The hotel was super clean, staff was super friendly and kind. Location was perfect, walking distance to the town centre and well connected with public transports. Beds super comfy and excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

The location was superb. You can take a tram/metro nearby to almost any part of central Prague. There's also alot of food options including fast food, cafes, asian food and supermarkets like DM. The staff are very helpful and speak good english as well. Although the breakfast spread may look small in the photos, it's actually surprisingly comprehensive and has a good range of food. For the room, i really liked how the furniture was designed so that you can easily put the luggage on a wide bench, with a coat hanger rack directly above. Air-conditioning was provided and could also be easily controlled.

These are just really minor comments as the hotel is overall quite good: 1. The shower water pressure could be stronger (this could just be for my room thou) 2. The room floor can be abit cleaner. Sometimes still find bits of dust and hair on the floor. Might also be a good idea to give slippers for guests. 3. Breakfast only starts at 7.30am so if you want to head out early (e.g. 8am) it might be too rushed to have breakfast at the hotel. 4. The mattresses are foam mattress which are quite soft and squishy - may be an issue if you're not used to this type or mattress

I have stayed here before, it is an excellent value for money. Not quite in the centre but close enough to walk or jump on a metro/tram. The lounge on the first floor is a touch. The rooms are clean and look freshly decorated. The breakfast is good. There is a typical Czech pub downstairs and farmers market just outside.

The only slight issue which won’t stop me from staying again though, if your room is facing the main road, it gets very noisy very, very early in the morning. Try to ask for a courtyard room.

We had a triple room at the 1st floor. The room is really ok, super clean, AC working. Not small, had room for luggage and clothes. the hotel is in a good neighborhood, tram 22 at 2 mins walking takes you into center in 15-20 minutes. in the area a lot of cafes, a restaurant near hotel entrance and some shops. Don’t think the hotel has its own parking besides the 3 spaces right in front but talked to a parking garage nearby. 500 m away, 20 euro per day and only cash. The first floor of the hotel has a nice lounge area where you can also buy coffee and has a vending machine. Only card. Breakfast was sufficient for us with enough options.

One of the best accommodations thanks to the amazing staff! I made a mistake with my booking dates, and the receptionist (his name is pronounced like “one”) was incredibly helpful and patient in getting everything sorted. The customer care was truly attentive — I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the city center — you can either take a bus or enjoy a 15–20 minute walk. The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We loved having so many fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor inconveniences. Our double room only had one chair, which was a bit awkward. We also noticed a lack of English-speaking TV channels. The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy, and we found the 11 AM checkout time a little earlier than preferred.

The room was spacious enough for a large double bed and a 1 person bed. The beds were comfortable and clean. We had the room cleaned and towels changed daily. There is a lobby area at the first floor that looks nice and relaxing. Bathroom was decent size as well and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were decent choices for breakfast, including some gluten free options. The tram station is close by, making this properly well connected to the city center and also within walking distance if you choose to walk. The restaurant next to the hotel is good food quality and decent prices.

There was no available parking spot, as they were all booked in in advance. The pillows were not the most comfortable, but that is depending an everyone’s choice.

Very good location near the National museum. All attractions are within easy walking distance. Great bar downstairs, shops, cafes, Mcdonald and KFC are near from hotel.. The hotel is clean, everything is new. Breakfast is abundant, excellent. The staff is very nice. I recommend it.

The room was comfortable, with a very good shower and bed. There was a coat hanger and enough space for the suitcase, which is relatively rare for a basic room in Europe. The breakfast was amazing. I stayed in Prague in the winter and the heating was great. It worked perfectly and was easy to set up. The hotel has two lifts (only one to the breakfast floor), so you never have to wait long. The hotel looks very clean. The area is far from the old town, with no bars or clubs, so the rooms are silent at night. There are many snack bars and markets just around the corner, though. There is a tram stop to Malá Strana and a metro station you can use to go to the old town (it requires interchange between the lines). The National museum and Wenceslas Square are about 10 minutes away. The staff is very kind.
