Our stay was awesome! I came for my birthday and they even had a birthday detail with me! The blonde girl from reception that helped us (I don’t remember her name) was so sweet and very attentive to us. Also all the workers from the hotel were very nice. They care about every little detail to make your stay perfect. The room was big and with all facilities that you need; mini bar, TV, hairdryer, kettle… Also the buffet breakfast has all types of food and was very nice! The tram is only a 5min walk away and it takes around 20min to the Old Town. It’s a nice hotel and in a very quiet area. If I’m coming to Prague again I will stay here again!

A neat and clean hotel. Very friendly staff, especially the guys at the reception. A plentiful and diverse breakfast with fresh ingredients every day. Secure parking available in the hotel courtyard. The hotel is just a few minutes from the tram station, and you can be in the city center in about 15 minutes. It’s located in a quiet street with little traffic.

Considering the price and the hotel's classification, I have no complaints. If someone expects a super modern hotel, they will have to pay significantly more. For the price of this hotel, you get everything the hotel promises.

Easy access to the centre via tram at Delnicka, then a couple mins walk. Staff were great, new guy was training and took us to our room, very friendly and helpful :) Nick checked us out and was also super friendly. Loved the extra touches (bottle of wine in the room, Prague pass, welcome drinks in the bar and free drinks at the panorama cafe) staff couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the panorama cafe ticket and went there on Saturday afternoon, well worth the view! Staff there were also friendly and my free glass of fizz was delicious:) would stay again! Rooms are big, nice separated bathroom, and comfy beds.

The staff is fantastic. Mainly Ygor, Anna and and from main desk. The cleaning person was also super attentive and professional. The room was what we expected. Clean and had all you might need. The breakfast food was excellent. The restaurant also had delicious food for lunch and diner.

The one thing that I missed was that the rooms have no air conditioning. didn't even think to check. They gave us a very potent ventilator and lucky enough it wasn't as warm as expected. You might want to consider notifying tourist to the Check Republic ahead of time when their are bomb drills because it scared the bejesus out of us.

Friendly Staff. Breakfast included was good. Privacy. Minibar - Beers and chips as well The possibility to leave the luggage at reception during checkout. Checked some hotspots before flight. Breakfast - As travelling alone nobody is at the table when picking a drink or some food. This caused the staff to remove food and coffee a few times when I was still having breakfast. I have discussed this with the staff on location when it happened 2 times and then it didn't happend anymore. ( 5 day breakfast) Breakfast - Taking late breakfast, an employee comes to you notifying they close in a few. This is good, and information about times was perfect. But sometimes the communication (English) was difficult, or a culture difference. This sometimes gave me the feeling not being welcome as the message came over harsh. - Depends on tone and language from the employee.

Hotel is located on the rather quiet street and close to the tram station (3-4 mins walk), where from trams will take you to the very center of Prague within 15-20 mins. Rooms are clean, decently sized and equipped. There even was a welcome bottle of wine in the room on our arrival. Room was cleaned and water bottle was refreshed every day. Breakfast was pretty good as well, with a decent selection options. My wife's only complaint was that there was no "caffe latte" option on the coffee machine :). Last but not the least, hotel's staff was unfailingly polite and helpful in every way. Thank you all very much!

Well, we noticed the lack of A/C in our room. While that was not a problem for us, since the weather during our visit to Prague was quite breezy, but it might become problematic in the heat of the summer. The SPA facilities in the basement of the hotel are pretty basic: one sauna (where customers sit totally naked :), one infra (?), and a large jacuzzy bath with water of the cooler temperature than expected. You have to book access to SPA in advance. Used it once during our stay and never looked back for repeat of the experience :)

I am a repeat user of this hotel. It's even better value than when I stayed there two years ago. Numerous complimentary gifts: a welcome drink, a bottle of wine and Prague pass; bottles of mineral water and a discount coupon for the next stay upon check-out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good and close to a tram station. The bed was comfortable with large pillows. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and elegant background music.

On-site parking is not large enough and the contracted parking lot outside is a little far away (10 minutes walk, but free of charge).

We were delighted with our stay. the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel room was unexpectedly large and bright thanks to two large windows. The breakfasts are excellent, a large selection. We received 2 bottles of wine as a gift. 2 tram stops from the metro. 2 large and 2 small grocery stores nearby. next time we will come here again.

We came here to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and relax, and relax we did!. And the staff made sure we felt welcome from the start! They are very kind and helpfull and speak a good english! We liked everything! The room was good, the breakfast was good and taken care off! The sauna and hottub have been amazing! Thank you to all the staff that included with our stay! And for singing happy birthday at breakfast for my partner! 10/10 would recomend and come back here! The little gift when checking out was a +10 :)
