The stay in this flat was absolutely exceptional! Its location is a real shot in the arm - it is right next to the centre of Prague, which puts all the city's attractions at your fingertips. The building itself, although old, impresses with its restored elegance and historical charm. The flat is spacious, full of light and extremely comfortable. The wooden parquet floors add to its classic elegance, and the perfect cleanliness that can be seen in every corner - even the bathroom! - makes staying here a pure pleasure. The furnishings of the flat are of the highest standard, meeting every need, even for families with children. Everything has been carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort for guests. It is an ideal place both to relax and to discover the beauty of Prague. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional accommodation in the heart of this magical city!

Room: good space, comfortable bed & sofa bed, also they provide us baby crib as requested. full kitchen, elevator in the building. And daily room service. Reception: there is a working hours for the reception, but rally no need for it. Once you reserve you will receive email with full instructions of how to get in the building. Also there is a hot line with the management if anything needed. Location: in the edge of the center, which makes it better, tram stations in the corner of the block (1 min walking) and it can take you anywhere in the center. Also the street of the building is really calm with no noise at all. There are many convenient stores around the building and many restaurants and coffee shops. Parking: there is parking on the street but they can reserve for you a parking space near the building (10 min walking) for reasonable price. In conclusion: I prefer this place than hotels in the center and it’s a great place for families. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Clear recommendation! The interior of this house is the first gem that is worth to see in Prague. Everything is designed in style, clean, quiet and cozy - the suites feel like home. The hosts are charming and care about any issue of their guests - we got a cute extra bed for our newborn including blanket, pillow and even a teddy. The city center or the castle are just a few minutes away by foot, even with baby this was no problem. Finding a spot to park your car was no problem nearby during christmas time. A few nice Cafés and restaurants are nearby in this nice neighborhood. Petrin hill is also fantastic for a walk with stunning views. We had a pleasant time and will come back if we ever stay in Prague again!

Its an apartment building turned hotel in the southern side of mala strana. The reception is not always there but thats not really a problem. We had the top floor which features a narrow wood ladder to a second small bedroom (see fotos on the site, might be incovenient for older people). The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious, with a small kitchen. The staff is very friendly and accomodating which is not always the case in Prague. There are a lot of parking places on the street in front of the hotel or adjacent to it, which makes it possible to travel to Prague by car without any inconvenience. Be sure to download the pid litacka app, which you can use to park the car and also book urban transportation tickets. The apartment is located within a 5 minutes walk of the Carlsbridge, everything is nearby, the neighbourhood is upscale with many hip restaurants. Of note: if you come from within the eu you can pay almost absolutely everywhere with your ec card, which makes exchange bureaus useless. Always choose czech crowns (when asked) at the ec terminal, the rate you get from your bank (in our case, sparkasse) is way better than what stores and restaurants offer when converting in front of the terminal.

A nespresso machine in the room would be nice.

Beautiful, quiet, well-located, well-equipped (washer-dryer), beautiful high ceilings in a historic building. It was perfect for us- some wonderful restaurants, cafes and touristic spots within easy walking distance, but also reasonably insulated from all the touristic bustle elsewhere.

I’m personally not a fan of the Scandinavian dual duvet/blanket setup, but honestly that’s all I could think of to complain about.

This was very close to a perfect weekend stay. The location is absolutely perfect, the flat beautiful with every amenity one might need. There was even a daily cleaning Service, fresh coffee beans (sufficient dor the whole weekend), new towels - literally felt like staying in a hotel. Just with more privacy. Really comfy couch and bed, fresh linen and all supplies you need in the kitchen. Tjere was a grinder to freshly grind the coffee beans, shampoo and shower gel, washing detergent and my personal highlight - prepped ice cubes in the freezer! I love these tiny details that add up to a really good service. I would book this accomodation again for the next Prague visit.

Well - if you really want to search for improvements, tjis is the only things i can find. But let me say - none of these two have made the stay less enjoyable. Water pressure in the shower & maybe more kitchen amenities. Nothing else. Thank you - we loved it!

Location is perfect for walking or taking tram to the tourist sites. Location is quiet but has restaurants, bars and coffee shops locally. Building very clean and well presented. Great having washing machine and dryer as we travelled with hand luggage only. Bed comfortable.

We had junior suite which didn’t have sofa to relax on. We were out most of the time though so it didn’t matter much.

Sparkling clean, beautifully designed apartment. Cleaning services were professional, the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The location is superb - walking distance from anywhere you would want to go, with multiple tram stations nearby, while still providing quiet from tourists. The kitchen is well designed and provides the necessary appliances for cooking. We would definitely return! Thank you Adam and the rest of the staff.

On a quiet street yet super close to the main city sites. Lots of places to eat near by. The appartment was equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. Spacious bedroom and bathroom and a nice small kitchen. We asked for one more bed for our daughter and it was nicely set wide kids sheets and even a nice stuffed bee which made her super happy :)
