Our room, after we had paid 30 euro, for an upgrade. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Size of room . Bathrobes .

I had requested a quiet room, on 3 different occasions, as we were celebrating my birthday. The hotel replied, saying that they would do their best. Their best turned out to be a room, directly opposite the lift and overlooking the quite busy and sometimes noisy street. To be fair, though. I was offered an upgrade to a superior room, which overlooked the back and much quieter part of the hotel. It cost me 10 euro, per night , which I didn't mind paying. There is not much nightlife around the hotel. Only 1 tea bag, per night, and no UHT, milk, for tea and coffee.

Very helpful staff, helped us with every question we had about the city. Excellent breakfast, hot water at all times and room temperature just perfect even when the temperature outside reached -5 degrees.

It's the first time that I see a hotel charging “towels change €5”! Maybe it's just me, but that doesnt sound nice, especially when the rooms’ prices are normal and not low. It's not the amount, it's the mindset behind it. Also, just a recommendation that the breakfast could start a little bit later than 07:30 or last longer than 09:00, especially during the festive season where most people visit the city for leisure.

- The room was equipped with a TV, which was a nice touch for entertainment during my stay. - The bathroom was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable space. - The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. - The hotel is located in a relatively central area of Prague, making it convenient for exploring the city. - The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

- One downside was the breakfast hours, which were from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. This felt a bit too short, especially since many hotels offer breakfast until 10 or 11 AM. It's challenging for guests who prefer to relax and not rush in the morning, particularly when on vacation. - While the breakfast itself was decent, I felt there could be a bit more variety in the options available to cater to different tastes.

Honestly, an exceptional customer service and a wonderful staff. We arrived early to Prague and I had an important work meeting to take, so I decided to take my call at the hotel, and the staff assisted me with no problems and with total ease. The room was a very good size for the price, warm, and facilitated. They had all the amenities needed to assist your stay and keep you comfortable. The hotel was located strategically close to the center and public transport, a 10 minute walk takes you to the national museum and the state opera as well as the Prague train station. Out of all, the thing that stood out the most was the staff, each one of them was kind, attentive and remarkably hospitable. We enjoyed our stay at the royal court hotel, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Helpful staff; Can speak several languages; Nicely furnished room; Good hotel location, close to grocery store, public transport stop (metro and tram).

That only blackout curtains are installed on the windows, it is dark in the room during the day, there are no day curtains. They would be needed, because there is a hotel opposite, a house with various establishments. After getting out of the shower, I wanted privacy.

i think this is a 3 star hotel and i would say it is a good 3 star hotel. Room was basic but clean maybe a little small especially as we had a superior room but it suited our needs. hotel only has a breakfast room, no bar or lounge area. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of choices including hot food, cereal, meats, salads, cheeses and yoghurt and fruit. Staff were excellent and all spoke very good English. Good location for seeing Prague

Room was quite small for a superior twin and didn't really have a sitting area, no additional amenities like a bar or lounge area.

It's was my second time here - and it was just as my previous one - amazing! This place has great value for money and great facilities, but the real highlight is their staff - who's there 24/7 for your convenience, and would go out of their way to help you in a any way they can - especially the lady worker who worked on our departure date (22/07/25) - during the day, she has helped us so much with the questions we had and the luggage storage!

The location, the slanted roof, the window being openable and the comfort of the bed. The receptionists were also lovely and gave us a free shot of Czech liquor on check-in, and also printed a train ticket for us.

On the last night, there were very noisy people above us after 11pm. Not the fault of the staff, but I felt more could have been done to get the people to be quiet.

Royal Court exceeded my expectations! My first time in Czechia, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice of hotel - the staff were incredible (shout out to Zhaniya!), the beds were comfortable, the air con was cold, the showers were warm. I was very happy with my experience here!

The wifi went out for a bit, but staff had it working again within ~30 minutes!

Arrived early and the room wasn't ready but the lovely man stored our bags for us so we could go out exploring and gave us a welcome shot too of some Czech liquor. Came back at 2 when the room was ready and loved our room! Comfy bed with massive pillows, good TV, mini fridge, really high ceilings, and air-conditioning!!! (We'd just come from a hotel without so made a MASSIVE difference.) The room was large with a hallway/entrance before the actual bedroom and nice bathroom with good shower. A bit of a walk to some places but can catch and uber for cheap. Great restaurants with great prices around the hotel. Didn't have their breakfast but the set up looked good. All in all great time; thanks Royal Court!
