, this is a highly recommended hotel for its excellent service, attention to detail, and delicious, varied breakfast. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
