I’ve traveled to many countries, and I can confidently say that Kristina is the best host ever! Her kindness and helpfulness make your stay much warmer and more comfortable. She advised and guided me to fully enjoy my trip to Prague. Plus, her adorable baby Nero Junior is the cutest companion you could imagine—having breakfast with them was such a delight! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention—they left a super lovely gift at my door! As for the location, I think it’s excellent. The central bus station, supermarkets, shopping centers, and the Vltava River are all nearby. It’s just a 30-minute walk along the beautiful banks of the Vltava, which is truly unbeatable. If you visit in December, there’s also a small Christmas market near the metro station. The facilities are spotless, and the breakfast is very varied and delicious! What else can I say? 100000000000/5! If I ever return to Prague, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Location's great for visiting Prague, apartment was spacious, clean, cozy and functional, we had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, functional bathroom, a recreational area, a fully equipped kitchen, a good wifi connection, electric sockets and lighting in the right places, a hair dryer, an optional laundry service (free of charge) and optional breakfast (very moderately priced). What's most important, Kristina makes sure that everyone feels at home and cared for, and provides guests with all the information they might need. She's there for several hours daily, so every problem is addressed immediately. And there's Nero, of cause. We'd love to come back.

It's difficult to think of anything that wasn't great, but if one tries really hard: the street outside is quite busy and the noise might be an issue, if you need complete calm and quiet and want to keep the windows open. The mattress in our room was very soft and might not be to everyone's taste.

First of all, Christina, our host, met us with a huge smile at the entrance to her beautiful apartment hotel. So warm and inviting, with attention to the smaest details. with every request and need answered, with recmmedations and tips to improve our stay in the city. With Nero, her sweet puppy. And the apartment, clean, well equipped and comfortable, suited us like a glove. Within walking distance of public transportation end shopping centers and right next to thecity center

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aparthotel City 5, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Kristina. From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel welcome and was super engaging during our stay. She consistently demonstrated a genuine interest in why we were in Prague. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk to all of the attractions we were interested in; Kristina provided us a map and outlined how to get to places and what attractions were truly worth our time. The room was wonderful and we were able to feel at home, having a kitchenette was a game changer as we were staying in Prague for a total of 6 days. I highly recommend staying here, and personally look forward to returning in the future.

It's a spacious apartment with a bedroom, and a living room containing a simple kitchen and dining table! So we can buy food from supermarkets and make easy meals for ourselves. Saved a lot of money~ There are many supermarkets nearby such as Lidl ,Tesco and Albert. We like that the place is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Everynight we slept very well. And the host Kristina is very energetic and kind to us. ( and Narros as well) We are treated breakfast for one day and received a gift from her~ In general we like this apartment very much.

Our stay in the Aparthotel City 5 was excellent. We really liked everything, especially the hospitality, warmth, energy and responsiveness of the hotel hostess Christina, homely atmosphere she creates and maintains. The location is very good, the hotel is close to a metro station and multiple tram routes. At the same time, you can reach most popular sightseeing places on foot (10-20 min. walk). A big shopping center is located in the area, thus you can get stuff you need easily. Christina's sightseeing advises as well as tips related to local rules were very valuable for us. We were pleasantly surprised that Christina speaks at least 5 languages, so every guest feels special attention. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and felt cared for, sincere and kind at every moment of our stay. We'll definitely select this hotel when we come to Prague once again.

Lovely host Kristina was always available, happy to help, and ready to offer advice on any issues. My plane did not arrive on time, so I got to the hotel much later than expected at night, but I was warmly met and greeted at the door. The location of the apartments couldn't be better for exploring the city—you can walk everywhere, and the river is only a five-minute walk away. The facilities were great, creating a cosy, homely feeling. Small thoughtful details made my stay even more convenient, such as umbrellas available to borrow on rainy days, little benches in the corridor to place your bag, charming calendars on the walls, a large fridge, a well-equipped kitchen, and even breakfast provided by the host. A shopping centre, supermarkets, and a bakery are just a 5–10 minute walk from the apartments. The bus station is right around the corner, with buses running directly to the airport. For anyone who isn’t a frequent traveller or is visiting Prague for the first time, this was a safe, perfect, and relaxing place to stay.

You can hear the noise from the cars at night as the hotel is facing the main street, the street is not too busy but I suppose if you are a light sleeper this is something to think about before booking.

This place is an absolute gem ♥️ From the very first moment, you feel truly welcomed here. It was our tenth time in Prague, but unfortunately we stayed only one night this time, yet these were the most warm and atmospheric apartments we’ve ever stayed in. The location is fantastic: public transport, shops, and restaurants are all nearby and you can easily walk to the heart of the old city. The apartment itself is spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. But the real heart of this place is the host. An absolutely wonderful person kind, attentive, and full of great advice on where to go and what to see. Her hospitality made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. Thank you, Kristina! 🙏

The host Kristina was exceptional, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She provided lots of local information and went out of her way to ensure the stay was great and any needs were met. The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The location was perfect: within walking distance to the town, activities, and to a nearby large shopping complex and supermarket. Transportation is convenient for access too: there is a metro stop close by which allows local connection and I used it to travel to the Aparthotel on arrival from the main train station and to the airport at the end of my stay. Buses and trams also run within a few hundred meters, so if you don't feel like walking you can ride! I found Prague very easy to explore. I would love to have stayed longer, it was a great accommodation venue and I plan to come back soon! Thanks Kristina!!

There was nothing I didn't like. The accommodation, whilst simple, was quite adequate, breakfast was plentiful and the location very convenient. My experience was wonderful and I found it a great place to stay.

We loved everything! Absolutely lovely hostess Kristina with a sweet young pupster Nero. From her side amazing customer service, she prepared very nice breakfasts for us and was regarding to us as to her friends. We came to Prague super early and she was very kind to let us check in 1.5h earlier and also upgraded our room for free! Also gave us tips and answered questions about food and spots to visit very detailed. The room we got was spacious, super clean and also comfortably warm, although our last day outside was around 10° and raining and it felt colder in the room (although I think there was a possibility of adjusting the radiators). Also AMAZING bed, bed covers and pillows!! Location of the hotel was also amazing: metro, trams and busses in 5-10 min walking reach and if you'll have a public transport 3 day ticket, you will have a blast. Also 2 supermarkets and a shopping mall in approximately same distance. We will certainly return here again! Thank you so much for having us 😊
