The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room had all the facilities needed and exceeded all expectations. It was very easy to get to the city centre by tram, as the stop was right at the hotel's exit. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Prague! :)

Everything was incredible, although the breakfast could be a little better, the food quality was great but there weren't many options to choose from. However, the food was very good.

Ideal distance from the city, walkable and with direct tram routes. Lidl within 2 min walk for snack top up. Shower had great temperature and pressure with all necessary body wash/hair and hand soap, nice toilet paper and tissues provided as well as feminine product bin bags. Towels provided. Also is right next to a cool fort, defo worth an explore.

Hotel is right on the train line and trams going through the night, it’s manageable with the window shut but wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. When we arrived there is hidden city tax to pay which was a bit of a shock but came to about 12 euros so not a huge issue. Asked for twin bed but they still where pushed together meaning we had to separate ourselves, not a large haste.

The property is a bit of a distance from the city centre; it’s about 2.8km from the main train station but there is a direct tram line that goes into the centre right outside the hotel so it’s very convenient. The staff at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as well. The room itself was rather large although I do think it was a room for three that was assigned to me even though I was a solo traveller. It is air conditioned and the room had a window that can be opened as well, should you want fresh air. The bathroom was especially spacious, and which I honestly wasn’t expecting. I had read in a couple of reviews here that there was no hot water in the bath and my initial thoughts were also similar, but you just have to keep the water running for a couple of minutes and then you do get hot water. Trust me on this one (Definitely feel bad about the water wastage but physically cannot survive without hot water) There’s a Nespresso machine in the room that gives you one free coffee and you can purchase more at the cost of €1 at the reception. I read reviews that it is a noisy because of the tram connection outside but I never heard any noise of the tram during my stay. Keep in mind that they don’t serve breakfast at all though. There is a Lidl within 200m of the hotel if you want to buy some groceries, sweet breads and beverages though.

There is nothing that I disliked about the property, really. I did observe that the doors that lead you into the property aren’t automatic so you have to open two doors to step in and climb 3-4 steps to enter the reception area. There are no ramps so it’s not luggage or wheelchair friendly. It didn’t bother me but it might be of note to you.

Breakfast is not included and there is no option to add it to the booking. (Though there is a café downstairs in the building, that offers coffee with croissant and something else for apprx. 200 czk). Electric kettle wasn´t in the room, despite the fact, that I found it in the description of room equipment. Noise from outside from both trams and trains. TV in our room didn´t work. We immediately made a complain at the reception, nevertheless the problem wasn´t solved during our stay (2 nights) allegedly for some technical problems. Wifi had bad quality. We found only one socket in the room (another one was in the bathroom).

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the tram right in front of the building. This made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment to relax after a day of exploring.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, Furthermore, the check-in process was quite strict with timing, and there was a long queue when I arrived, which made the wait rather frustrating. Additionally, the arrangement of the twin room beds was a bit funny and not what I expected. Another downside was the lack of laundry facilities, which made it inconvenient for longer stays.

We spent 7 nights at hotel at the end of April. The first day when we arrived a group of school students checked in and located in the same floor as us and made a lot of noise. When I inform the reception about this they changed our room and new room was calm and the experience got more pleasing. The location is good, in front of tram. We did not get breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The cleaning ladies were all nice and collaborative as we had to stay all day in room for two days.

There was no curtains in our room. It was old style, but it is Personal taste, I know some people like it.

Its location close to magical ancient Vyšehrad and the tram. I have stayed here many visits and its a good price, clean and comfortable. It is a basic and pleasant hotel, with a nice coffee maker in the room! The location is a little south of the main area so you’re not in the middle of the busy areas but you can hop on the tram and be there in minutes. Or you can walk up to Vyšehrad and also to the river and stroll into town this way. Often I walked up to town as it’s so beautiful any way you go! The staff are excellent. Alla who helped me on my recent visit was kind and helpful. There are some good restaurants within walking distance. I always add a visit here on my trips to Prague. Enjoy!

It can be a little noisy at times if a bunch of kids are staying but usually they quiet down. 🤣

The smaller room for my second stay (Dec 13-17) was absolutely perfect for one person. The staff was lovely -- reception personnel (Gleb, Dmitri, and a third young man) were all professional and most helpful. Loved the location with tram right outside.

Had to clean dirt off shoe with hand towel, and left this on the floor for housekeeping pickup. But they didn't pick it up, only on the next day of my stay. Also, someone from Housekeeping stopped by to vacuum in the early evening after I got home from being a tourist. Odd time to vacuum! I told her it didn't matter -- carpet didn't need it. Wish the menu at the adjacent bar/restaurant (which may not be affiliated with the hotel) had a few more items on it - not just Italian-leaning.

The hotel is very comfortable and exceptionally clean, with great attention to hygiene standards – something that was especially important to me. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee machine. I also really liked the interior design of the hotel – it creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

There’s a nice restaurant on the first floor where breakfast is well-prepared and enjoyable. The location is also convenient: a bus stop is nearby, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to the historic old town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to check in early and my requests were fulfilled. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Especially thick towels and bedding. Lots of hot water with good pressure for the shower. Very close to tram stop to easily get to Old Town. Also close to Metro stop. Lovely area with St Peter and Paul Basilica and St Martin Round Tower within walking distance. Supermarket very close by.

It was great to be close to tram stop, but also a bit noisy because of its proximity. Lots of steps to the metro. No reflection at all on the hotel of course.
