The hotel is in a very good area, not crowded at all and very accessible to public transportation. The staff was really nice and explained everything to us, the room was big and comfortable. The parking is in front of the hotel or 5 meters away on the street. It was paid parking but was worth it, after a long way driving not to worry about parking.

After a few days we left the towels on the floor in order to be changed and the cleaning staff brought us fewer towels (just 2 medium) The walls are thin and you can hear what's happening in other rooms. There is no mosquito net on windows, that could be a problem in the summer for those who have a special attraction to bugs and mosquito 😂

Location

No air conditioning in the room, double bed it was actually two single beds framed near one another with 15-20 cm gap in between, other 2 beds located on some sort of platform/ raised floor- not very safe for kids that wiggles at night and a bit claustrophobic for an adult. No accessible sockets for charging phones. Additionally when we arrived around 23pm this hotel was close. There was note on the door asking to go to another hotel for check in and collecting the room key- last thing you want to do when traveling late at night with kids and from far distance is to walk/drive at night in an unknown city.

The location is great- 3 minutes away from the metro station of line B. It was clean and they offered us cleaning every day. There are stores and restaurants nearby and it is a good value for money.

Sometimes we needed to wait a lot until the warm water came for the shower. It would also be nice to have those signs that say do not disturb because we usually returned in the afternoon when it was time for cleaning and we wanted to rest at that time. Also it would be good to have at least 2 of the keys and the cards since my partner and I had different activities in the morning and went back to the hotel at different times.

Location is very good right next to the office park and trams and metros. I did checkin via Oya hotel. This is not my first time in their hotels. Overall, I really recommend it. Value for money also absolutely unbeatable. I am coming to Oya hotels since 2017 and now I am staying almost every other week in Oya, which is under the same ownership and overall really happy with the experience. Of course always keeping the price in mind.

There are some weird things that could be fairly quickly improved I guess: no sockets almost anywhere. Had to unplug the fridge to charge my phone, or crawl under the tv stand. The only mirror is put to low so I can only see myself from the elbows down. The light in the bathroom is not bright enough, so when you shave you don't see anything. Oya's Harry's restaurant is fantastic, but a couple of times already they were not cooking at 7 PM, or they came asking for the last order even though there was more than one hour to closing. The rooftop bar is also a lot of times closed. A real shame, as they are really nice locations.

I asked for blackout blinds because the blinds were transparent and all the light came in at 5am. So the first few nights I slept terribly, and the blinds weren't changed the first day I asked, but eventually they were changed and I slept better

Blackout blinds should be the default! Not white transparent ones

The location is near to the tram or metro stations that you can easily reach the city centre from. The rooms were clean.

The towels were pretty old, even if they were clean they started to tear apart while using them. One of the rooms from the higher floors was pretty cold (due to some window issue). Unfortunately the receptionist was not able to do anything about the issue. It would have been good to have and offer some extra heater.

We loved our stay in Otar, location is really great, next to metro, bus and tram, all goes to center even during the night. Rooms were very comfortable, clean, there was a fridge in every room, which was a positive surprise:) The area is quiet and it’s really nice if you want to have a good sleep. Definitely recommend. We were only missing a kettle in a room to make some tea/coffee, the rest was excellent;)

Breakfast was fantastic in both quality and variety. Room was immaculately clean. Anyone wanting not-fancy lodgings very close to the underground would be wise to stay here.

After an overnight flight, the 3pm check-in was challenging, but I understand that staffing makes it necessary.

The staff were super sweet when we arrived there and did their best to accompdate us :) The location is great, not too noisy at night from the streets but still near public transport and a great mall

The sheets had some spots on them but otherwise they were clean. The bathroom was a bit small but for 3 people that‘s to be expected. I don‘t really recommend choosing the breakfast option. The orange juice and and other juice came out of the machine as water or slighty flavored water.
