A really nice hotel! The room was spacious, large, clean, and tidy, with all the necessary amenities – a comfortable bed, a coffee corner, a fridge, and a wide and pleasant bathtub. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and inviting. The breakfast was very good and had everything you need: quiches, salads, eggs, cereals, cakes, soft drinks, and various types of coffee and hot chocolate from a machine. We left full and really felt that we enjoyed the meal. The hotel’s location is very convenient for transportation. There’s a metro station 5 minutes from the hotel, but when we used Google Maps, it always recommended taking a tram, so it seems the metro is less convenient for reaching the tourist sites. The location is also very convenient for walking – 20 minutes to Charles Bridge.

The room was a bit dark. After checking, we saw that two bulbs were not working, one near the entrance and the other directly above the bed. We asked for them to be fixed, but it took 3 days (out of the 5 we stayed) to fix it, and even then, only one bulb (near the entrance) was replaced. The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, meaning it’s inside the room, which often causes water droplets on the floor near the bathroom door. It feels less comfortable, but you can manage. The bathtub was quite high, and there’s no railing, so you have to be very careful when getting out of it."

Lift is not reaching every floor, it stops in the middle, important if you have bigger luggage - you will need to carry it for "half floor". Especially important for elderly guests. Small breakfast room, very crowded, one coffee machine, canteen could be a bit cleaner, there was only one person working in the kitchen - however super friendly :) Breakfast canteen is located in underground level. Rooms are not soundproof as stated in the offer, I could easily hear conversations on the corridors and from another rooms

- Basically no AC. It actually heats up the room instead of cooling down. We had to open the windows and sleep like that because of how hot it was, but the room was on the Main Street so it was truly difficult to rest from the heat but also because of all the noise. We told this to the staff but they said they couldn’t do anything about it - No soap on the basin area - Breakfast room was so hot it was almost unbearable

This room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. I really like the big pillows.

The noise you can hear from the corridors inside the hotel. The shower head was not fitting in the wall, I think it was broken and it wasn’t very clean. You could see fingerprints in the bathroom, limescale and dust. The aircon in that specific room (loft) didn’t have a remote control to regulate temperature. So it was all the time very hot inside the room.

Rooms were of a good size and were well presented. Reception staff were friendly and went above and beyond to resolve a slight issue we had. I liked how our room had a separate toilet room from the shower room.

We had a very nice walk in shower with high ceilings, however, the water in the shower did not drain very well resulting in the water overflowing and running onto the bedroom carpet. The beds were also quite uncomfortable as well, with the large square pillows hard to get comfy on. Also, Breakfast was a bit basic, but sufficient enough to keep us going throughout the morning!!

We had a wonderful experience overall. The place is nicely located near the tram and subway stations, you can get to the heart of the city in 20-30 minutes. The personnel was very friendly and was ready to answer any questions and help with anything. They even agreed to keep our stuff until our departure. Breakfast is very nice and I believe in summer when you can use the garden, it can be even more fun 😛 The toilet and bath (bath, not shower!) are separated in a very nice way, and as a company of 3, we liked it very much. They have a free Prague map at the reception, I took it with me as a souvenir. They also have a market right near them and a fruit and veggie shop in front. It is really easy to call a taxi to the hotel, however, note that all the taxis will stop on the opposite side of the street due to restrictions on parking. The hotel's staff can also call a cab for you. They were very considerate, always answering the messages even before the trip, always checking on me, answering all the questions and being very kind and friendly.

It is a little bit dark in the room and bathroom, I'd appreciate more lighting, but that might be just me. On the second day of our stay, we came back at around 1 PM to the room which was still not visited by the cleaning team. We had a lot of branded stuff we bought on a trip in the open, I believe, the personnel just did not want to touch anything as they were afraid we would claim something missing afterward, which is also considerate of them. The only thing is that slippers and bathrobe were not included in the price, but for a small hotel, I respect that as well.

The hotel has a nice and comfortable design. There is everything one would expect. Breakfast had some original options I liked, like sour salad and Couscous.

Although the room was clean, there were some minor aesthetic issues, like damaged silicone caulking in the bathtub, and some corners were not cleaned thoroughly, which indicates that maintenance and cleaning are somewhat lacking.

Spacious and comfortable room in a beautiful building. The room had the kettle and fridge, which was very important for us. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we ever had: : every morning there were various and different dishes, salads, meets, fruits and very delicious cakes. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly or we just didn'thave time to sort it out...

Stylish spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is beyond the standard, with great selections of everything you want to have for breakfast :) It will take you about 25-30 min by walk to get to the city center, and the underground station is about 4 min from the hotel and two stations to the main railway station.

- the elevator stops in the middle of the floors, so be ready to carry your baggage by the stairs for a bit - I didn't have enough lighting to do my makeup routine, there is only one minus of the room

Clean and tidy rooms, very comfortable, very friendly staf, nice breakfast, amazing tree over garden behind the building where you can drink coffee and chill (our room had view to this garden and tree). Close to the centre, parking available. Everything we needed was there. All in all, really great hotel
