Our flight was cancelled and we have to go to Prague by bus. We missed our first night stay with the hotel. After informing them via booking.com chat that we will only check in the next morning, our breakfast is waiting in our room for us when we arrived around 11.30am. And their breakfast is very nice as well, fresh pressed juices (carrot, beetroot, cucumber) are my favourite while fresh made cappuccino is my husband’s favourite. It is not so common to find a buffet breakfast with fresh made juices nowadays.

An excellent hotel in Prague, away from the very busy center, but easily accessible by metro and trams. The staff were very nice, I felt immediately good after the greeting at reception. I liked the room design very much, everything is clean and the bed is very comfortable, I had a perfect sleep as there was no noise at all. There was a mini fridge for storing drinks/food and the room was equipped with a cool looking capsule coffee maker with some quality capsules for free. The breakfast is amazing, there are a lot of choices and everything is tasty. I especially liked the beans, the beetroot juice and the fresh czech pastries. There is even miso soup served, unfortunately I discovered it too late when I wasn't hungry anymore. The staff cleans/replenishes everything very quickly. I've been to several hotels in Prague, this is definitely one of the best!

The breakfast room is a bit cramped, I had breakfast relatively early, but the place was already full with people, making it a bit hard to navigate around the food options. The hotel has many guests, and the 3 elevators are quite slow to serve all the request. Luckily I discovered where the stairs are, and used the stairs whenever I could. (It is pretty hidden, not easy to discover at first sight)

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to both bus and metro stops, which made getting downtown very easy. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the breakfast. They offered a wide variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the champagne at the entrance each morning. Even though the offerings were consistent each day, there was plenty to choose from, so it didn’t feel repetitive. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Everything! Been to Prague countless times but this is the BEST hotel and location we have stayed so far todate. All aspects were beyond our expectations - Thank you!

Superb! The best value-for-money hotel I ever stayed in recent years, no one even comes close! All transportation means including tram, bus and metro, 3 supermarkets (Albert, Lidl and Tesco) and a shopping mall with food court are all within 5-7 mins walking distance. The room was spacious, and impeccably clean during my 4 nights of stay. Amenities included Rituals and sandals was a surprise. Room rate also included complementary breakfast which provided all essential options for a meat lover liked me but sometimes would prefer more healthy choices for being too guilty. All staff members were polite and attentive.

I loved the breakfast! Not only they offered something for really everyone, but of high quality! The staff at the breakfast menu was very helpful. The room was clean and had everything I expected - a safe, a mini fridge, a coffee/tea maker, (with tea and coffee bags) and really nice and fluffy towels. The hotel is very well connected with the city by public transport (metro, tram, buses) and it's close to a big shopping mall with a food court.

My room didn't get cleaned the day before I was leaving even though I was gone most of the time. Not a big deal. The electric socket in the bathroom didn't seem to work well.

It is a clean and comfortable place with a wonderful atmosphere. It’s very close to the tram and metro station so you can reach the Old Town in a few minutes and the airport in a short time. The staff are helpful and constantly working to keep the place in order. I appreciated their efforts especially during breakfast (which is fabulous by the way). If we come back to Prague, this is definitely the hotel we will go for next time.

Best.Breakfasts.Ever. I’ve never seen the extent of this “buffet”—from Champagne to miso soup, a yogurt bar, and everything in between—this breakfast had everything! Everything was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful! Thanks for everything!

Best hotel service we experienced while traveling in Europe. Prompt and polite service, they send anything I need immediately to the room and respond fast to all my requests. Excellent staff and very rich breakfast with great choice of fruits veggies cheeses many types of bakery and sweets We were extremely satisfied We will be back
