The room was spacious and clean, it was quiet and close to different tram stops and the river. Breakfast was very tasty and with good choice.

We had to ask for slippers as there were none in our room. We got them but were told that the slippers were only directly given in the non-standard rooms, which is quite strange as we always get slippers and even bathrobes in four star hotels all over Europe. No body lotion, hand cream etc. was included. We booked breakfast for one morning, we were told at the reception, that the price was 15€ if booked earlier or 18€ if bought right before breakfast. When we paid during the checkout we were charged 395kč per person which is more than 15€ (the current exchange rate is 20-23kč for 1€ but 395kč for 15€ gives 26kč=1€). The information should have been clearer.

Great location, close to river and public transport system. Room was clean, spacious, modern and functional with coffee machine. Breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. Set us up for the day. The lounge/bar by the entrance friendly and pleasant place to await your family and friends before venturing out.

I travelled with son with autism. The Hotel were both supportive and understanding.Second time I've used the hotel and it's consistent. Highly Recommended

The hotel is very nice, tidy, with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. The hotel is located in the center of the city, not far from a beautiful river, where you can take a walk and breathe in the fresh air. Many historical locations of the old city are within walking distance. Breakfasts at the hotel are tasty, the choice of dishes is sufficient, but I would like more variety of dishes on different days. Perhaps we have entered the season when the dishes are the same all week long, practically unchanged. Therefore, this is the hotel's only advice - to make different menus on different days :). But if you don't stop for a long time, then this moment is not important :)

Everything was lovely. Breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and well taken care of. There wasn't any noise, everyone at the reception and the staff in general were extremely polite and helpful. The location is in Prague 2 and very close to tram stations so access to all of Prague is easy. Even without trams though, walking by the river is very relaxing and the scenery beautiful. If I ever visit Prague again I will definitely stay there. PS. It was my birthday when we arrived and the staff had left a little surprise, which really added to the whole experience and made me happy to see.

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Hermitage Prague. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, making it perfect for relaxation. It’s also incredibly clean, which made me feel very comfortable during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well ! a great selection and quality! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel bedroom corridors were quiet and very clean. Location was perfect. . Tram stop 3 or 4 mins from the hotel .It was worth asking the reception staff for advice on transport options . A 5 min tram ride took us straight to Charles Bridge. Prague's transport network is very efficient and with very frequent service on Trams and Metro. The front desk staff were very friendly and most helpful. The hotel was very clean . Room was very clean . Breakfast was fantastic and well worth the cost when booking accommodation. I travelled with my wife who is a native of Prague and we travel every year to Prague . We have stayed in many hotels in the city . I'm happy to say that we have found a hotel that we will feel comfortable booking every year from now on . It's a lovely hotel with great staff. My wife celebrated her birthday during our stay and the hotel staff left a cake and a small gift in the room which was much appreciated . Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel, good standard european breakfast, nice location in quite and beautiful area, approx. 10-15 min by car from city centre or 45 min by foot. Safe garage in the hotel, nice fitness area on the rooftop of the hotel. Tram stop 2-3 minutes from the hotel, mini market 1 minute from the hotel. Ok room, some update of the rooms is needed. Helpful staff and nice caffe bar working until midnight.

A bit far from city centre if you prefere only walking. Lack of facilities in the hotel, there is nothing except small hotel bar and gym. Rooms need updating. 25 euros per day for a garage usage.

The staff were extremely helpful, and on arrival gave us a map of the city with very clear instructions of how to get to the centre, and she even marked out some locations we could visit. The breakfast had an excellent selection of both cooked and continental, with a good variety of teas, coffees and juices. The room was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bath which was a nice surprise. Housekeeping gave us clean towels every day, replenished any coffee and milk we had used, gave us clean glasses for water, and even folded our PJs on our beds. If/When I return to this beautiful city, I will absolutely stay at the Hotel Hermitage again, and would recommend it to all of my friends. Very reasonably priced, good value for money, and down a nice quiet street so we got a good night's sleep. Thank you all and see you next time!

Very spacious, clean, and well-equipped room! We had a very comfortable stay while visiting the Prague Christmas Market which is located very close, approx. 30 minutes walking distance from the hotel! We also ordered room service and the food was exceptional. The staff were very friendly as well and gave us a map and detailed instructions on how to reach the nearest tram station.

The breakfast buffet options were okay but rather basic, I would've liked to see more options, e.g. plant-based milk or Greek yogurt, maybe a fruit salad, different kinds of cooked eggs, etc.

I recently stayed at the Hermitage Hotel in Prague to celebrate my birthday, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff greeted us warmly and informed me that my room had been upgraded to a superior room with a terrace—a wonderful surprise! Despite arriving before check-in time, we were told our room was already prepared and ready, which was incredibly convenient. To top it all off, I was selected as the ‘Guest of the Day’ and gifted with a complimentary two-course meal for two and a bottle of wine. When we entered our room, we found a complimentary bottle of bubbles waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed an exquisite dinner at the hotel restaurant that evening. The next day, on my actual birthday, we returned from sightseeing to yet another surprise: a second bottle of bubbles and a birthday cake waiting in our room. I haven’t experienced such exceptional hospitality even in five-star hotels. Special thanks to Miroslav Forejtek, the general manager, and the entire Hermitage team, who made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They even allowed us a late checkout and provided space for our bags while we waited for our flight. The Hermitage Hotel went above and beyond, making this birthday one to remember!”
