I enjoyed a wonderful week stay at Garden Suites Residence. The studio apartment has everything one needs, is sparkling clean, has a large bathroom, a very comfortable bed, lets in a lot of light, and everything is of great quality. The location is fantastic, with restaurants and cafes and parks nearby. I also very much appreciated the responsive virtual receptionist and that you can store your luggage in storage closets before check-in and after check-out if needed. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer!

This studio apartment is on the ground floor streetside, so it wasn't possible to keep the windows open at night. There is AC with fan setting, so it was fine in the end.

Great value for price, easy access, very clean. The first time that I stayed there, the front door made a very loud noise when it automatically closed. On my second stay, 3 weeks later, this was fixed. It shows to me that the owner is concerned with the experience of their guests and shows a level of involvement. Also, at my first stay, there was a little kitchen where I could make food. In my second stay, the room was too small to have a kitchen in it. But they still put a microwave and dishes in the closet. I thought it was funny, but also very considerate.

Nothing actually, it was all great! But if I had to say something, I would say that for the ground floor, you could divide the garden so that each appartment has their own little private garden.

The Old Royal Post is an excellent hotel. The staff do all for us, The lack of elevator was bad for us (our room was at at the 2nd floor, and my friends at the 3rd floor).

We had a reservation to Garden Suites Residence. 3 month ago the hotel send us notification that we moved to another place "Old Royal Post" which is far from the Garden Suites. I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the area I wanted to be in. I had to use the uber/bus service every day while travelling.

We didn’t want to leave!!! Seriously wanted to move in :) Our flat provided security, comfort, and all the amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. The modern shower had hot water and great pressure. The restaurant and two coffee shops on the corner were phenomenal and accommodating to our lack of Czech. The easy access to the courtyard/garden from room made it a perfect 10! Enjoyed the hot tub for a quick 15 minutes and it was clean and hot with powerful jets :)

The garden was/is lovely… just too many bugs/spiders for our personal comfort.

Lovely garden apartment, fully equipped, and very nicely furnished. We loved our stay there and will definitely stay here again if we visit Prague in the future. Special thanks to the team. Although a remote team, they were incredibly responsive on any issues. When the elevator stopped working at 7 pm, I wrote the team. By 9 pm it was up and running. Public transport is also very close by, connected with trams and metros, just 15 to 20 minutes away from old town. We found a few really cool coffee shops and bars in the area, which kept us hydrated for our trip. All in all, a very pleasant stay, better than most hotels we have stayed at.

We had a crazy woman in the apartment next to us, who would not let me and my husband talk in our bedroom at night because it disturbed her sleep. But I can't blame the Garden Suites team for that. Apart from her banging like a crazy person on our doors at 12.30 pm, everything else was excellent.

We were visiting family in Prague. Our cousin lives literally around the corner. The apartment was delightful. It is very well appointed. The kitchen was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well, better than most places in Eorope, and the bathroom area was very clean and functional. There was tons of storage. It just felt warm, cozy, and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Prague.

The only issue is we could not get any TV channels. We could only stream.

Spacious apartment with stylish interior. Thoughtful storage-wise, good for gathering friends for tea, and you also have cleaning every third day or something. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot and would highly recommend it to others.

Staff could be a bit more responsive and attentive. Two times I stayed here I had trouble with check-in and had to wait for an hour for them to reply! One time they forgot to send me instructions, another time they forgot to notify the cleaner that I could move my stuff to another room, and then they sent me the wrong code for the locker with a key so I couldn't get in.

Awesome location - close enough to tram to the main center easily, but far enough to get a bunch of great, non-tourist-trap restaurants within a minute walk. Very large suite, which was a nice break from a lot of the tiny hotel rooms I stayed in. I slept on the pull-out couch bed, which was comfortable. The was originally confusion when a different website claimed this property offered free airport shuttle service - that is not true. However, after initially needing to pay for the shuttle due to our misunderstanding, the property reimbursed me a portion of it.

Minor complaints: -In my check-in email the door code was missing (it appeared as #XXXX), which made luggage drop-off difficult. -It was difficult to stop the shower from leaking over the bathroom floor

Good Location, very clean, well equipped, check in very easy. Would come back again. Best breakfast near the location, Corner something :) right on the corner of the street, shops near by, tram station in 2min and metro in 7min, walking distance

We received a ground floor room and sometimes it was very noisy, being located near the street. The good thing was that we walked around all day and got very tired, we fell asleep even with the noise :))

Stayed for a few nights for work - but I would come back to stay for holiday. Designed as a short duration apartment - and it does deliver what it promises. The room was clean, modern, quite spacious and well equipped - with a kettle, fridge, microwave, and cutleries. wifi worked no problem (I could stream online videos). Small Grocery shops are in few minutes walking distances - including a nice bio- focused one. The building is in a quiet, nice residential (?) district, but well connected to the centre and the old town with various trams (esp. no 22). Its quite perfect when you want to enjoy the city but not constantly swarmed by tourists and noises.

very very minor - would be nice if there can be alternative way to hang a coat/long cloaks. The coat rail in the closet was too high for small persons (Im 162cm and I could not reach) and the height space is not enough to hang a coat anyhow.
