Great location for the price. The hotel staff is just super! Any problem is solved instantly. Cleanliness is at the highest level! The metro station is a few meters from the hotel. The food at the hotel is excellent and there is a large selection.

The hotel interior needs updating, no matter that everything works well, repairs are necessary. If the interior of the hotel rooms were modern, it would probably be the best hotel in Prague

Was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel, everything worked as it should. Other reviewers say rooms are tired and dated and whilst it lacked a few things like usb points and sockets by the bed, we found the room to be very comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, a good size, everything worked as it should. A free bottle of white win was in the room along with 2 bottes of mineral water that were restocked each day. We were also given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon check in. It was also my birthday during the stay and another bottle of prosecco and plate of fresh fruit was left in out room that day. The breakfast buffet was very good with food being replenished all the time. there are two breakfast rooms and lobby area in between with tables, never struggled to get a table and it was as chaotic as other reviewers have stated. Having the metro literally a stones throw from the hotel reception made getting in and out of the main city very easy. trains ran every few mins, a 72hr pass for trains/trams/buses was a little over £10 per person. getting back after midnight was no problem as a Bolt or Uber is not much more than about £5.

My only gripe was the day we left, we opted to have an irish coffee in he lobby bar whilst we waited for our taxi back to the airport. The waitresses were not very friendly and they served the coffees in tall glasses placed on metal plate and it was very wobbly, when I went to move on the table, it toppled over. The waitress raised her eyebrows and huffed making us feel very uncomfortable. She processed to half clean up the spill and said I presume you want another for which we were charged again for. a small issue but shame it was the last experience of the hotel.

The view, the tranquility and the facilities. Had my room upgraded with the Executive Lounge, swimming pool access. If you are like me, that prefers privacy due to fame, executive Lounge is the perfect spot. The swimming pool is breathtaking. The gym it’s perfect and the massage service is 100/10. You should also try to eat at the restaurant on the first floor!!! The chef create amazing daily meals and the staff are soo lovely. I had a driver called Martin for my entire trip, I would definitely recommend. His service is top quality, always ready to drop and pick you up wherever you are. Really in truly I had the best time.

They should be smiling more often, the staff are amazing but they should be smiling more. They are all beautiful and friendly!

Amazing views from the rooms, we had the executive lounge added on that was not much extra and so worth it the lounge was 10am-10pm and had lots of items to choose from. Staff was so helpful and polite. MET stop was literally in the grounds of the hotel and easy to use/follow - BOLT taxi also super cheap, we also used BOLT to deliver food to our room which was cheap and great. Great choice for breakfast, good coffee and piano player.

Spa was over crowded we managed to use the pool on the Friday however when we tried to use on the Saturday it was far too busy 8pm the staff advised this was due to the free access for every customer therefore always busy. We used the pool eventually Saturday but had to return after 1-2 hours (9pm) as the was literally no space in the pool. Did not use the sauna as there was too many people crowded inside.

Grand Hotel Prague Towers is located just right to the metro, where you can get in any directions. The city centre is not far, so as well most af the tourist attractions. The hotel itself is thus being of elderly age, still wort a stay. Everything is very well maintained, functioning. Our executive room was amazing. Situated on 19th floor we had a citi view and just 5 floors up the Spa, swimming pool, sauna etc. The reastuarnt on 2nd floor served a breakfast buffet like I have not come across in a long time. 5 🌟 indeed. The reception provided superb service, and so did anyone else at the services.

The dinner 🍽 selection at the Grill Resturant was, in our views a bit disappointing. I'm a chef myself and would therefore have expected a bit more from the chef on duty. My wife had Goulash with Lamb dumplings. I had a simple wienerschnitzel with fries (was not hungry) The Goulash came in a semi- deep plate, it reminded me more about a pot roast ..... my Schnitzel came on top of a small handful of fries, that was it. No garnish, no sauce , or dip to the fries, or perhaps just some butter sauté green peas. Our starter, a Cezar Salad , was, however, okay

Just been here for 7 nights. The hotel are so welcoming, very nice staff. The room is spacious with city views and literally minutes from metro line and 5 mins into centre. Lovely area to explore. The breakfast is really good and very family orientated so great food for all. The lounge area is nice to relax in the evening with a nice cocktail.

The only slight irritation was only 1 of 2 saunas was working and the steam room wasn't working at all. Although you book for 90 mins FREE in the spa, it s too busy. The last session 8.30 to 10 pm should be Adults Only maybe twice a week. I love children and they should enjoy the pool but a Spa should be a relaxing place too for adults.

Lovely hotel set away from main attractions but easily accessible by metro situated right outside hotel. The hotel is clean with a lovely swimming pool with views over the city, reception staff very attentive and pleasant lounge/bar area which is reasonably priced (although we weren't keen on piano playing). Breakfast was OK but very busy.

Breakfast was very busy and the hot food was luke warm especially the beans, fruit was a bit lacking in freshness. First couple of times we went to pool/spa we weren't offered a towel, on one occasion a sheet was offered 🤔 The piano playing in bar and at breakfast was a bit grating, but that's possibly a personal pov.

The receptionists and all other staff were really nice and polite! The room was decent size and we had really nice panoramic view on the part of the Prague city. The room was also nicely cleaned. Very rich breakfast with variety of different cold/hot food, fruits, deserts, etc. They had swimming pool with also nice panoramic view and welness. Overall, good value for money.

Since we visited the hotel in December (colder period), the indoor pool is not heated and thus was not so comfortable to use it. But not so big minus. The rooms could be a bit renovated/updated. The hotel is 5*.....but the furniture is old, walls are dirty, bathroom is not so up to date. But again, not a big minus. We had one problem with the flood in the bathroom (not our fault), but they fixed the problem quickly.

Close to the conference center. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and cozy room. I like my herbal tea, so having the possibility to prepare it myself each time I need is a good advantage of the hotel. Nice people around.

I could not buy anything from the shop :( There are some pretty nice crystals there... I paid for some services like spa access and I could not use them due to my working program. It would be nice to offer access to use them when clients pay for even it has to check-out the room. Flexibility has a sense and a meaning in business. It matters a lot.
