Hotel location is perfect, it is only a 6-8 minutes walk to the National Museum, 5 minutes walk to the nearest tram and subway stations, and 15-25 minutes walk from the central train station (it can take more if you have your suitcase with you). For those who enjoy walking - you can reach the old city by foot in about 35-45 minutes which is great. If you want to explore city's public transportation system, which is really great, you can download and use "pid litacka" local app also available in English, and use it to build your routes through the city (you can also buy tickets through the app using Google or Apple pay). Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. You can exchange currency at a good rate at the hotel's reception, or even buy some tours from them. Breakfast was really good. Room cleanliness was exceptional ! All the towels and bathroom accessories were replaced on a daily basis. The room was vacuum cleaned every day, and the bedding was changed every couple of days, so in my case the room was spotless. Also, the room is very spacious, has high ceiling and big windows. There are a central heating radiator, and an air conditioner in the room.

Lovely spacious rooms with traditional decor. Very clean and well maintained. Hotel staff were very helpful and generally very friendly apart from the one security man who didn’t smile or speak and sometimes made us feel a bit uncomfortable! Bathroom was nice with a good powerful shower. Restaurant was great and reasonably priced, delicious food and good service.

We had a triple room with 3 single beds 2 beds were very comfortable, one was very hard and was like sleeping on a board which really wasn’t comfortable.

Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. It is situated away from the city center, but we preferred this.The trams are brilliant (and free for 65 years old and over), so it's easy to get anywhere.

Could be better cooked vegetarian choice for breakfast.

Breakfast was great, staff were great, my room was great and the view from my room was amazing (#602, your welcome!). I loved every single thing about this hotel/my stay. If I'm ever in Prague again, I'm staying at this hotel & in the same room. This trip took me to 4 countries, 6 cities and 8 hotel rooms = this hotel was #1, there was a 2nd place & the rest were duds that I would never stay at again. This hotel was also the lowest cost out of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of what to do and what tour's to take . The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff were also very friendly and chatty, asked for a Brandy one night and the barman brought it to me with the Brandy glass on top of a glass of hot water which brings out the flavor of the Brandy he said. It was just a nice touch and added to the experience.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from tram stops, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is beautiful, and the hotel has retained its original style while maintaining excellent cleanliness. The atmosphere is full of charm, the beds are huge and very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel faces one of the busiest roads in central Prague. While this isn’t an issue inside, it does make the surroundings less attractive when stepping outside. However, this doesn’t take away from the hotel’s great location.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Old town and transportation. Amazing breakfast with variety and well served. Very clean rooms but hall carpet was not nice and smelled humid. Convenient instant coffee , tea and kettle in room. Nice , clean bathroom with good shower. Transportation was kindly arranged by the hotel.

Water and ice were not daily provided in rooms. Mini bar barely chilled the drinks At the reception , just 1 lady was really welcoming , nice and friendly.

The rooms are lovely and spacious and all was very clean. We liked the location as it is around 20-25 minutes by walk from the main station and around 30-35 minutes from old town. We walked all but if you don't like that, the public transport in Prague is also quite good. The area still has a lot of good bars and restaurants around without being too crowded.

On booking.com it isn't super clear if the sauna and spa is accessible with or without fee. In fact there is an extra fee to use the sauna (we learned that only 5 star Spa Hotels offer sauna free of charge in Czech Republic). The breakfast was okay, nothing special and the breakfast area is quite cramped with other guests and hotel staff often standing in the way if the only walking pathways.

room was ok size. it was clean and staff was helpful and straight to the point. Good recommendations from reception staff for restaurants nearby. Helpful in arranging parking for my car also.

for total price paid, there shouldn't be any need to pay extras. E.g. to use spa (more expensive in itself than a nights accommodation), fresh orange juice for breakfast extra and not so cheap parking. Considering the price, these services should've been provided for free not as extras

Lovely staff, especially the day time receptionist. Super helpful and very friendly. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight and they made sure we are as comfortable as possible. Even opened the bar earlier for us to try their beer 😊 We loved our room, spacious and very clean. Great location, amazing breakfast selection.

We returned back to the hotel two days after we checked out for travels around Prague. We arrived back to the hotel at night and the night receptionist wasn’t as helpful and nice. We had a bit of an emergency situation and needed to book with the hotel for another three nights. There was availability but the receptionist was not helpful which unfortunately forced us to book elsewhere for the rest of the stay. Otherwise we would have stayed again.
