Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were allowed to leave our car at the office carpark, as the building carpark was fully booked, and this solved a lot of parking concerns. I was allowed to leave my many suitcases after the regular check-out time, which was extremely helpful. Thank you, Zuzana!

I didn't realise the property was a bit far from the location I was meant to be at, but this was something nobody could control.

- location - nice view on 7th floor - 1 bedroom 1 living room, very spacious - well equipped kitchen - Tesco, Albert, Penny, Lidl just round the corner - tram stop very nearby - direct bus to and from PRG airport - very easy communication with the manager Zuzana - able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out - good size toilet, hot water from taps come within 5 seconds, good water pressure and hot enough - hot and powerful hair dryer in the toilet - washing machine in the toilet

The only downside was TV without YouTube

Location is amazing close to all transportation and Andel is great part of the city. Everythin is close including grocery stores, mall, etc. Apartment is really comfortable and big.

It didn't have all amenities in order to cook you have to buy everything even for 2 days - oil, peper, etc.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, quiet and spacious. It had all we needed for a really great stay in Prague. The location was good in a quiet street and we parked our car in the car park below the building for a fee and it was safe and easy to access. Our host came quickly after we called that we had arrived and helped us with settling in.

Nothing really, maybe some instructions how to meet would have been great, we had to ring our host upon arrival and wait for the key and to enter the car park.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, excellent location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, convenient tram lines and the bus to the airport. The apartment had everything we needed, it was warm, and the host was helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay.

The fridge didn't work very well and the sofas in the living room are not very convenient for sitting although they're comfy for lying down. And everything looked clean, but our socks told a different story.

1. Since we stayed for one week, we needed to clean floors from dust. There is nothing in the apartment (broom, vacuum cleaner, or mop) to clean apartment after few days by our own. 2. Cleaning service after 3 days includes only change of towels, and it could include cleaning of floors as well. 3. There is some problem with light in the kitchen - it is shutting down after few minutes automatically, and turning on after long time automatically, again turning off after few minutes, ... this is light built in in hanging cabinets. We used it because it is very dark when you need to wash the dishes, although main kitchen light is turned on

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Very well furnished with everything brand new. Located in the nice and cool neighbourhood of Andel, few steps from the metro station (three station away from Wenceslas square).

A bit overpriced, but apparently that's the standard for accomodations in Prague in New Year's Eve time.

The location of the apartment is ideal! It is 5 min walk to the closest tram/metro station and approx. 30 min walk to the must-visit landmarks like Charles Bridge or Prague Castle. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, which is also a plus. The public parking (free during weekends) is available just in from of the apartment. Overall the apartment itself is very pleasant and comfortable for a weekend stay. We also had no problems with the communication with a host.

The sofa in the living room does not transform into a normal sleeper sofa/bed, meaning that 2 people will have to sleep on separate sections of this sofa. Though it appeared to be pretty comfortable and spacious, it's not too convenient to have such a sleeping option, especially if you are staying for longer than a few nights.

Clean apartment in a modern residential building a very few steps from metro and tram station Anděl. Beautiful view of the city from the seventh and last floor. Essentially equipped kitchen. Spacious double room with view and very comfortable mattress. Small but clean bathroom with shower and washing machine. Easy and fast communication with management.

Awesome place! We got the keys with instructions at a reception desk right across the street from the apartment. The owner arranged parking for us at a garage just a few meters away. Communication was smooth and convenient. The flat is located in a secure building on a quite and lovey street with trees and no traffic. The apartment was spacious and very cozy, There was a big bedroom with a comfortable bed. There was a kitchen with appliances, a nice couch by the window in the living room. Really great experience. The location was very good, there's a shopping mall just a few minutes away, tram and metro stations, but the main attractions are not too far away on foot either if you don't mind walking. I can only recommend this place.

A minor inconvenience was that there was no oil or condiment for cooking.
