Good room size,nice roomy breakfast area with plenty of choice for different nationalities. Good location opposite funicular,tram stop right outside hotel,handy for the castle,only 10/15m walk from the Charles Bridge & plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Nothing not to like about the Hotel Roma.

Only issue was shower was an overhead one over the bath,not a dedicated walk in shower. There was no none slip mat in the bath(which was deep) And for guests of a certain age,this will present real problems.

The location is good, a little out the centre but about 20/30 mins walk, or you can get trams right outside. It’s a quiet and safe area. Not far from some attractions on this side of the river. Some nice restaurants in the area, supermarket right next door. It was clean and quiet for the most part. It didn’t seem like many people were staying there. Cleaners cleaned our room well. Room was a nice size, aircon worked well as it was warm in the room at times. Kettle in the room.

Every morning at about 8am, I think must’ve been cleaners in the room above cleaning it? But there were so many loud sounds of furniture being moved a lot, and this woke me up at 8am every day, when I needed to sleep a little longer, this was quite annoying.

The staff were amazing , helpful and responsive . The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with towels and toiletries being replenished / replaced when required. There was a great variety of food to choose from at breakfast and the staff were very attentive during breakfast service. The location of this hotel is great there is a tram stop across the road and if you want to stay local there are a wide range of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The Bar in the hotel lobby was disappointing which was a pity as this would have been a great meeting point for friends after a long day exploring Prague. The room would have benefited with having a shower mat in the bath as it was extremely slippery when showering.

Really comfy bed and pillows, and dark curtains too. The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty to choose from. The location was great within easy access to everything either on foot or by tram which was right by the hotel (get the PID app to buy tickets easily). The room was quite big and overlooked the little terrace garden at the back so very quiet. We quite liked the bar with all it's many leather sofas, and the beer was good too.

The only real niggle was the loud scraping of chairs from the breakfast room below at 7am every day, but if you're not on the first floor in that location, it wouldn't be a problem. Oh and 1 tea bag each and sugar in room a bit mean, but we'd read reviews beforehand so took a bit of coffee and coffee mate with us!!

This hotel is in a very good location. It's about a 8-10 minute walk from the Charles bridge, on a lovely street with a few nice restaurants and shops along the way. It wasn't a noisy road though.

No real negatives, except that for us the rooms were very hot, which could be a bonus after walking about in -3 temperatures all day. We had to turn the radiators off, and open the window's as there appeared to be underfloor heating in the room as well, but this is just a small negative. The day receptionist was very helpful, sorry didn't get his name..He lent us a travel plug adaptor, as we didn't bring one with us. There are no USB ports anywhere in the room, so bring your travel plugs with you. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of hot and cold food and pastries, tea, coffee juices and hot chocolate etc

The location was excellent, you are near but not in the crowd. The bus and tran infront. The ice cream store next to the hotel. I loved the little shark . The breakfast excellent. the lady in charge very attentive.

Suggestion, it would be very nice if the personal would greeting you in their language, Ajoi! Dobra rána! Yekuji! Prosim!. The recepcionist... we ask him where we could have the beer experience... it was very odd.... he answered I don't like beer... 😱 it doesn't matter if he likes it or not, he should recommend at least 3 places. Its not about him, is about the guest. Besides that, everything was perfect!

Hotel is spotless rooms are huge including the ensuite.ideally located for walking around .couldn't fault it.breakfast was good loved the pastries.only issue we had were the guests upstairs were very noisy walking while ceiling shook think they were practicing their dance moves🤣staff were very polite and courteous they even locked away our luggage on departure day and we collected it later as our flight wasn't until 6 pm

1. Service is perfect. The team is attentive to guests' demands as during the booking process, the same during the stay. 2. Hotel's management allowed us to pay at the place at check-in, even though we had some problems with debit card confirmation during the booking. 3. We had problems with our flight, which was canceled by Wizz Air, and we asked to change dates. Hotel's management found an opportunity to do that. 4. We were traveling with friends a couple. As we arrived, it was very early before check-in time. However, Reception team provided us with keys from one room to give us the opportunity to have a rest not demanding to wait till the official time of che-in.. 5. Breakfast is excellent. Delicious, tasty, and attractive set tables 6. Rooms are clean imlndeed. 7. Location.is SUPER. 8. SERVICE is excellent. They even provided us with breakfast lunch boxes as our flight transfer was at 5:00 am. We will RECOMMEND this hotel to all our Friends. And wish them depelopment and prosperety.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was absolutely brilliant. The hotel is a bit dated to be honest bit don't be put off by that because that is what gives it it's charm. Everything about the hotel is so aligned with what Prague is as a city ... old, comfortable, friendly the list goes on. By the way, the bed was humongous ... I needed a binoculars to see my wife on the other side of the bed ... and it was very comfortable. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Honestly, absolutely nothing ... lived everything about it.
