Like the hotel rooms and staff, specifically reception service. They were so helpful. And the hotel was really clean.

I really don't like the location. I was there with aged people, but the tram stop or bus stop was not that much closer to the hotel. It was around 10 min walk for normal young person but if you are with old people so they walk slow then younger ones. So it took around 20 mins to reach any connectivity. Breakfast was good, but I am vegetarian. So i don't have more options except breads, some fruits and tea, coffee, juice. Otherwise, the hotel was good and perfect.

The room has a fridge, kettle, free coffee and tea, and a safe. Room is very lovely except I was put in a room without windows. The AC is very nice. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very attentive and respectful. Location is secure and quiet. Easy to reach station. Hotel has a classic charm. TV had nice channels and programs. Had Netflix and Youtube which is a big plus.

I booked in euros, but they charged me in CZK. The additional tax per user is normally collected upon check-in, but they automatically charged that as well, which I wasn't really expecting. I was put at the top floor with no windows, which is a shame not to have the view of the city. It would have been nice if they could have asked me if I'm ok with no windows. The blinds for the ceiling window are manually closed or opened. Pillows were a little stiff, but I was still able to sleep well.

The room is very private, no noise at night and the main room is isolated from the hallway which helps with having a great night sleep. Also, not all hotels offer a standup shower and it was great to have this available.

The entrance is not ideal when you are carrying heavy luggage as there are stairs to get into the lobby and no one available to help. When booking for three people it will be great to have a more comfortable bed for the third person as it was like a hospital bed, offering a more comfortable mattress will be ideal.

I can say that I had one of the most beautiful experiences ever at this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. First of all, the staff was punctual and precise. The girl at the reception was very cheerful and welcoming, while the guys had a more serious-looking attitude. We had a problem with the heating in the room since they didn’t have air conditioning for heating, only a radiator. We didn’t have this information, so the room stayed cold until the girl at the reception helped us turn it on. After that, everything was perfect. The cleanliness in the room was 10/10. The hotel had a lovely scent of freshness and cleanliness. As for the location, it was perfect as well. The National Museum was 10 minutes away, and the city center was a 20-minute walk, which was the greatest pleasure for us because the streets were filled with beautiful, impressive buildings. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options. The check-in and check-out procedures didn’t take much time, and I was happy about that. There were hundreds of restaurants near the hotel with very reasonable prices and tasty food. The markets were also very close, and there were many great options.

What I didn’t like was the fact that we had requested a double bed. We even reserved a standard double bed and emphasized in every email and message that we wanted a double bed, but this was not realized. However, it wasn’t a problem, as we still had a great time, and Prague was fantastic.

The location was phenomenal: very close to the main square, a lot of brunch spots around. The room was adequate to the price and clean. The staff was very helpful, check-in and -out went smoothly.

The breakfast didn’t look like the photos, but I’d say it was still a good deal for the price. The room is smaller than what it looks like in the photos, but clean and comfortable. Make sure you find parking beforehand or call the hotel to reserve a spot — you’ll be in the heart of Prague, it’ll be difficult to find parking on the street.

The hotel looks like on photos. Our room was clean, towels were changed daily. Breakfast was delicious and the food offer was wide at the beginning and also at the end of breakfast. Staff was helpful (at hotel recepcion and also in the restaurannt during the brekfast). The hotel is very close to the centre of Prague (20 min. by foot to Vaclavske namesti or a few steps to the metro station- I. P. Pavlova). There are a lot of restaurants and cafés near the hotel.

The coffee in the restaurant during the breakfast was terrible, but this is the only one negative.

Hotel in a grand building typical of Prague. Central location, so the main tourist sites start around 20 minute walk from the hotel but there are also public transport options nearby. It's on a main street, but the soundproofing is good, so noise isn't a problem. Breakfast is good- there is bacon, eggs, sausages, salami, ham, cheese, olives, tomato's, gherkins, mini mozzarellas, fruits, cereal, yoghurt, coffee etc. The rooms are large, with high ceilings, comfortable beds. The bathrooms have showers with hot water and good water pressure. The staff was quick to provide us with an ironing board and iron.

This seems to be an industry practice and not something specific to this hotel. I was staying in the hotel with a friend, so I had specifically booked a twin room with two separate beds, but when I went for check in they only had double beds available which wasn't ideal. The staff was nice enough to find us a twin room for the last night though, so we moved to a room with two beds for the last night. It would be good if they can let you know before booking, so you can decide whether you want to book in this hotel or go somewhere else.

The breakfast was good, there were many options to choose from and it was freshly prepared. The staff was very kind and friendly. The location is somewhat central and relatively close to many points of interest and the main train station. The room is very clean and is supplied with a mini bar and a safe. There is daily room service (tidying the beds and changing the towels), and the do not disturb sign on the door is respected.

The room was on the upper most floor, so the heat in the summer is quite bad. The air in the room gets heavy quite quickly and the AC is somewhat loud - it gets uncomfortable. The windows are not to be opened, as per request of the hotel (written on the windows). The location seems to be close to the way that most police, ambulance and firefighter vehicles take, so you hear sirens a lot.

The stuff was very friendly, olso we had a great breakfast.

Some rooms have new tv's (smart). Our room unfortunately did not.

Location (not far from the City Center), the breakfast options were ok, the staff was very friendly and the price per night was also fine, for a 4 star hotel. The room had Smart TV, so we were able to connect to our Netflix account. The bathroom was very large.

Our room was a little cramped as we were assigned an attic one. The only window was on roof and we could open if it was raining. But the room does have AC. The room furniture was also a little old. But, for tourists that come to Prague to visit and enjoy the city, and not to stay in the hotel, these are minor details.
