Very clean and beautiful apartment in a quiet, safe residential area 300 m away from the metro station. Great cleaning and customer service. We'll save this accommodation in our favorites. Thank you for everything!

The water flow from the kitchen sink was really low. We had to buy drinking water from the store and it was a bit difficult to wash dishes.

I loved the neatness and the cleanliness of the apartment.

I did not like that the main building had a door that locked each time you left. I was unaware that the keys had a magnetic tag to open the door, was only made aware right before leaving the apartment. I did not attend a friend social event lastnight because when I texted the emergency number, no one responded until later morning, after the event ended.

The apartment is very clean, everything is available. The Staff let us to check in 2 hours earlier than normal check in time. The parking was also good. Very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It is located about 12km western of Prague in a modern neighborhood. The Metro station is about 2 min by walking but we have not used it. There is also a small supermarket around. If we go to Prague again we will book the apartment again.

I do not recommend it if you do not travel with your own auto.

Water pressure is like 30% of what it should be. It complicates things and might be the reason not to order again.

property is very clean and modern, has massive balcony.has eveyrhing you need, its quit big also. very close to metro station (2-3 min walk) . couple of stations and you are in the center of prague (15 min ride). Neighbourhood are very quit , there literally no noise. area is also very clean. we definetley will go back there. i would stay anywhere else in prague. highly recommended!

there is nothing i can complain. everything was great!

Apartment is spacious and clean, all equipment was on its place, view from windows are good, building is in new area.

Shower is leaking, Wi-Fi is not stable, blankets clean but with holes. Apartment needs to fix this issues, otherwise it’s too pricey.

After the reservation, there were some changes and I got the message during driving, it was a little complicated situation, but they contacted me by SMS and phone call for changes & new address. the room was really clean and comfortable for all my family with my dog

The parking space is a little bit small and not comfortable to access

Communication and response time for any queries we had was excellent.

The bed in the main bed room was very noisy. Mattress was comfortable but one side of the bed was loud and noisy.

Good value, lots of space for the price. The kitchen was well equipped with the basics we needed. Almost everything (see next section) was super clean, almost like new. Handicapped parking right out front was convenient, and the elevator had plenty of room. I wouldn't call it "fully accessible" for severely handicapped, but it worked great for our son with mobility issues who can walk short distances. Also, we liked that it had a washing machine inside.

The fold out couch in the living room needs to be replaced. It is quite old and dingey, and the mattress inside of it is very dirty. I was quite surprised by this, as the rest of the apartment was amazing. If someone doesn't need that for a second bed, this is a great place as is. Also, a coffee maker would've been nice to have.

Very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Not close to the city centre, but very close to Stodulki metro station.

- the kitchen could be a little more equipped. Doesn't have anything to make coffee or basic stuff like salt. - the apartment had the smell of cigars.
