Good room size,nice roomy breakfast area with plenty of choice for different nationalities. Good location opposite funicular,tram stop right outside hotel,handy for the castle,only 10/15m walk from the Charles Bridge & plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Nothing not to like about the Hotel Roma.

Only issue was shower was an overhead one over the bath,not a dedicated walk in shower. There was no none slip mat in the bath(which was deep) And for guests of a certain age,this will present real problems.

Location is convenient for taking the public transportation in the city.

The room is an attic style with two of the four walls are triangles. So the actual space is almost half of all the available rooms showing by all photos posted on Bookings website. The attic rooms should be posted on “room selection” with different prices. Photos of the attic room are attached to this review. It is very important to be aware of the possibility that you may get an attic room instead of a room you believe you selected and pay the price for a non-attic room as shown on Bookings website.

Super helpful staff - lots if help (they all spoke English) with how to get around!

Internet was very inconsistent - making streaming and whatsapp phone calls challenging. Do not have them arrange a taxi to the airport; the charge was TRIPLE what we paid for the taxi we had arranged on our own for the taxi to go TO the hotel. Zero english channel options on the TV (we travel a lot and often one can switch a language in the newer TV sets). Good breakfast buffet choices. Comfy bed- good bathroom. Good daily housekeeping. Close by good restaurants and the ice cream store right next door has great ice cream!

Great upgrade to a large room with a Kingsize bed. There was a wardrobe, a mini fridge, a huge bathroom with a beday also. Small shower, but great pressure. Great business centre. My partner had to work and was easy access to printer services( no charge) and a workstation. Huge gym facility... outdated, but did the job. SUPERB location, away from the busy downtown and super easy tram access. Only 15 min tram ride from main Praha station. Loads of restaurants, authentic Czech ones as well. Backs onto the park where the Petrin lookout tower is a must see for a birds eye view of Prague! Great Aircon The kicker....Early checkin....for FREE! Can't say enough good things about our stay here.

Small TV, no streaming services, but oh well. Not a lot of counter space, more so speaking in the bathroom.

The location was perfect. The room had everything we needed. The bathroom was also very spacious. They provided bottled water on arrival which was a nice touch. Everything was super clean and the room had enough space. The bed was very comfortable.

The room had under roof type of ceiling and it was a bit dangerous especially in the night if you wake up it was easy to bang your head in it. The shower head barely reach the hook because the hose was not long enough. The gym had some carpet on the floor which was quite gross when you exercise and no gym mats for floor exercises. The bottled water was on my provided on arrival which is a bit disappointing. The window was up and couldn’t really see the view from the 4th floor.

I stayed at Hotel Roma Prague in May 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The double room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and quiet — perfect after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent — just a short walk to many major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Roma Prague to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Prague.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

The staff wouldn’t let our group sit in the common area/bar area without ordering drinks even though there was nobody else in the room. The person at the desk wouldn’t give me more water for my room, but, the manager overheard and said he had some extra water bottles and gave me two. I think he was trying to make up for chasing us out of the bar/seating area earlier. I felt things were on the stingy side rather than being generous with things that didn’t add much cost to them, but, mattered to them experience of the customer.

Very comfortable hotel in the perfect location for me - a relaxed, pleasant 6 or 7 minute walk by the river to Charles Bridge and the old town. The beautiful St Nicholas Church and steps to the castle were just along the road. There are great restaurants nearby. The Reception staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and well organised. I highly recommend the hotel’s weekend walking tours - such a great Guide, thank you.

No negatives.

We had to move to this apartment on short notice, staff were very friendly throughout the stay! Room was comfortable, had AC which was very helpful in hot weather. Location is excellent. Walkable to the main old town, Prague castle, etc and tram stop is right outside! Had luggage storage for free as well, to drop bags after check out if your flight is later in the day. Highly recommend, good value for money too.

Nothing to mention. Maybe a wider spread for breakfast would be good for the price.

Location of the hotel is perfect, everything is within the walking distance. Room was large, bathroom also, bed extra comfortable.

Room was a bit oudated. Hotel is 4*, but actually there is the old part of the building in which the rooms are maybe 20 years old, and there is the new part with beautiful new rooms. We didn't know what we were renting, but the price was great and in the end more than fare. Oh, TV didn't work, it's satellite but with really bad reception, but as we didn't whatch TV we didn't report the problem. I suppose they would have fixed it.
