- location looks to be recently renovated and very clean and everything is new - room is spacious and have included a small kitchenette with all you need for a few days staying - we had a triple room with a large double bed and single bed. The beds were comfortable - location is near by public transportation and can easily reach out to city old town

- we have been reserved parking with 2 weeks ahead and paid online parking with a day before to arrive, but when arrived to location around 6-7 p.m we found out that we don’t have any parking reserved because all places were already occupied. The staff recommended to park in a public parking to 2km away. In the end we received parking in the next day and payment for first day was refunded. After a long trip is not really nice to start searching parking with tired children as long as you have payed & reserved parking. - rooms from street are very noisy. The building is very close to street and and noise from trams is very high. We managed to used with noise, but first night was lost.

Very good location with easy access to the city

The female receptionist Sofia is very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. If she doesn’t know how to talk to people of different backgrounds, then she isn’t supposed to work in a place like this where you can’t avoid interacting with different kind of people. She is certainly racist but she is doing her racism in a wrong place.

The location was hardly 5 minutes away from the center by tram. Cozy and clean rooms. Value for money. Friendly staff.

I thought room service/Cleaning is part of the price. But I learnt it's not. I am not sure if I missed out while booking the hotel. However it is available for a standard price. Honestly speaking, the cleaning part must have been part of the hotel payment.

The apartment is new and very clean. It is equipped with everything you might need. There are several shops and supermarkets in the area (within 100 to 500 meters). It's a great base for exploring Prague, with a tram stop nearby that takes you directly to the city center. A great option is the possibility to reserve a parking spot in the underground garage (for an additional fee).

There is no air conditioning. We had an apartment on the top floor and happened to be in Prague during a heatwave, with temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius. The room got extremely hot, and the fan didn’t help much.

They did not provide breakfast. But you can find Lidl near the property (500 m), cheap and save your money. Near to public transport. 15 min to city central by public transport.

No air-conditioner and fan. I forgot my stay will be during the summer, so I forgot to check before booking. No Microwave.

Very comfortable - very good and clean facilities in terms of its kitchen, private bathroom and television. Very suitable for a budget friendly packages where you can cook your own food, the price was great but still in a good proximity to the city centre. Very spacious room for three people. The location was really strategic - it was only 20 mins away from the city centre so you can save up money on the accommodations! The staff were really friendly and transparent where they called me to come back as I left my phone !

I think there should be more bedside tables to put in out stuffs but it was a really minor improvement !

First of all is they will charge you 10 or 15 euro for cleaning the room and the cost of changing the towel is 1 euro and I asked the receptionist and she told me about the cost before cleaning and I didn’t accept, so they will tell you before ..dont worry. The receptionist explained the hotel perspective about that …all staff where so respectful and polite.

The location is fine - right beside a tram stop, public parking nearby, and a few places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk. The room looks new and has everything you need for a short stay. I was very happy that they- provided a couple of sachets of decaff coffee :-) We didn't hear any noise from other rooms.

The room was extremely hot - we hardly slept due to sweating, and this is in the middle of May. There is a fan, but the layout of the room (number 709) meant that only one person could benefit from it at night. As there's a busy road outside (cars, buses and trams), keeping the window open isn't an option. Also, I have no idea what the mattress protector is made of, but that just added to the heat and sweating. If you like the room to be dark when sleeping, bring an eye mask. If we didn't have these issues, we would have rated it higher.

The room was perfect, it has a great location, facilities, the kitchen very good but I had problems with the stove, there was no instructions how to use it. Perfect place close to down town, transportation excellent, tram, buses, almost in front, you have to walk just 5min to get them. The bus 191 to/from Airport leave you in front the hotel. Very very good, I will be there next time definitely.

It could be nice if the staff change the towels, daily or at least every 2 days, but I want to clarify that anyway you ask at the front desk and the staff are so helpful and very nice guys and provide them as well.
