Location - great, away from the mad tourist rush, away from touristy places, and yet not too far from the city centre. in a location that gives you more breathing space is very well connected with public transport and you reach city centre in 20 min

The apartment is 100% no frills and has bare min. facilities. For example, they don't have a kitchen and don't even provide coffee to you in your room. No water in your room either. If you forget to get your own bottle, go to the bathroom and get your water from the tap. The bed wasn't great. The mattresses have loosened up quite a bit after years of use and need replacement.

I liked more-less everything :-) but especially: the location - not far from the city center and yet outside of all tourist traps, so a very calm place to stay, enjoying Prague as a local would enjoy it. size of the apartment - very cool place to stay if you are with a family with all necessary amenities cleanliness - everything was clean staff - very friendly and helpful when needed

noise from the street - I stayed on the ground floor, which was right next to the entrance & next to the tram stop. any tram nearby or visitor going in/out of the building woke me up. Bring ear plugs if you are not a heavy sleeper like me. room was missing table lights - after I asked from the reception lady the desk lamp, I got one :-) size of the queen bed - the width is absolutely fine for 2 persons, but for me (193cm tall) the length was just not sufficient. My legs were hanging over the edge of the bed.

I have stayed at this Appartment. This is one of the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Clean, great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. I will stay there when I come back!

Overall, I had a good stay. I had a big bed to myself in a room with all proper heating. The flat was overall warm, so did not need much heat. The sheets were clean. The bathroom and toilet were being clean every day which was great.

When I booked the room I expected to be in apartment with kitchen. This is what the pictures are showing. This was not the case. The pictures on booking are slightly misleading as I do not think most flats have a kitchen. I needed the kitchen as I like to make my own breakfast and some teas. Due to my intolerances and other bits- I need a kitchen to make a drink if my body's inflammation is too high. This is actually why I booked this place but I was fine. The noise isolation is bad- There were people who left their door open and watched TV (for hours during the day) and I can hear it from my room, when my door is closed. Also, if someone is coming in or going out- you hear all the noise. I heard the neighbours having fun at night.

It was clean and the location was great.

However I stayed almost one week and no one came to collect the garbage.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from the old town by tram. Bedroom was conftable and the kitchen was very practical.

The curtains were very thin, which means that in the summer the room is illuminated very early in the morning. However, this is not a problem if you intend to get up early to visit the city.

The nicest human welcome I have experienced in a short-term rent! You know, when you expect some misleading text instructions and anticipate the usual "quest" searching for the key and for the door... So, here - nothing like it! The key.was handed personally, with a warm smile and clear explanations. :) Oh, and there is an elevator! Oh, more, there was a kettle in the room to make some tea!

A large, well-appointed, quiet two bedroom, two bath apartment with kitchenette. Exceeded expectations. Wonderful host and hostess. Nice area with restaurants and shops nearby and a small market across the street. Tram stop just outside the door. #18 to Old Town in 15 minutes, or easy connections around the city. A very pleasant base of operations for our eight-night stay.

It was nice and clean !! Compact kitchen being on ground floor it was great as kids walking in night was not a trouble at all. Also Tesco express across the street and Indian restaurant like 100 meters away was also great. Great connectivity and safely was also good .

It could have some extra kitchen things like kitchen towel tissue paper , toiletries.

Wonderfully modern. Comfy beds. Great location next to the tram stop that takes you to the centre in 10 mins.

It didn’t have a washing machine, iron, or kitchen area.
