I suggest to put a shampoo/soap holder inside the shower area. Also, pls change the yellow light to white light so the room is more well lit especially in the evening.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We usually stay in hotels or Airbnb and this was the first time staying in what is essentially a mix of both. We loved the location which is just outside the main tourist centre, but very lively with plenty of bars, restaurants, smalls shops and good public transport links nearby. We stayed in a studio with balcony and really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun which was a great start to the day. Room was very clean and had everything you needed including a well equiped kitchen and washing machine/dishwasher. Staff was nice and helped us check in on arrival. A/C was also working very well which was much appreciated during the warm Prague summer. We would stay again if visiting Prague again if the price was right.

Nothing really, you can hear the metro going every 5-10 mins which may bother some. We requested to stay on of the higher floors so this didnt really bother us. Some of the furniture in the rooms could do with an upgrade.

9 nights! Superb apartments. Self check in was easy. We had a 1 bed with balcony and it was spacious. Perfectly sized and well quipped - washing machine(with tablets), dishwasher (with tablets), coffee machine with pods, utensils, fridge freezer, iron, clothes hanger, smart tv, safe, hoover, hair dryer and very powerful air cons in both, living and bedrooms. The apartment was clean and sufficient towels/ napkins were left in the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful (and sensible!). Fabulous location, safe, tucked away just behind the Narodni Museum, close to Praha main station (10 min walk from the AE Airport Bus shuttle), no noise, and accessible to every location of interest. Everything was close by - grocery stores, massage parlour, tram stops, Museum Metro, Praha Hl. N (main trainline), lime scooters+cycles, lots cafes, beer houses. The old town was 15min walk; Vinohardy was 15min in the other direction. In short, you can get anywhere by any mode of transport in a very short span of time. Must visit Vinohardy, most people only focus on the old town and the palace. The TV tower, the churches, the restaurants, bars are far classier and less touristy. We took trains to Kutná Hora and Cesky Krumlov from the main train station - super convenient. Highly recommended.

Shampoo in the bathroom instead of hair and shower gel!! But it is irrelevant in the overall satisfaction and offering in the apartment.

Location was great near the train station and the national museum. Staff were kind and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern with all expected amenities.

We stayed on the ground floor which was actually a few meters below the street level. We could not open the windows because we were facing the street. The train passes just below the apartment every hour and the vibrations were annoying during day and night. I wish we were told about this before we booked as we would have asked to be on a high level floor.

- Bad water pressure in the shower - Since it’s defined as a hotel, cleaning only after a week of stay is a low standard - Some of the staff were nice but some were not nice at all - I found the self check in process annoying, if there is a receptionist, I think it’s better to have them do the check in like in every hotel

The location of the apartment hotel is very close to the main train station and the old city on the eastern side of the Vltava river. First entry to the building works by using a code that was sent via Email. For Check-in you have to scan your ID and type in your information at the terminal in the lobby that provides you with a keycard (or keycards if you are more than one guest) for the building, elevator and apartment. If you need any help at all, there is 24/7 reception desk in the lobby with very helpful and friendly staff. In the lobby you can also find snack machines if you don't feel like going out to buy something to eat. The apartment was very clean and modern with a high ceiling. Since the double bed can be stowed away in a cupboard to make room for a sofa, I was skeptical about the comfort factor when sleeping in it, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom is spacious and has a nice shower. The balcony is a good place to sit and eat when the weather is nice, but be advised that smoking is not allowed here and only on the sidewalk in front of the building. The AC unit is hidden behind a painting and works extremely well to keep the entire apartment cool when it is hot outside. The kitchenette and cupboards have almost all necessities including salt/pepper/oil and provide ample space to store food and clothing. There is even a washing machine hidden behind a panel and complimentary water/coffee/tea for a few days. Special mention of the wireless Internet, which was the fastest I have ever had in any hotel room or apartment I stayed in. So those apartment units are extremely worthwhile for work-related stays as well.

There are only minor complaints, like a missing strainer for draining pasta water and no toaster. The biggest downside I could think of is that the building is located right on top of a Metro line, so you can feel/hear some distant rumbling every couple of minutes. It was only faintly noticeable on the 3rd floor, but it could be more prominent on a lower floor.

The space is very dark, the walls are in a very dark color. The vibe is very sad.

Just few things need attention: one of the towel in our room has a hole, this should be replaced before we checked in. The bed can turn to a sofa but the floor under the bed wasn’t hoovered. There was a chewing gum sticker to the side of the bed ( some stupid guest probably did that) but hopefully the cleaning staff will notice those things next time. You can hear the tram a little bit but it is not loud.

It was a really good stay. I had a small studio. I was at a work seminar, for two nights and it was located right in the middle between the location of the meeting place (around 30 mins) and the city center old town part (around 30 mins walk). And pretty close to the main station. The apartment was clean, comfortable, it had everything i needed in the kitchen. It was warm (it was cold in Prague while i stayed). I had everything i needed. Also there is a supermarket very close where i got some stuff for breakfast.

The room itself and the hotel interior are really nice. Well decorated, air conditioned, clean, big bed, spacious room, and well equipped kitchen. The front desk is 24 hrs, which is nice.

The bathroom drain has bad smell, almost like something is dead inside. When we entered the room the entire room smelled like that. It was subtle, but definitely noticeable. We didn’t tell the desk since we were there for only 2 nights. Room service is not provided, but you can take out your own trash into the backyard. Location can be a bit far to walk, but in general, it is close to the metro and the main attractions.
