It’s my favorite location in Prague. Safe, beautiful, walking distance from The Old town and very good transport availability to any direction. Many restaurants around, grocery, beautiful cathedral and square nearby. Beautiful building and handy inner yard space. Apartments are comfy when you stay for more than 3-5 days. Fast online check-in process and collecting the keys. Rather spacious apartment, kitchen with a good fridge and cooking facilities, spacious bathroom and rather comfy bed. Can be alil bit noisy because of the street traffic and walking people and cathedral. But I usually enjoy the sounds of everyday local life.

Design is alil bit outdated, but especially some smaller minuses doesn’t allow me to mark it as excellent. A lot of space but you can’t use it as it’s empty. I would suggest to add a shelve for shoes, some shelves in the bathroom, drawers in the room. Also more dishes for cooking please, they are too old and impossible to use them. It feels like you have so many possibilities to welcome your guests with a great comfort, but are not using them.

The receptionist advised us that over 65s use trams and tube for free (with id) The room (facing the street) caught the sun in the early morning but was shaded when it became hotter. Good location not too noisy at night. Good bathroom with silent efficient extraction. Comfy big bed. Lift. Tv had bbc news. Quiet aparthotel. Shaded square near. Tube station close by. Pleasant tree lined street with restaurants and coffee shops. Having a staffed reception even for part of the day was valued.

The room was tight with minimal storage. Just providing more coat hangers would have been easy. Shelves in the bedroom would be useful and coat hooks in the lobby. Hint - We moved the plates from the kitchen draw and used it for clothes.

We needed a place to stay for several nights because of the Air Canada strike, and the hotel we were at was fully booked. We wanted a kitchen since we didn't know how long we would be stranded and wanted to make coffee and cook if necessary. Elizabeth Suites was in a great location and within our budget so we booked it. For the money it was great value, not fancy but clean and comfortable. Oh, and there is an amazing Thai restaurant, Lan Restaurace, just around the corner. So good we ate there two nights.

No coffee machine, just a kettle, bit for the price it's not complaint, just an observation.

A great place with warm, clean and spacious rooms. We were given a suite on the 5th floor for a good price which had big windows with a view. There was a small private kitchen inside with a boiler, microwave and fridge. There was also a hairdryer. Varvara our host was very helpful and friendly. She even called us beforehand on the day of our arrival to inform us on how we could self-check in due to the fact that there wouldn't be anyone at the reception at the hour of our arrival.

The only thing we would like to say, mainly for constructive criticism, is the fact that the mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable maybe because they were too old or had been overly used already. Apart from that though we were left adequately satisfied and we would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and matched the photos perfectly. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet area with easy access to the city center. The staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in feel pleasant.

There were no disposable slippers, no dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste), and no cotton swabs — small but expected things for this price range. Also, upon check-in I was asked to pay an additional €7 in local taxes in cash, even though I had already paid a significant amount on Booking.com. There was no card reader or contactless payment option, which was inconvenient.

I’m leaving this review for a wonderful staff member called Varvara! I got myself into a state on my last night of solo travelling, I lost my phone, my hotel cards! She printed my boarding pass off for me, booked me a good priced taxi to the airport, and just truly went above and beyond to help me. A very decent human being, who genuinely just wanted to help. If it wasn’t for her I’d of been stuck in Prague! This is genuinely the most helpful staff member I’ve ever met in my entire life at any establishment I’ve ever been to! Thank you so much! Also, the hotel in general is great, great room, great location and very good. Especially better when they have amazing receptionists!

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving advice on all the best things to see and do in Prague. The room was just what we needed for a short stay and the space was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. It is in a perfect location, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the centre (so you can get a good night sleep) but close enough for a short walk to all the major tourist spots. The metro is very near too and really easy to get around for those that would prefer. There are some really nice restaurants and cafes nearby that are excellent value for money! Overall a perfect stay! Would recommend!

Great accommodation option near the city center. Clean, spacious and, if you are on top floor, A/C equipped, which was extremely welcome in July. The rooms feature a kitchenette which may be handy also. When booking, I recommend that you enter your time of arrival. If the time is unclear to the property, they will message/call you to find out as the receptionist leaves at about 4pm and if you happen to arrive later, they will send you a code for the room card. If you indicate you arrive later, they just send you the code straight away. :)

Great location, quiet and excellent value for money! Very spacious & lovely room with a kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Check in was easy thanks to a lovely receptionist Varvara. Great stay for either one night or a weekend away. Fabulous connection from the airport- get trolleybus 59 then change at ‘Nádraží Veleslavin’ to Metro B >> ‘Náměstí Míru’. (Direct line). Once you get off ‘Náměstí Míru’ it’s about 2 mins walk. It’s about 40-45min from the airport in total. Tickets are easily available inside airport terminal or outside the bus stop. You need to validate your ticket before your journey. Any questions regarding my stay - property always responded very quickly. Thank you ❤️

Nothing really, just suggestion to change shower head as the water seems to go different directions -;) Shower was great however - hot! You could easily change it to cooler if you wish.

The location. Easy and close to public transport. Even walking distance to Main railway station, National Museum, the Old centre. Nice surroundings, the park, bars, locals, small shops...

Everything was perfect, the only thing I'd reccomend is sending instructions how to chech in late a bit earlier, not a few hours before arrival. It's not for us 😊 but for the remote receptionist we had to disturbe. He was extremly nice althrough and gave us all instructions 🙂
