The room was spacious and clean, it was quiet and close to different tram stops and the river. Breakfast was very tasty and with good choice.

We had to ask for slippers as there were none in our room. We got them but were told that the slippers were only directly given in the non-standard rooms, which is quite strange as we always get slippers and even bathrobes in four star hotels all over Europe. No body lotion, hand cream etc. was included. We booked breakfast for one morning, we were told at the reception, that the price was 15€ if booked earlier or 18€ if bought right before breakfast. When we paid during the checkout we were charged 395kč per person which is more than 15€ (the current exchange rate is 20-23kč for 1€ but 395kč for 15€ gives 26kč=1€). The information should have been clearer.

Great location, close to river and public transport system. Room was clean, spacious, modern and functional with coffee machine. Breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. Set us up for the day. The lounge/bar by the entrance friendly and pleasant place to await your family and friends before venturing out.

I travelled with son with autism. The Hotel were both supportive and understanding.Second time I've used the hotel and it's consistent. Highly Recommended

I am well traveled (66 yrs.) and very familiar with Prague.The location is excellent and rooms are well isolated, equipped with daily quality beauty products, coffee, tea etc. All the reception staff as well as cleansing service have been super efficient and very pleasant to deal with, accommodating promptly any request I made. Hard working , day & night, exceptionally well trained and speaking excellent English, and other languages. The hotel might be 4 stars, but it deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would have liked at least a little outdoor area to be reserved for non-smokers, since I am allergic…And more MOVIE channels would be great, but otherwise, I really loved everything about this hotel.

The staff were absolutely wonderful in every way possible. They were friendly, endlessly helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. We really loved the location. Though initially we were not sure we should stay outside of Old Town, in the end, we were really thrilled we did. The Hermitage was close to transportation, there were wonderful restaurants and cafes close by, the location was very walkable, and we felt safe even at night.

From the ratings, I had expected a bit more of a "luxurious" feel, but in the big picture, these were minor issues. ie, no conditioner or body cream provided, no luggage rack, one pillow per person (though I'm certain they would have provided more upon request), no bathrobe, blanket a bit thin....ultimately we were still really happy with our experience.

The hotel is very nice, tidy, with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. The hotel is located in the center of the city, not far from a beautiful river, where you can take a walk and breathe in the fresh air. Many historical locations of the old city are within walking distance. Breakfasts at the hotel are tasty, the choice of dishes is sufficient, but I would like more variety of dishes on different days. Perhaps we have entered the season when the dishes are the same all week long, practically unchanged. Therefore, this is the hotel's only advice - to make different menus on different days :). But if you don't stop for a long time, then this moment is not important :)

Location, hotel design, room design, facilities, breakfast, kind stuff. Everything was at a very high level.

Upon arrival I was asked to provide a physical credit card for warranty. It was the hotels policy but no one can assure me if my credit card information is secure as someone just typed the card number to a CRM with uncertain security. The second that I didn’t like was that I went to breakfast on Monday morning at 9:30 and there weren’t refilling the scrambled eggs. The breakfast was until 11:00 so it was very strange. All previous days within the weekend the refills were immediate.

It is located in the real center of Prague, near the railway line and the railway bridge, but it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The rooms were beautifully tidy and clean. As one of the few hotels, they had a really powerful and functional hair dryer:)).

Warning: the parking price stated in the hotel guide in the room is different from reality - it was higher. Instead of the receptionist, out of courtesy and respect for the client, charging the price they state in the brochure (lower) in the room, she charged the higher price that they have listed on the flyer directly at reception. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and when we requested housekeeping, they only made the beds and changed the towels, but the bathtub was not cleaned and the coffee was not replenished.

Everything was lovely. Breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and well taken care of. There wasn't any noise, everyone at the reception and the staff in general were extremely polite and helpful. The location is in Prague 2 and very close to tram stations so access to all of Prague is easy. Even without trams though, walking by the river is very relaxing and the scenery beautiful. If I ever visit Prague again I will definitely stay there. PS. It was my birthday when we arrived and the staff had left a little surprise, which really added to the whole experience and made me happy to see.

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Hermitage Prague. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, making it perfect for relaxation. It’s also incredibly clean, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well ! a great selection and quality! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

The size of the bathroom. The room had coffee and tea, as well as a water boiler. The curtains were the perfect thickness to block morning light. Beds are overall comfortable, and you can request an extra pillow. The room temperature was also perfect. You could hardly hear any outside noise, so kudos on soundproof windows.

The cleaning, while overall fine, could be improved - for instance, vacuuming could be done for the entire room, including the bathroom, because every time we returned in the evening, some hair was still left on the floor. Perhaps a lotion in the bathroom would have been a nice perk as well. The desk chair - I appreciate the wooden appeal, but it's very uncomfortable if you have to sit at the desk and work. The staff at the reception could use a smile when welcoming guests.
