This room exceeded our expectations. It was so clean, very minimalistic in its styling which made it even more beautiful. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was huge! There was soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied which was very convenient and has been the first accomodation we have stayed in Europe where the towel hooks are not directly above the toilet! (We have stayed in about 15 different places on this trip so far) The bed was extremely comfortable and as the accomodation is in a courtyard, it was very quiet. We would most definitely stay here again!

The location was good, but it was a 10 Minute walk to get to anything and was on the top of a hill. We were fine with this but people that may not be as physically able may have challenges here. Additionally, we had to walk up or down a half flight of stairs to get to the elevator to get to our room. This only affected us when we arrived and left due to having the heavy bags. (You enter on a split level)

It was good value for money. Not too far from center. Everything was clean. Kitchen has everything you need to do some breakfast if you wish. Small shop to buy some small stuff is just next door. Backyard has nice tables if you wish to rest calmly during the evening. Shower had a shower gel and hand sope filled. Nice that when we arrived there was some tea bags and coffee cups available. Wifi and Tv worked good. And a restaurant Silver Tap nerbuy was aamazing pearl - recommend!

4 things to improve to get to perfect: A) lubricate the bathroom door. Since our kid was sleeping on the couch right next to the baghroom, every time you need to go to wc during night, that sound of the door wakes kid up. B) bring in a brush and a shovel. Once per week it would be good if we would be able to sweep the appartment. C) it would be better if towels could be changed one time in the mid of your one week stay. D) pillow variety with a firmer option would be cool to have . Available ones were very soft. But you can sleep on them.

The room was very clean. Nice rooms and nice building in general. We arrived at 12:00 pm yet the room was ready for checking in which was such a pleasant surprise after our very long flight. The day we checked out we could leave our luggage at the reception and take them back before our flight later that day. Such a convenience, really. The stuff was very kind and eager to help at any small issue that may or may not come up.

If I could say one thing it would be the space of the room. I imagined it bigger from the pictures online in the bedroom area

The location was great. The National Museum and the nearest subway station were just a short walk away. Using codes instead of keys was very convenient. The remote control of the locks also worked well. The patio was quite lovely. And the air conditioning came in handy.

Unfortunately, not enough cups were prepared. There were three of us, and we only received two cups, two glasses, two plates, and two spoons each. The sofa wasn't very suitable for sleeping. It was rather uncomfortable when unfolded.

Otaq geniş idi. Stol və 4 stul, ketl, kofe aparatı var idi. Hər şey təzə və təmiz idi. Çantalarımızı qoymağa yer olmasa da, Check in saatımızdan 1saat 45 dəq qabaq qəbul etdilər. Check in saatı biraz tez olsa daha yaxşı olar.

Biz 4 nəfər idik. Fincanlar 3, su stəkanı 2 ədəd qoyulmuşdu. Mesajda yazsam da, həmin mesaja geri dönüş olunmadı. Fen biraz işlədikdən sonra dayandı. Ütü istəsəm də, personalın binada olmadığını əsas gətirilərək verilmədi. Düşünürəm ki, personal binada hər saatda olmadığından lazımi əşyalar ya otaqda olmalıdı, ya da binada saxlanılan yeri olmalıdır ki, qalanlar özləri götürsünlər.

I was quite surprised, it was really great value for price. The location is just perfect. Old town is really close but you also have La Mouka (go there for breakfast) and CukrCafe (go there for unique Harry Potter experience) in close proximity. The room is better than some brand hotels I have visited. Staff is cool. We have never seen each other but I requested some help using online chat and they replaced our tv remote batteries and provided some utilities :) By the way there is also little cosy garden like space where you can sit and chill out.

Very central location, easy to reach all points of interest by walking (which is anyways better as there is quite some traffic in the city). The room itself was very spacious and nicely designed! Easy online check in process and I automatically got my access codes by 2:30 pm at the arrival date. The room itself was very clean. I reached out to the staff once (whatsapp) as I was not sure where to park the car. Even though they are not locals as it seems, they found a parking garage just around the corner, which was convenient.

Room was very cozy and tidy. It is close to the main train station (approximately 15 minutes of walk). Airport shuttle's route is from airport to this train station and it takes like 45 minutes. I guess its safe to say it is not located on a bad spot.

Room was clean initially, but there's no cleaning service daily. You can buy this service as extra though (I guess it was 30 EUR). Also there's no reception. I admit online check-in is very easy but I guess there should be someone you can contact immediately in case of a problem with the room. They were very prompt to answer whatsapp messages though.

The room was extremely tidy and clean, the slippers and shower gels were a nice touch, along with the coffee and tea. Communication was fantastic, we booked an extra night on a separate booking and reception arranged for us to be able to stay in the same room which was very convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wardrobe had enough hangers and it was great to have a safe and a fridge in the room. The shower was very nice and powerful, the whole bathroom overall was very good spec and also included a bidet. The location was very good for us, it is a bit uphill but not bad unless you really struggle walking. It felt very safe in the building, and walking from the centre, and there was also security there a lot of the time in the main hallway. There is an area for you to store your luggage if you arrive before check in hours. I've visited 7 other hotels in Prague, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

It wasn't exactly really early, but at around 10am one day the cleaners were talking loudly in the corridor, maybe the doors need to be more soundproof.

Very clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Good location, easy walking distance to the main attractions.

We forgot smth in the room when we checked out. When we returned only few hours later the same day we were not able to get access to the hotel and were not able to recover the forgotten item even after contacting the support team online.
