We stayed in the apartment for three days. The place is indeed spacious, and it’s comfortable enough for a short stay.

However, the condition was more worn-out than it appeared in the photos. The most inconvenient part was accessing the apartment. Entry required clicking a link on the phone, but for some reason, it didn’t always work immediately. On the first day, we couldn’t get in right away. When I emailed the administrator for help, the response came in all caps: "FIND THE EMAIL FROM BOOKING, IT'S WRITTEN THERE" instead of providing a proper explanation. This left a rather unpleasant impression.

Very clean, nice size apartment. Good size refrigerator. Beautiful interior hallways in the building. Both shower and tub in the unit I stayed. Close to several restaurants and a small shop across the street. Location is very good and easy to find. Close to trams and river access.

Apartment I stayed in not shown in photos anywhere (unit 103). There are no hooks to hang coats, towels, etc anywhere in the apartment. No hand towel for WC, No towel in kitchen, No shoe horn, No tissues for nose. Very small tv. Sheets on bed a little dated and in need of replacing (holes and old stains). Not many utensils for cooking in the kitchen (there was one wooden spoon and one spatula)

The day we got there there was no water on the entire street, we didn’t notice this until the evening so we called the reception and they informed us that there were some unscheduled maintenance going on. I understand that they are not in control or responsible for these things, but it would have helped if they called and let us know of this issue when they found out about it. Trying to find a store after 22 to get water was not a fun experience and could have been prevented with better communication.

Great localization, terrace on the roof with a nice view you can see Praski Hrad and drink coffee, big space, and big rooms. We like the place and the area , very close to Veltava river and the old town.

Very limited equipment in the kitchen. The cooker is broken and heat very slowly plus 2 stations do not work at all. We were 11 persons and we did not have enough chairs to sit. In the bathroom there is not any shelf to put your things hence 11 persons keeps everything on the floor. Small staff that can be improved easily.

Very hard bed in the main room, the mattresses need to be changed; Overused mattresses also in the second bedroom on queen size bed as well as single bed; The kitchen could use a bit more equipment; Only got one towel per person;

Fantastic location right beside the river, easy to get around in Uber or tram, apartment missing a few simple amenities, tin opener, toaster ironing board and faulty kettle, would have been good to have sweeping brush and a sofa apartment big enough. Other than that great spacious apartment, nice restaurants round about don’t eat in old town food expensive and not very nice.

Very clean and good facilities, a few pots, pans, plates and cutlery was provided, 2 towels were provided per person which is perfect. The apartment itself is very well located and very well maintained.

I would have liked to have maybe a few more pots maybe for boiling pasta and making a sauce, the check-in time and checkout times are not the very best. Delaying checkout by maybe an hour or two and preponing check-in by an hour or two would make the property perfect.

The apartment was very big , enough beds for everyone we was a group of four and thier was e bedrooms and a balcony which was great ,, the location was brilliant just next to the riverside 25 mins walk to the center of Prague. The kitchen had all utilities to cook. Enough space for clothes ,we would stay again!

You had to hold the shower head

My stay at this property ( Riverside Spirit ) was exceptional.The size of the apartment was huge and the location is impeccable. The staff contacted via wattsApp was attentive and help me to get late check out when my got delayed. Thank you guys I will definitely come back again (:
