I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment (2nd floor, kampa №6) and I wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the apartment's great location and the exceptional service provided by the owner, Michal. Apartment conveniently situated near mini markets, really good restaurant (Kolkovna Olimpia- prices are reasonable, tasty amazing, better book the table in advance), tram station (9, 15 and other but I used only these two) and a funicular station (60kč-one way). Moreover, many popular sights and attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Michal, the owner of the apartment, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. He personally greeted me upon arrival and was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. It was evident that he genuinely cared about providing a pleasant experience for his guests. The apartment itself met my expectations. The bad was big and comfortable, and the blackout curtains allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The minimalist design added a touch of modernity, which I found quite appealing. Additionally, the apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen facilities, including coffee capsules, sugar, cream, and even butter. Appartement was clean. WiFi was good. You will be provided with clean towels (1 big and 2 small). There's no AC, but lots of windows and fan. Pillow was comfortable. Bedsheets were clean. The window faced the courtyard, effectively blocking out any street noise. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose this apartment. The combination of its location, Michal's hospitality, the comfortable amenities, and overall cleanliness made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a delightful and convenient accomodation experience. Thank you once again to Michal for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

I had an overall positive experience during my stay at the apartment. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the bathroom could use some renovation. Additionally I would suggest replacing the curtains in the living room.

Location within walking distance of all the top attractions. Clean roomy apartment fully equipped with all the necessary (fridge, micro, toaster, cooker, coffee making machine). Owner very pleasant and helpful

The intercom downstairs wasn't working, so with only one set of keys it was an issue

The location of the apartment is ideal, quiet, on the ground floor of a well-maintained and beautiful building, close to all the attractions that can be reached on foot. When we got tired, we came back, rested and went out again. The apartment is spacious, clean, has an equipped kitchen (small remark: a slightly larger pot would not hurt). The bathroom is also spacious. The owner is friendly, responds quickly to messages, waited for us and helped with paying for parking for the car near the apartment. There are good restaurants and a few minimarkets in the area. Kampa Park is also nearby (we traveled with a dog). Everything was perfect and above expectations. Prague is also very beautiful, clean and we spent three beautiful sunny days exploring the city.

Fabulous location! Close to public transit and for those who wish to walk everywhere, close to major attractions in Prague. The apartment is simple but everything one needs for either a few days or a few weeks stay in Prague. I liked that it is also safe and secure and that the landlord is available around the property almost daily or just a phone call away. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen equipped adequately for those wishing to prepare simple meals instead of eating out all the time. But also many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood for those who want to eat out. Lots of electrical outlets to plug in your digital devices and great free Wifi. Tall windows with plenty of light and very private…the windows look out onto an inner courtyard. My apartment was on street level and there was no need to climb stairs…great for accessibility.

For someone like myself, staying for two weeks, I could have used more clothes hangers and more hanging space like a closet. In the living/dining/ kitchen area, would have appreciated a floor lamp or two for directional light for reading/ working at the table in that room. As the table is small, I would have found a separate space such as a desk for a computer would have made this large room more useful. There is space for it and would allow the current table for dining only instead of having to clear it for different uses a longer staying traveller might need.

Michal waited to greet us at the property on the time of the arrival I notified early. Best location: 1 min to tram stops, 30s walk to the riverside, where parties at night, 10 min walk to the Charles Bridge, many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Surprisingly quiet block. No AC but a fan was provided. Provided were a refrigerator, stovetop, generous kitchin utencils including glasses, plates, and pots. Washing machine works great and a drying rack was a plus. Water pressure was great. Unfortunately, one of two shower drains was partially clogged. Overall, it was great stay. I will definitely consider to stay again next visit. Easy contact to Michal and quick response for towel, toiletery. Uber black reserved to the airport at 4am costed abour $45. Very secure and safe building with a separate building entrance key. There is an elevator to carry baggages to upper levels. The room has a view of the Petrin Tower.

Loved the simplicity of the apartment…so easy to keep tidy during my 2 week stay. The high ceilings and tall windows opening into an inner courtyard provided much light, a feeling of spaciousness and fresh air if desired, yet all was very secure. The location was perfect with easy access to public transit, lovely river walks and a variety of reasonably priced restaurants and mini markets. The manager Michal was always available and very helpful with apartment-related and Prague-related questions and tips. The appliances all worked and kitchen was amply equipped for my purposes.

Nothing to say here. All was great!

The apartment is not that big, but cozy and has all necessary amenities for few days vacation. There is a lift in the house. It is extremely good located in the center of Prague - you can reach to many attractions in few minutes walk. For example to Charles Bridge (Karlův most) it will take just around 10 min. There is also very nice and huge park on the hill, in 3 min walk - I would recommend to go there early in the morning to see breathtaking view on the city center and Prague Castle (Pražský hrad) and have a picnic. The host - Michal - was very helpful and clarified every our question. We had very nice time!

We stayed in the Superior Apartment with Castle View and it was absolutely perfect. The location is quiet but loaded with great restaurants, convenience stores, etc. and also just a block from all the action. In the apartment everything is clean and well-maintained. The host is charming, friendly, helpful, and available. The view of the Castle is gorgeous, the bed is super comfy, and everything you need works. We enjoyed the air conditioning, the deep bath tub and separate shower, the helpful elevator, and pretty fast Wifi. Also, Prague is just completely awesome.

Ticked all the boxes (good location & neighbourhood with trams very near; comfortable; quiet; equipped with what we needed; good heating and shower; lift) Bonuses were Michal was incredibly helpful and the the airport pick-up and drop-off plus luggage storage was brilliant. View of the castle from our top flat room. Basic groceries around the corner or a big Tesco supermarket on a direct tram line a couple of stops away.

We loved it and thought it excellent value for money and would recommend it. The only two minor points were no smart TV and the thin blind in the bedroom let in quite a bit of light (but we had eye masks so it didn't affect us).

As said well before me, Michal is the best. Was there to great us, answered every and all of our questions and requests. We stayed on the top floor at #11. The apartment had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen (would've loved bigger coffee mugs :)), Nice spacious bathroom with floor heating and a washing machine. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The building has an elevator, so only 3 stairs to overcome right at the entrance. The street is quiet but right next to a few tram stations. Campa is right outside your door, a few nice restaurant options within 5 min. Nice view of Petřín Tower from the bedroom window!

Bed was too soft for us and the water heater and fridge are making constant noises. Would be nice to have a rack to hang washed clothes to dry. Also the glass in the bath is a little too short, makes you have to stand very very still and close to the faucet, to avoid water spilling on the floor. The washing machine could use a deep clean.
