Rooms are spacious and homely, location is great, buses and trams are nearby but we also walked to the city centre most of the days (30min walk, but a lot to see on the way). Breakfast is good for vegetarians, but little selection for vegans or celiacs but might be different if you request it. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (the nicest people in Prague). They let us check in 5 hours before the check-in time upon our request, so we came to the hotel straight away after arriving to Prague, and on the last day they guarded our luggage in reception area after the check-out.

The room was clean and a decent size, with everything we expected. Breakfast was of the standard expected, although a little more variation in the few hot dishes might have been welcome. The breakfast room was pleasant, possibly it would be a little warm in summer. The location was good, with bus, tram and metro stops within an easy walk, as well as a good variety of bars and eating places; despite this, the area did not seem at all noisy. The staff were happy to let us leave our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

The entrance steps might be an obstacle for some. The lift, like many in the city, is very small, just about fitting the two of us in; although this rarely caused us a problem during our stay, it might at busier times of year.

Staff very friendly and caring. Room, bathroom good as expected, equipped with all you need for some days. Breakfast good with variety. Good connections by tram 200 m from the hotel. Good restaurants available in walking distance.

We have been staying at this hotel not for the first time. Not much to complain, just: - the refrigerator in the room was out of function this time and could not be replaced - the elevator is very limited in space, but that´s known and due to the age of the building and limited room for installation

This was the eighth time I have stayed at Hotel Anna, which must speak volumes as to how much I like it. It is situated in a quiet, yet lovely part of Prague - just two metro stops from the centre (or an easy tram ride). The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room is serviced daily; very efficiently. There is a fridge and a kettle with tea, coffee etc can be provided on request. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Not being in the centre of the city has a two-fold advantage - in terms of quietness and value for money. I will be back.

The room was spacious and had plenty of storage places. the shower was good. Breakfast room is very beautiful and the food selection was good. location is not in the city center but it's easy to get by tram. there wer a few bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

they didn't change our towels but it might be dut to the fact that we didn't throw them on the floor .

The room was good and well described in the pictures, very clean and confortable. The breakfast was also very good and the staff very gentile.

The room was extremelly hot, and to have an AC we need to pay an extra of 7 euros/night (what was not informed before) - detail that when we arrived (after 21h) there is no staff at the reception, so we could not ask for it. They offer a small fan, which saves us, but I was upset with their politics for AC use. Instead of this point, our stay was great.

Very pleasent stay. Thanks to Martina &Jarek,They were very helpful..,The Hotel is clean,secure in a quiet area,5 minute walk from metro stop namesti miru.. For breakfast I had everything I needed.If I go to Prague again I'd love to stay in the same hotel..

Nice music by breakfast and nice breakfast room, the hotel was very quiet, we did not hear the neighbours with hotel full of guests

Please put some cards in the breakfast room, showing where the plates and glasses are, some people can not find them under the table 😊

We stayed for 8 nights at Anna Hotel and had a great stay there. The location is excellent - a lovely neighbourhood with good transport connections and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Our bedroom was very quiet, despite being in a central location; the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The staff on reception and at breakfast were friendly and helpful. During our stay the breakfast room was generally fairly quiet; there was a good selection of hot and cold food and bread and pastries. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Prague.

Nothing really. For some people it could be a problem that there is no-one on the Reception desk after 9pm but that didn't affect our stay.

Hotel Anna is within walking distance to the main tourest centers, yet far away enough for a very relaxing night, the hotel has very thick walls and is very quiet, be early to breakfast since not all of the dishes are refilled, a.e. Poached eggs and pancakes or crepes... Maybe they would be refilling if asked? The staff was very helpful to reserve a secure parking at another hotel down the street. Overall a friendly hotel and priceworthy. 🤠
