Location is perfect - near metro station. Hotel is worth the price

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes—from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. The room was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who did an outstanding job each day. Her attention to detail and care made the room feel fresh and welcoming every time we returned.

The only downside of our stay was the poor Wi-Fi connection. The internet was often slow and unstable, making it difficult to browse or stream content reliably. This was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to plan our daily activities or stay in touch with family.

Our room was compact, located on the 2nd floor, but the internet was terrible — practically nonexistent. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything necessary: air conditioning, a fridge, and a full-length mirror. The bathroom was good and clean, but in my opinion, the shower cabin was inconvenient and seemed homemade. Breakfasts were quite good, and I was especially pleased with the fresh pineapples.

1. The internet 2. The shower cabin 3. In our room, the hangers were stained with something sticky, so I couldn’t hang my clothes. We didn’t mention it at the reception, and they also never asked whether we enjoyed our stay. I hope they read this review and clean the hangers.

I stayed for one night. The 24-hour reception is convenient, and there's an elevator. The room was spacious and equipped with air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The location is great — not too crowded and close to a metro station. Breakfast was rather good, with a variety of fresh vegetables, eggs, meats, and more. I also appreciated the option for late checkout at an additional cost, which I used.

The pillows were too thin, so I had to use both to get comfortable. The shower booth door leaked a bit of water, and the Wi-Fi was very slow throughout my stay. Additionally, the door to the room did not provide proper sound isolation from the hallway, I could clearly hear noises outside and had the feeling that someone was entering my room.

The value of a business is, of course, determined by the services it offers, but it is the employees who maintain that value through their dedication. Dragan, the Serbian front desk manager, gave me an incredibly warm welcome—even though he didn’t have to. He accompanied me while I parked my car and went the extra mile by saying, “Whatever you need, I’m here for you,” and he truly made me feel that way. I usually don’t write reviews, and I have stayed at many places, but I’m writing this so that future guests can experience this gentleman’s exceptional service.

There were no slippers in the room. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t request them, but it would be better if they were provided.

Everything was great.

The only bad thing was that there was no small cupboard where you could put anything on one side, so I had to put my glass of water and my phone on the floor, of course I couldn't charge it because there was no connector on the same side. The other thing was that there was no mirror in the entrance, so I always had to go to the toilet, of course it only gave a view from the waist up. (Plus I don't know, in the 4-star hotels I've been to so far, there was always a small fridge, here it wasn't, but it didn't bother me that much.)

I liked the room itself and the breakfast which is included! It's really diverse and tasty. There were scrambled eggs, vegetables, bread, fruits, bacon, sausages and much more! The stuff is also friendly and helpful. For instance, I asked for a kettle and two cups when leaving in the morning and in the evening it was waiting for me in the room with teabags. They also cleaned the room every day and changed towels. I highly recommend this hotel as a perfect stay in Prague near to the city centre.

Location is great, around 10 minute walk till national museum, 5 minutes till 22 tram and with that you can get to the Pragues castle and its easy to get to the hotel from the airport by buss amd then by metro. Breakfast was also good, we stayed for 3 nights it didnt change much, but still it was good and some few things was different from other morning.

Everything was okay, just that i wouldnt say its a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star. The room was okay, but the walls was a bit dirty and carpet had some few stains aswell but the bathroom was clean. All these things is more like a suggestions maybe to fresh some few things up in the room and it didnt bother us that much.

We liked the quiet neighbourhood, the wide variety of breakfast options and the daily cleaning service. There was also a leaflet in the main elevator informing us of the weather conditions for the next 3 days. The hotel was approximately 5 minutes away from the Red Metro Line, 15 minutes from the Wenceslas Square and about 25 minutes from the Prague Main Station, all by foot. All staff workers were helpful and professional.

Our room's bathroom didn't have ventilation, some window curtains were ripped and both elevators were annoyingly slow. Also, our room didn't provide a fridge. To be honest though, excusing the ventilation, the others were hardly a problem, I'm just mentioning them just in case they are important to someone else.

The overall state of the hotel was good. We had good room service everyday and we paid for the breakfast option, which was decent (several options, however nothing outstanding). The room was big and comfortable enough and we were not that far away from the city center and most nice stuff. If you enjoy your walks with your friend or partner this is a good option. Either way there is a subway station just right next to it. The staff was really nice (do not forget to have your passport on you if you're outside EU even with a residence permit!).

The hotel was a bit pricey to be honest but I believe it to be because of the start of the summer, so that everything starts to get more expensive. The bed was not bad, but the pillows were a bit weird for our taste (very big and square format). I would suggest the staff to pay more attention about cleaning the remote control for the TV!
