The hotel is few minutes walk to the street car/ tram / big mall with food court. You can reach the main attractions of Prague easily by the #15 or #9 tram. The rooms were clean, very comfortable with a small fridge and electric kettle to make tea or instant coffee. The breakfast was very good in a nice breakfast room. The staff was kind. We especially found Andre extremely helpful, and resourceful.

The reason why I gave 9 out of 10 rating, because we found to enter the parking very dangerous .The street is narrow and trams are running both direction , you need to drive on the tracks. We needed to find another location, and the fee we paid for parking was refunded. Thank you.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in May. The room was clean and comfortable. It faced the back of the hotel and I could open a window when it got too warm. I really like the kettle and fridge in the room. No breakfast included but there are supermarkets and restaurants/cafes just 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is in between 2 tram stops: to the left as you exict the front door is Bertramka tram stop 3 minutes walk away. This area feels quite isolated and there are many closed up shops and cafes in this area, but there is a choice of 3 trams. To the right of the hotel as you exite the front door is Andel tram stop and metro station - a 5 minute walk away. There are many trams here and the metro with good connections to the airport. There are lots of shops and cafes here including a big shopping centre. I felt safe here but was not out late at night I usually used Andel rather than Bertramka tram stop. Before arriving at the hotel I was given an access code with clear instructions about how to get into hotel. There are staff present in hotel from 8am - 6pm. Any staff I spoke to were friendly. I was able to sleep well in the hotel. My neirghbours were not noisy thankfully you can just here doors closing as they enter and exit room.I felt very safe here as I was a lone female traveller.

It would be better to send entry access code the day before arrival rather that the day of arrival.

The rooms were very big. The duplex was just the right thing for my family. My children love it so much. Good food and nice staff. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent accommodation for the price! The room and the bathroom were very clean and the room was surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was pretty standard. The staff was very helpful and nice enough to let us keep our luggage after our checkout. The location of the hotel is amazing, it's near the metro, tram and bus station Anděl (a bus line that goes directly to the airport also stops there). Even without public transport, it's a nice and scenic walk from the city centre to the hotel.

The staff were exceptional in every way, providing information for all sorts of inquiries. The hotel gives the impression of being small, but the rooms are spacious. The minibar was stocked regularly with beer, soft drinks and water, and snacks were available, as well as drinkable red wine.

The breakfast is generally described by guests as being superb, but it is aimed very much at middle and northern European tastes, though the women who supervised the food made sure there was always a supply of fried eggs and omelettes available. Orange- flavoured sugary drinks were also available as well as fruit, cheese, cold meat and the sort of hot dog sausage for guests who needed to bolster their cholesterol levels. Coffee was from a machine with the usual options. All in all, not" superb", but fine and the tables were always clean and the breakfast room was bright and airy in June.

The hotel was very centrally located. We were a large group and they provided all the codes we needed for entry as many of us arrived after reception was closed. We had a mix up about parking but in the end it worked out as there was street parking nearby. The staff were extremely receptive to questions and requests and helped in any way they could. Having AC was wonderful since it was very hot while we were there. Breakfast was terrific and they provided soy milk on request for our guests who couldnt have regular milk. Walls are a little thin if there's a crying child next door, but what can you do. Such is life when traveling with kids. The pillows were the best but when i needed to try a different one, they brought it no problem. Two things in the room needed fixing, one i mentioned to them the other they saw and fixed without me having to ask. done same day. very attentive service!

I really liked this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, the hotel looks nice, the breakfast included is awesome, the cleanliness is really noticeable. The room was big with a small bar inside, a bathroom with a bathtub and a good closet with a safe inside. The location is good, at only 15 or 20 from the train terminal.

I can't say I disliked anything. The only thing that bothered me just a little bit was the light of the city coming through the curtains and illuminating the room, but that is something very simple that could be easily corrected with a heavy background. Once they do that it'll be fantastic.

During our sojourn, the accommodations were well-suited for a family of three, offering a befitting room size—not excessive, yet adequate. The efficacy of the air conditioning unit proved invaluable, particularly during our June visit, when the temperatures were considerably high. The standard of comfort pertaining to the beds, mattresses, and pillows was commendable. The hotel personnel exhibited remarkable assistance and courtesy. Upon our early arrival, four hours ahead of schedule, the receptionist graciously arranged for the safekeeping of our luggage until our designated room was prepared. Likewise, on the day of our departure, despite our flight scheduled for later in the day, the hotel staff courteously accommodated the retention of our luggage. In terms of location, the hotel's proximity to the nearest tramway station, a mere 260 meters away, allowed for convenient access to the city centre and its principal attractions within a 15–20 minute commute.

Unfortunately, there was no kettle available in the room. As tourists arriving from a region where tea is a primary beverage, this was a notable omission. Additionally, due to the design of the building, there are two windows – an inner and an outer one. Regrettably, the inner window could not be properly closed, allowing external noise to penetrate into the room.

The location was relatively good. It was about a five-minute walk to the subway and tram stations. The surroundings were far from the crowded areas, which made the hotel's atmosphere very calm. The reception lady and all the other staff were exceptionally supportive and kind.

The breakfast in this hotel could be better. The dining area was tiny, and we needed to wait for other guests to finish breakfast and enter the dining room. The quality of the breakfast could also be improved. The bread and toast were not fresh, and the items to choose from were quite limited.

Really nice hotel! Perfectly located - next to public transportation stop and about 10 mins drive from old town. A big shopping centre close by and places for nice dinner as well and still very quiet! Not extraordinary but sufficient and fresh bread options. The staff really helpful and do their best to accommodate all your needs! Definition recommend 👍🏻

If they have their own options for lunch and dinner that would make the place even much enjoyable.
