Great location for the price. The hotel staff is just super! Any problem is solved instantly. Cleanliness is at the highest level! The metro station is a few meters from the hotel. The food at the hotel is excellent and there is a large selection.

The hotel interior needs updating, no matter that everything works well, repairs are necessary. If the interior of the hotel rooms were modern, it would probably be the best hotel in Prague

Our family and circle of friends stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, booking 5 rooms – and we didn’t regret a single moment! It’s very convenient that there is parking available — a real advantage in Prague. Public transport is also easily accessible and quickly takes you to all the main attractions. The hotel is spacious, yet guests don’t get in each other’s way — even during breakfast there was no crowding. We really liked the idea of the information board showing the estimated breakfast occupancy by time — very practical and helps with planning. The rooms were clean, and the new housekeeping staff member on our floor was kind and attentive. In the restaurant, our waiter Ihor served us smoothly and professionally. When they learned we were here to celebrate a family anniversary, the staff offered their help — which was a very pleasant surprise. Upon departure, the receptionist Samuel (apologies if we misspelled the name) gave each of us a bottle of water for the trip — a small gesture that speaks volumes about their genuine care. The hotel is rated 5 stars, but unlike many places where staff think, “We already have 5 stars — no need to try harder,” here they truly put effort into every guest’s experience. Even though Prague always has plenty of tourists and the hotel is never empty, the staff still goes the extra mile. And it really shows. We sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Prague!

Lovely hotel, comfortable room with a great view over the city. A fantastic breakfast, large variety of hot and cold options. I've never really considered salad or ice cream breakfast foods, but if you're partial to a 7am salad with a cold chocolate chaser they've got you covered. Took advantage of my Genius discount to get us an Executive room, and the Executive Lounge was very nice. Chilled little space with unlimited free beer, wine and soft drinks, and a small selection of snacks and sandwiches. Local area was nice, couple of great rock and metal bars just down the hill if you're that way musically inclined. There's a metro station that'll get you into central Prague right on the property, literally a minute walk from the lobby.

I'm nitpicking, but they require you to write something here. The music in the executive lounge was just awful. Terrible, terrible lounge covers of classic rock and pop songs. Play the originals or just play some instrumental easy listening, not those crimes.

Went for an anniversary trip and loved our stay. Free parking, great treatment from staff who even offered a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our occasion. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely view (we chose city view & were on the 12th floor). Had a great dinner at The Grill restaurant and cocktails at the bar with live piano music later. The breakfast buffet was incredible! Highly recommended! Really enjoyed the stay. Spa looked good but was crowded as we went between 17-22h, which staff advised were high volume times. If you go outside of those hours, it looked like a great experience, pool view of the city was lovely.

Nothing to fault, we had a great overall experience.

We loved the service from the lobby for both checking in and out, very friendly and capable in answering all of our questions. The breakfast was vast and delicious and the opportunity for a fresh omelet and/or pancake was a fine addition. Furthermore the information for allergies was clear (with an extra mention of the gluten-free part of the buffet).

When we had dinner at the hotel-restaurant (The grill), due to a rainy day, we had very poor service from the waiter. We were, as a younger couple put in the back of the restaurant separated from the other guests, later on we noticed we were being placed with other guests who came because of the rain. The service was poor and prices high. This mediocre meal was finished off with a certain pressure from the waiter for a tip, even though the only thing he did was bring our pasta On a different note, the bathroom was a bit small.

Was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel, everything worked as it should. Other reviewers say rooms are tired and dated and whilst it lacked a few things like usb points and sockets by the bed, we found the room to be very comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, a good size, everything worked as it should. A free bottle of white win was in the room along with 2 bottes of mineral water that were restocked each day. We were also given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon check in. It was also my birthday during the stay and another bottle of prosecco and plate of fresh fruit was left in out room that day. The breakfast buffet was very good with food being replenished all the time. there are two breakfast rooms and lobby area in between with tables, never struggled to get a table and it was as chaotic as other reviewers have stated. Having the metro literally a stones throw from the hotel reception made getting in and out of the main city very easy. trains ran every few mins, a 72hr pass for trains/trams/buses was a little over £10 per person. getting back after midnight was no problem as a Bolt or Uber is not much more than about £5.

My only gripe was the day we left, we opted to have an irish coffee in he lobby bar whilst we waited for our taxi back to the airport. The waitresses were not very friendly and they served the coffees in tall glasses placed on metal plate and it was very wobbly, when I went to move on the table, it toppled over. The waitress raised her eyebrows and huffed making us feel very uncomfortable. She processed to half clean up the spill and said I presume you want another for which we were charged again for. a small issue but shame it was the last experience of the hotel.

The view, the tranquility and the facilities. Had my room upgraded with the Executive Lounge, swimming pool access. If you are like me, that prefers privacy due to fame, executive Lounge is the perfect spot. The swimming pool is breathtaking. The gym it’s perfect and the massage service is 100/10. You should also try to eat at the restaurant on the first floor!!! The chef create amazing daily meals and the staff are soo lovely. I had a driver called Martin for my entire trip, I would definitely recommend. His service is top quality, always ready to drop and pick you up wherever you are. Really in truly I had the best time.

They should be smiling more often, the staff are amazing but they should be smiling more. They are all beautiful and friendly!

The rooms met our needs well with many amenities and the beds, pillows and bedding were remarkably comfortable. We visited during a hot spell when it was hard for the A/C to keep the room cool, but it managed so that we slept very well. The included breakfast was impressive for its variety of foods but especially for those who are gluten or lactose intolerant, vegetarian or vegan, there was a large selection. Finding restaurants that cater to these special needs was hard in Prague, but I was so pleased that I could count on breakfast each morning.

The tub/shower was narrow and a bit slippery. A mat would have been nice, but this was certainly not a deal breaker in any way.

Amazing views from the rooms, we had the executive lounge added on that was not much extra and so worth it the lounge was 10am-10pm and had lots of items to choose from. Staff was so helpful and polite. MET stop was literally in the grounds of the hotel and easy to use/follow - BOLT taxi also super cheap, we also used BOLT to deliver food to our room which was cheap and great. Great choice for breakfast, good coffee and piano player.

Spa was over crowded we managed to use the pool on the Friday however when we tried to use on the Saturday it was far too busy 8pm the staff advised this was due to the free access for every customer therefore always busy. We used the pool eventually Saturday but had to return after 1-2 hours (9pm) as the was literally no space in the pool. Did not use the sauna as there was too many people crowded inside.

3 reasons tied: 1/A-star staff: A perfect score mainly because of the hotel staff(although *not* the spa staff!) Friendly, responsive, extremely helpful. While there were a few tiny niggles with our room, the speedy responses&additional touches were exemplary. I feel this is a team which really wants to give the best experience possible to their guests. 2/Location: Superb location, out of the centre but with a metro stop on the doorstep & very reasonable cab rides if needed. 3/Executive lounge: Fantastic amenity - if you can stretch to a room which includes access to the lounge it’s well worth it.

Nothing apart from the spa staff were dismissive and unhelpful which *differed hugely* to our experience with the hotel’s own staff. Based on this we decided not to use the spa/pool facilities, so it barely impacted our trip.
