It was an amazing experience! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful; they explained several things clearly. The room was spotless, very clean, and spacious.

A person at the restaurant, who was not friendly, does not seem suited for welcoming and interacting with customers. The buffet is a bit limited.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were quite comfortable. Location is really good for exploring Prague by foot - like 20-30 minutes walk to all major attractions. Staff was very friendly.

Room was above rather busy street, so it was nearly impossible to keep open windows for some air during the night. As our car is wider than 180 cm (and couldn't pass the corridor leading to inner yard parking), we also didn't liked that parking space was kind of promised (our main criteria for choosing the hotel was free parking), but it turned out to be the question of luck if some parking space is available in the block. Staff at the reception was really trying to be helpful, but we still had the feeling of inadequate advertisement on this issue.

Very well positioned, close to the centre. Cosy and clean room. We loved the welcome bottle of wine and the fresh daily water. The staff was super nice starting with the reception and...finishing with the staff from breakfast. Alina, who also speaks romanian was wery helpful. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary and delicious. I definitely recomend the hotel especially for city breaks.

The time we spent here was not very hot but.. for the summer, I think it would be necessary to have an air conditioning.

Very lovely hotel, and amazing location 😊 staff were helpful with finding a parking spot.

The lack of an electric kettle in the room in order to make yourself a cup of coffee or tea. Tried asking to buy coffee in the reception since they had a coffee machine there, but were told that you can only get coffee by buying the breakfast and it was not possible to buy a cup of coffee separately.

Enormous breakfast buffet, with home made pastries, excellent. Very helpful staff at the reception Tariel and at breakfast Alina. Room furniture is a bit outdated, so is the carpet, but it is functional and comfortable, good value for money. We had a room in the attic, that was in 2 levels, till the very top of the roof, interesting. Welcome drinks and coffee/tea in the room are a nice perks. Great location for exploring the city. Hotel parking is small, but the hotel has arrangement with street parking all around the hotel.

Room would definitely need more lights. There were just ambiental wall lights and no main or reading light.

Hotel located near the City Center and averything can be reached walking, no car needed at all. Staff was extremly friendly, they showed us everything we needed to explore the city and provided us the necessery information. During my breakfast, I had a really nice supprize from the Staff especialy from Alina where she was so thoughtful to wish me a happy birthday. What a nice feeling, thanks Alina. Would recommend to anyone.

It was a really nice Option to stay in Prague! Spacious Room. Really friendly stuff which always there for questions of help. Especially Alina enlightened our days in the morning with her friendly, charming appearance during the breakfast. We will definitely come back for further Prague visits.

Thin walls, might be cause of the building or other guests but it’s possible to hear other guests through the wall

We were satisfied with the hotel. The staff is really very helpful. The hotel itself is in a convenient location. The premises are not new, but the hotel is cozy enough, there are no broken or non-working things. I would say very good value for money.

We got a room with windows facing a busy street. The windows are old, wooden, so it was very noisy. But we managed to change to another room with windows to the inner courtyard without any problems, so the problem was solved. Parking a car into the courtyard is problematic due to the very narrow entrance, a normal car either does not fit there or fits very, very hard. I had to look for a place around the hotel - the hotel will pay for a certain parking area. It is also very difficult to find a free place closer to the hotel. The breakfast menu is not large, the food was often cold. I would rate the quality as average, so for those who really care about a good breakfast, keep that in mind.

The hotel was really beautiful and clean, the receptionist was really nice and helpful. Also breakfast was delicious and Alina from breakfast area was really hellpful with choosing the best food from all variety of choices. Overall this was the best hotel from my journey around Germany, Austria and Czech Republic :)
