The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room had all the facilities needed and exceeded all expectations. It was very easy to get to the city centre by tram, as the stop was right at the hotel's exit. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Prague! :)

Everything was incredible, although the breakfast could be a little better, the food quality was great but there weren't many options to choose from. However, the food was very good.

Ideal distance from the city, walkable and with direct tram routes. Lidl within 2 min walk for snack top up. Shower had great temperature and pressure with all necessary body wash/hair and hand soap, nice toilet paper and tissues provided as well as feminine product bin bags. Towels provided. Also is right next to a cool fort, defo worth an explore.

Hotel is right on the train line and trams going through the night, it’s manageable with the window shut but wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. When we arrived there is hidden city tax to pay which was a bit of a shock but came to about 12 euros so not a huge issue. Asked for twin bed but they still where pushed together meaning we had to separate ourselves, not a large haste.

Staff is firendly and helping, multi-languages speaking. Location is great, tram stop is right at the door (easily can get you to the city centre), supermarket Lidl and daily shops are also 2 steps away, as several pubs and restaurants, take away steet food. Everyday cleaning is ok. What I liked a lot about my room: the view and cozy bathroom with a large tube. The hotel just open there own restaurant and serving nice breakfast just for 10 euros. Like the place, do recommend if nopes are ok with you (below)

Very poor WiFi(( I work online and staying 3 weeks was a real problem. Very loud from outside and trams stops, as trams start around 4:30 am, that was not a problem for me as I work from 5 am, but for night owles its a disaster I can guess. Some furniture and the room need renovation, but still it was cozy and comfortable.

The location is great. The neighbors are quiet. There is restaurant in the hotel but I didn't try it so I can't rate it. Every evening I bought food from the supermarket which is very close to the hotel for breakfast and before bed. There are delicious food in the city for lunch and dinner. It is very convenient to travel. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel that direct to Charles Bridge. This was my favorite part of the trip. The room is clean. There is only one cup of coffee. If you want more, you have to pay at the reception. There is shower gel, shampoo, and hand sanitizer, that's all. The staff are very good, smiling, and kind. The room is quiet. You can't hear the noise from the next room, but you can clearly hear the noise from the front door or when there are people in the corridor. Overall, I like this place very much. I will definitely stay here again.

You can feel the vibration when the tram passes by. However, it is very quiet once the tram is over around midnight. The air conditioning doesn't work well but you can open the windows. TV have no channels, I try to scan but no signal. You can connect your own USB or HDMI. But who wants to watch TV when the city is more interesting? I stayed in the city until late and then went back to sleep. Shower draining is so slow.There is tissue paper in the bathroom but they should be provided in the room too.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we even got a lovely surprise: two balconies. 🚿 The bathroom was large, and the room had plenty of storage space. 📍 The hotel is located in one of Prague’s best areas (Prague 2), with tram stops right next to it, making it super convenient. 🅿️ Free parking was available nearby on weekends, which was a big bonus.

🔇 The only downside was that street noise could be heard in the room, so we recommend earplugs for light sleepers. ☕ Also, breakfast wasn’t included, or had to be purchased separately. Overall, still a very good experience in a quiet and well-located hotel!

We were accommodated in the attic of the hotel, just right for 2 people. The hotel was about 40 minutes walk to the center, 10 minutes by tram. From the window we could see Vyšehrad and Hradcany,, location is fine. The hotel itself could get some renovation, the furniture is slightly worn in places, the TV is at least 15 years old. There is a coffee maker, 4 Nespresso capsules for the stay, the rest for a fee, if you want more. The hotel does not have a functional restaurant. However, there are 2 restaurants, also small cafes around the corner, and a grocery store about 100 m away. The staff was helpful, they tried their best. If you are not demanding, the stay is fine

slightly noisy due to trams

Extremely clean room (cleaning was done daily), prompt, friendly staff. Exceptional location, tram station near the hotel, very good connections to any area of ​​the city. Parking in front of the hotel, unfortunately there is a charge (the price is around 15 euros per day), but you have to be lucky to find a free space. Payment can be made at the parking meter in that area or through the PID application (with which you can also purchase travel tickets for means of transport). I preferred the application, it was much more comfortable. Parking can be paid for a maximum of 12 hours (between 08.00-20.00), but there is no problem if you stay longer, since between 20.00-08.00 it is free.

I made a reservation for 3 people. The third bed was a folding bed, more suitable for a child than an adult, as the mattress support bars were thin and cracked easily (by the way, I saw folding beds from other rooms in the hallway and they all had cracked support bars).Breakfast is no longer available, I was told by the reception that the hotel restaurant has permanently closed.

Excellent location, trams in front of hotel can take you to most of must see sights. Deco of the hotel is nice. Rooms are spacious ,clean, nightshift receptionists are very helpful.

Housekeeping works aren’t consistent and without internal management/general standard. We booked two rooms, apart from towels, other stuff are refilled in a very pace. Vey puzzling. Curtains in one of bathrooms was not wide enough to cover the whole window

The property is a bit of a distance from the city centre; it’s about 2.8km from the main train station but there is a direct tram line that goes into the centre right outside the hotel so it’s very convenient. The staff at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as well. The room itself was rather large although I do think it was a room for three that was assigned to me even though I was a solo traveller. It is air conditioned and the room had a window that can be opened as well, should you want fresh air. The bathroom was especially spacious, and which I honestly wasn’t expecting. I had read in a couple of reviews here that there was no hot water in the bath and my initial thoughts were also similar, but you just have to keep the water running for a couple of minutes and then you do get hot water. Trust me on this one (Definitely feel bad about the water wastage but physically cannot survive without hot water) There’s a Nespresso machine in the room that gives you one free coffee and you can purchase more at the cost of €1 at the reception. I read reviews that it is a noisy because of the tram connection outside but I never heard any noise of the tram during my stay. Keep in mind that they don’t serve breakfast at all though. There is a Lidl within 200m of the hotel if you want to buy some groceries, sweet breads and beverages though.

There is nothing that I disliked about the property, really. I did observe that the doors that lead you into the property aren’t automatic so you have to open two doors to step in and climb 3-4 steps to enter the reception area. There are no ramps so it’s not luggage or wheelchair friendly. It didn’t bother me but it might be of note to you.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with transport and food options right on the doorstep. The room was a good size and the staff were very helpful. Value for money is excellent.

The electric kettle mentioned in the facilities is actually just a coffee maker. It is possible to get regular hot water from it, but only in small amounts at a time. The pillow was very thin and flat so that could have been more comfortable, but these were tiny things and the overall experience was very good.
