This hotel provided an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and truly stood out. A special mention must be made for Roy, whose outstanding service went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Roy's attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. We highly recommend this hotel and especially commend Roy for his exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction.

The loft apartment was amazing. Great value for money and very spacious. The location was excellent. It was on 2mins from the main square, pubs, shops and eating are abundant.

For a self catering apartment. There was no cooking utensils, pots and pans, microwave or even a toaster. Not even a tea towel for drying any dishes. The shower was in the bath, which was a deep bath. This left it being a large step to get in it. There was also no shower screen.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, had a great experience. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transport. The price was very reasonable for what was offered, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the rooms were. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Roy, who went above and beyond to assist me and always greeted guests with a warm smile – truly a highlight of the service team!

However, I do have one piece of feedback regarding the breakfast. When I arrived at the restaurant a little after 9 a.m., many of the breakfast items were already running low or gone. Some dishes, like the scrambled eggs, were not replenished, which was disappointing. It would be great if the hotel could ensure a full selection of breakfast options is available until the end of breakfast hours.

Central Place. Nice Staff! I got a very big room for a very fair price! Great and spacious bathroom. Comfy bed. TV set. Tasteful and traditional design. The hotel building itself is stunning! A nice looking pub and at least once good breakfast option just near by.

Nothing! (Well, maybe some more kitchen facilities. No pots or pans in the kitchen. And the hotel didn't have a breakfast option...So...)

Extremely spacious apartment with very high ceilings. Beautiful period decor in hallways and staircases. Spotlessly clean and even attended to on a daily basis during our stay. Very helpful staff - having previously arranged to store our luggage at the hotel after an early flight into Prague, our room turned out be already prepared and Roy was able to let us settle in earlier than expected - very welcome after an exceptionally early start from home! Great location within east walking distance of the Old Town but away from the bustle of the city and therefore in a a quieter spot.

The location was perfect, to the restaurant downstairs for a lovely drink or meal, walking distance to the old town or other sight seeing places to being very close to local cafes/bars and shops. We stayed in the loft suite and it was bigger than we thought, very lovely apartment space with outside terrace area

Whilst most things were perfect, the cleanliness could do with a little touch up. We found the sofa was 90% covered in stains and there was an ant/bug problem as they were in the living area and bathroom into the bedroom. Also no full length mirror but that is a personal touch for ourselves, nothing major.

The location was perfect, next to the metro and 15 min ish walk into the centre, great location. I came with two of my friends so the 3 of us all together and there was so much room- we thought we would have to share a bed but we had a bed each and there were 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed! we had the loft room and it was huge, really spacious, could have fit about 8 people in it ! Also brilliant value for money staying so close to the city, really good bars near by and a stone throw away from the museum! We were really happy with this place and there was a person on reception every time we walked past, they were all really helpful and attentive! We felt comfortable here, location was great, comfy beds and was all round perfect for a city stay hotel! Highly recommend staying here, I would stay here again in the future.

Only nitpicking because I can't really fault the place but the only thing id say is more kitchen ware in the kitchen area, we only had one mug- we didn't cook whilst staying here and probably could have just asked for more mugs at reception but other than that I can't fault the place ! .thank you again

Big airy apartment in a beautiful old building. The loft has so much space with an outdoor patio and kitchen, well worth the small upgrade! I liked the master bed, king size with comfy mattress and pillows. Effective AC units. Bathroom and shower was great, as were the housekeeping staff who tidied up each day and left us lots of towels. Excellent location for walking around Prague, and the staff were lovely.

The secondary bed in the loft was not appropriate for my 6ft friend. Its a bit of an afterthought, short and narrow and it got hot up there, and he was awoken daily by pigeons. 🐦‍⬛🖕🏼 It'd be fine for a kid but be aware if you're not planning to share the master bed.

Room and staff were all very good. lots of beds and space, odd but cute little courtyard and the location was excellent for both the nearby main train station - close but no noise and getting into town. We were just outside the main area so normally took about 20 mins walk to get into the centre / main clock. Lots of amenities nearby and grocery shop less than a minute away.

I got the apartment with a kitchen so we could do ourselves breakfast in the morning and maybe the odd lunch. Whilst the apartment hot a fridge freezer and a cooking hob there was ZERO things to cook with or use. No pots, pans, cooking utensils or anything of use. A few spoons, forks and a couple of plates. I don't really understand why they have a kitchen and quite disappointed. I certainly would have looked for a different place to stay if I had known this.

The room we was allocated was massive and felt like a private apartment rather than a hotel room. The hotel was conveniently located five minutes from the National Museum. The reception staff were helpful and professional.

We only asked the housekeeping staff to come in one day in our four day stay. The cleaner was put out that it was late in the day and barely straightened the room let alone cleaned it. A shame because everything else about the hotel was perfect.
