Friendly, helpful. We didn't do breakfast.

Shower bath setup, to small and to low. Way too small bath towels. No coffee or tee facilities. Only one pillow per bed. Twin beds, although requested double/ queen. The Aircon did not work in 35 degree Celsius temperatures, at least the fan circulated the hot air.

Room was excellent and very clean. Beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms were amazing too. Breakfast was excellent. Lot of options other than regular eggs and sausages. Staff is very helpful and is available for assistance 24x7.

Ventilation in the rooms leaves a lot to ask for. The room was very hot and it took a long time to cool down. Hotel is not easily accessible by the public transport though. Nothing in the minibar. At least should have offered coffee and water in the room.

The staff was amazing,very helpful, professional,kind and knowledgeable. The room was great. The building was very nice,beautifully decorated. Very quiet room, the towels were changed daily ,and room was made every day. Good location,close to grocery store,museum,opera and metro station.

When we arrived ,we were provided the room without window and two twin beds instead booked double one. The shower was quite narrow and uncomfortable for tall people like we are to use.(189 cm) :) The breakfast was very limited variety( the same every day) cold and very poor options for vegetarians.(mushroom and beans) no fruits.

The hotel is excellent, the rooms are just like in the pictures – clean and comfortable. The location is great, the city center is just a few minutes' walk away. We will definitely book this accommodation again when we're in Prague. It's pet-friendly too.

The hotel should clearly communicate parking fees and pet charges on Booking right away. It wasn’t until the fifth message after booking that they mentioned the parking fee is €30 per day??? And that car keys must be left at reception?? Why? When we asked why anyone would leave their car keys with the hotel, the receptionist kept repeating that it’s hotel policy, without any logical explanation. Out of principle, we didn’t use the hotel parking but opted for public parking right next to the hotel, and everything was fine with that.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Assenzio in Prague! While the room was a little smaller than we expected, it was still perfectly comfortable for a family of two. The beds were fantastic — so cozy and supportive — and the room itself was spotless, warm, and very inviting. We especially appreciated how central the location was, with easy access to public transport that quickly takes you to Old Town Square and the city centre. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely loved the lounge decor, piano near the stairs and the stair case. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were very efficient. The location was very safe and easy to navigate. Good restaurants nearby. Tram line and metro within walking distance.

The room furniture was not as lavish as I expected. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I had to ask for extra pillows and an iron. But it is close to the hospital so sometimes you can hear an ambulance pass by.

The staff were great , helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff were very thorough and the hotel was spotless. We were only a short distance from the train station and only one stop away from the town. The breakfast was varied with something for everyone’s taste . It would have been lovely to have fresh croissants as well.

The only slight negative was It would have been good to have a kettle in the room when we arrived . We asked if we could borrow one a few days later and we were given one straight away . It would have been useful to know that this was an option . Also I don’t recall seeing that there was a fridge in the room which would have been useful to know beforehand but these are only minor .

We booked the room for relatives of ours who came to visit us in Prague. The location is very good, the room and the bathroom quite spacious, large tub in the bathroom. Modern furniture, the entire hotel looked recently renewed. The large double bed was very comfortable. 24hrs reception, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice for both salty and, especially delicious, sweet options. Good internet connection. Excellent value for money (visited in low season after new year's). Will definitely look to book it again, highly recommended.

Only missing things in the room were small side lights next to the bed, i.e. for reading. The room was a bit too hot due to centralized heating. The room was well sound-insulated from the outside street, however, some inconsiderate guests were quite noisy when coming back to sleep in the middle of the night; reported to the reception who were sorry and said would try to pay attention and remind about quiet hours incoming guests. Not easy to find parking nearby.

Really lovely staff, good breakfast and convenient location. There’s a lovely pizza place 5 mins round the corner, and it’s about a 20 min walk to the National museum and city center

The shower is awkwardly placed over the bath so there isn’t much standing room, the TV in the room is quite old and doesn’t really work (but would be easy to upgrade), and the double bed was just two singles made up and pushed together but otherwise comfy!

The staff at the reception are some of the best hospitable professionals you can ever meet. The room is comfy and clean. Daily tidying and cleaning is carried out properly. Hotel is really nice. Located in an affluent part of town with classic sumptuous buildings and wide streets. The pizza restaurant 5 min away is fantastic and stays open late.

Only that it is 8-10 min walk from the nearest tram/underground station.
