The apartament is very spacious, clean, very nice furniture. Location is excellent.

There is a construction site next door and could be very noisy when the work starts early in the morning.

Clean and quite room, excellent position near the very city's centre.

The day of the checkout, at 9, somebody opened the door and entered in my room without knocking or asking for permission. He apologized and left immediately and it's something that didn't spoil my staying there but that l totally didn't appreciate (l could be sleeping, l could be naked, l could be in intimacy with my partner). Checkout is at 11..., l don't want be disturbed until that time.

The location - coveniently located across the Muzeum Metro (elevator end). 10 mins walk to the train station. The rooms are well kept. The dining/living room is well equipped. We booked a 3+2 pax suite and there is 2 bath rooms. There is a laundry room (however, need to pay to get in). Though all conversations and transactions are online, the response is very quick.

The initial hiccup on the access code to get in to the building especially when it was raining. Fortunately, a couple let us in. According to them, they had the same issue when they reached a day before. Though, the access code to the carpark was ok the very first attempt.

The terrrace view of city & castle was spectacular, the reason we chose this site. Place was very clean, roomy, new, all modern, very amply storage space, and very well insulated from sound (except construction work outside). Cleaning person came every other day.

No coffee maker, only an electric kettle--there should be some kind of coffee machine. Only one full bath/shower, shared. Basic kitchen furnishings (dishes, etc) but had to request wine glasses--needs more glassware. No mirrors in the bedrooms. The ultra-modern appliances (dishwasher, microwave, etc.) need some instructions.

Simply marvelous! I can't rate this accomodation highly enough!!! Excellent central location, incredibly easy access, wonderful apartment (clean, airy, spacious, modern, comfortable), brilliant facilities (spacious lift, laundry room and also luggage storage) and very very very helpful staff. While they weren't on-site, they were at the end of the phone and their responses were prompt and very helpful. We felt like "at home". :-) We are 150% going to stay again and I will recommend this accomodation to anyone who asks. :-)

There isn't much I would change, to be honest. The only tiny thing (and I'm being incredibly nit-picky here) - as most stays are short term and it's fully self-catering, it's not usually worth buying the basic items that can only be bought in larger sizes (like sugar, salt, oil, coffee, tea, ...) as they will not get used. It would be lovely if the kitchen had some of these basic provisions, but likewise I fully understand why this isn't the case. Let me assure you, it had absolutely zero detrimental impact on our stay. :-) We loved it!

Large spacious apartment. Furnished simply, but you can find everything you need for a few days' stay. Very clean. The facility is self-service (no reception) but this doesn't cause any problems. The process of collecting the key from the keys-box is one of the best we have ever encountered. Completely hassle-free (no chasing around nearby fences looking for a box; instructions you receive by e-mail are simple, clear and correspond to reality). Excellent location. At the back of the National Museum, right next to the State Opera, main train station and Wenceslas Square. At the same time, it is a quiet and peaceful street.

You can only nitpick about the little things. The equipment is extremely simple. An additional shelf with cool accessories or one or two trinkets would warm up the interior. In addition to glasses, wine glasses would also be useful in the kitchen.

Was super easy to check in and find the apartment. Good and convenient location without tons of tourists, but easy walk to the Old Town. Super clean with super comfortable beds, no extra stuff in the apartment, there were two blankets per bed which was super useful by night when it was a bit chilly. We felt as if we were home, bright and cozy with great terrace. One of my best stays ever. I loved the hallways in the building every single detail was perfect

I wish there was a bottle of water upon arrival. I wish the wifi worked upstairs (was very weak signal upstairs, didn't work at the terrace at all). The door in the left room didn't stay open, was closing by itself.

How spacious it was, felt like it was my actual living space. Right balance of homely but also practical. Had all the necessities and even provided extra pillows in the wardrobe. Everything stocked properly.

The location was great, there build work outside but that’s not the apartments fault! Also weirdly no cups/mugs but I had all the other kitchen supplies so maybe this was a mistake? Anyways brilliant space.

Very lovely place, comfortable for two families staying together as there are two separate bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (except for a coffee machine), big comfortable beds, spacious enough rooms, and very close to the center - the perfect place to stay if you travel as a tourist.

There was a problem with the key box code at first, but the cleaning lady helped us by calling the host, so we got a key a few minutes after that. The entrance starts with stairs to the first floor and there is no space to leave a stroller, so we had to lift it up and bring it to our apartment. However, those are tiny things that didn't bother us at all, and we enjoyed our stay at this place, planning to come back next year :)

We highly enjoyed our stay here, many thanks to our hosts who were very friendly, great at communication and accommodating to our requests. Access to the property and parking was made easy by access code and drop boxes with chipped keys. The downtown location was simply perfect with magnificent view of the Prague castle. Few minutes walk to grocery stores that stay open late. Short walk (less then 5 minutes) to Wenceslas square and underground stop Muzeum. Old Town can be explored from this location on foot. Newly refurbished, spacious and clean apartment with soundproof windows in Prague 1. Open concept living room with well equipped kitchen and convenient half bathroom upstairs. Two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and a very nice family bathroom on the lower access level.

Toaster, coffee machine and extra blankets would have been nice but we would return without hesitation even without these small conveniences.
