Our stay at the Superior Hotel was excellent. The location was ideal for reaching out all main planned items we wanted to visit. We were mostly walking to the site seeing and dining restaurants. Couple of times we used metro or tram to get where we needed to. Everything was really easy to find and reach. In the hotel we were really satisfied with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing, good choice of the products, always fresh food, amazing bread selection (I love bread and pastry and was very happy about the selection that was present there). Amazing coffee very tasty and different in a good way from what we have at home.

The mirror in the bathroom I did not like - it was really high in the wall I could not see myself in it. I am not tall person, but I do not know how tall you should be to see yourself in that mirror LOL. It was just one item that I did not like at the hotel in my room. Not critical at all so I did not mention it at the reception.

Central location, close to some very good sports bars. Close to metro/tram junction and able to get fast pretty much anywhere in the city from the hotel. Good breakfast and very good and efficient staff in the breakfast area.

Reception people reluctant to provide/explain why some service cannot be provided. Not a very big deal, but weird they discuss about the customer in their presence on how best to deny service, thinking I cannot understand them in Russian (I can understand, but cannot speak well). The sink was visibly cracked in the bathroom and bathroom shabby. The rest is ok.

The hotel was very nice, close to IP Pavlova metro station but also at a walking distance from Vaclaveske namesti (5 minutes walking) and the city center (10-15 minutes walking). We never used metropolitain during our stay. Central train station is also very close (10 minutes walking) and you can get the bus for/from the airport there. Breakfast at the hotel was continental, with lot of choice and also with some sweet choices. The room was right size, bath with a big shower, and cleaned every day.

The room was too hot, there where no A.C. but only a fan cooler.

I booked this hotel for my business trip in Czech. The location of the hotel is about 10 minute drive from the main train station, 15 minute drive to Charles Bride and 20 minute drive to Prague Castle. There is a heater, hot shower and kettle in the room. They have a nice comfortable size. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, hams, sausages, fruits, jams, butter, cheese, breads, pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk, muesli, boiled eggs and pickles. Hotel staff were helpful and they can speak English well. Glad to stay here for 4 nights. The reservation system by Booking.com allowed me to pay direct to the hotel on spot and that is very valuable for the money (200 something Euros for 4 nights - superb)!!

The wifi was very on and off. Very weak to super weak

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Prague. There are bars, restaurants, and markets nearby. The National Museum is about a 10-minute walk away, while the Main Train Station is a 20-minute walk. Public transportation is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. A leisurely stroll allows easy access to all of Prague's main attractions. Breakfast is decent and includes fresh bread/pastries, spreads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, fruit, and cakes, as well as tea, coffee, and juices. Valerie at the reception was kind and welcoming—a refreshing presence after a long journey. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. An ideal place to rest and get a good night sleep.

The hotel is really nice! The guy at the reception desk, his name starts in A (remember it but once during another travelling was asked not to mention the names according to some rules) was really very hospitable, helpful and friendly and provided the room even earlier - so thankful! The girls at the cafe were also friendly! Breakfasts were nice. The rooms are really clean)

The last night of my staying I needed some help with turning on the heating as it was cold. I telephoned the reception but my call was declined. I wasn't recalled. When I finally got through 30-40 minutes later, the girl answered she had seen I had been calling but had been "too busy" to answer me. It was pretty disappointing: at least she could answer and say she would recall or just recall. It would be nice to have a pair of one-off slippers as it's quite uncomfortable to relax and go to the shower, especially in winter.

Room was really clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast had a good quality and included in the room price. They were flexible about early check in, when the room had become available, and about storing our bags.

The location requires to take short public transport ride to from the center. The street is quite noisy at night and the room is so hot that you need to open the window. The shower drain worked slowly to the shower flooded a bit and the shower head was a cheap adaptation of a hand shower extension.

The location was not far from the centre- just a 20 min walk or tram ride. The rooms were clean and staff were always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was amazing and the service provided was great! The little rooftop garden was a nice touch and good place to hang out.

The 'double' bed was just 2 singles pushed together and the pillows were old and uncomfortable. There's no indoor communal space to hang out in or work from. The rooms are quite small and overrall it has a very old run-down feel to the place.

I like the location because it's near the transportation (bus and tram). And near the other Asian restaurants.which is nice for the traveler and that I am always looking for it because I always travel every 3months in my work as well.

I didn't like the response of the staff.when I told them the television is not working?she told me that I need to wait until tomorrow morning which is when I'm going out NXT day. honestly that's rude. I've only responded only okay I just wanted to watch the news only. If no one can't fix it tonight?no worries about it.but the lady told me?maybe they will fix it at about 10 pm. Thankfully they were fixed by 10 pm.

Hotel location is excellent, All visited objects are close, easily accessible on foot. Nearby metro station, railway station. close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a terrace. Delicious and filling breakfast. Services and friendly staff. The reception is open around the clock. The room is clean, cozy.

there is no teapot and a cup of coffee. It can be obtained at the reception for a €5 deposit. Inconvenient bathroom layout.
