The room was very clean. Nice rooms and nice building in general. We arrived at 12:00 pm yet the room was ready for checking in which was such a pleasant surprise after our very long flight. The day we checked out we could leave our luggage at the reception and take them back before our flight later that day. Such a convenience, really. The stuff was very kind and eager to help at any small issue that may or may not come up.

If I could say one thing it would be the space of the room. I imagined it bigger from the pictures online in the bedroom area

Excellent location. Room was clean and well equipped. I had everything I needed, slept well and was able to navigate the city easily. My son is a student, living in Prague and he was impressed with the hotel.

Great value, convenient & quiet location close to main square & shopping district. Check in was simple & Sylvia on reception was super lovely, helpful & friendly. Our apartment was spacious & well equipped. Bathroom was spotless with rainfall shower, complimentary toiletries, fluffy towels etc. Complimentary tea, coffee water & extra bedding were provided. There’s a lift that takes you to your room & a lovely outdoor courtyard with seating.

There is no kitchen tap/sink so we had to fill the kettle & rinse dishes on the bathroom basin. The stairs in the studio between the living space & the bedroom are super steep so not great if you have mobility issues. Although the apartment was generally quite clean there were a few minor cleaning issues, the floor felt super sticky, especially on the bedroom. And there were lots of scuff marks on the walls, but generally the apartment was clean.

The hotel is located on what seems to be an exceptionally quiet street, windows closed it is practically silent at night. The room was a lovely size and the bed was very comfortable (quite soft if you like that) and the bathroom facilities were also great with a lovely waterfall shower head. Check in was super easy and I didn't have any issues with my key or pin, reception was lovely and very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Prague; it's a fantastic location, not too close to the tourist zones so you can find some amazing restaurants or cafes at a much better price than in the old town hot spots. Thanks for a great time!

The only down side for me was that the kettle in my room didn't seem to work, I didn't alert anyone to this so I'm sure reception would have sorted it if I had. There also no hand soap but I used my own so this wasn't really a big deal.

The hotel is located right in the city center - only 12 minutes walk from the main train station and only 6 minutes on foot to all the many attractions on Václavské námesti and in the Old Town (Staré Město). Still, it offers quiet* and large rooms that are perfectly clean and have everything you need during your (vacation) stay in Prague. The staff is very friendly. On the days of arrival and departure, you can leave your hand luggage with them for free all day to explore the city further. * ... Especially if you have a room in the back house after the small courtyard, which is a good place for chilling out after sightseeing.

During the Covid pandemic, the small breakfast service has been completely discontinued. So you can only get a small Nespresso coffee at the reception, but nothing to eat at all. However, the staff can tell you very good addresses for breakfast and lunch very close by. So you will definitely not stay hungry.

The location is great - just two tram stations from a shopping mall, 3 stations from Charles Bridge. The unit was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very, very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Generally, it was a great stay, but just a few things: The curtains do not provide a complete cover of the windows, the diagonal ceiling is a bit low in the rooms, and lamps near the beds could be nice. In addition, paying the city tax couldn't be done in the way they instructed us - we couldn't approach the room until a cleaner helped us with that.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, bathroom was nicely equipped with a fairly big shower and good water pressure. The hotel itself was generally quiet and has a nice 'garden' in the middle. Location is really super central, and for being so close to everything, the hotel had a surprisingly great price. Also they let you store your luggage directly in the office if needed, which is a big plus!

The staff/communication seemed a little bit ineffective. I asked via Booking and via the chat on H7's check-in site about instructions for late arrival, with no answer for several hours. Not sure why the site has a 'chat with us' feature, if it's not monitored...? I then had to call the hotel, as we were supposed to arrive later in the evening and still havent received anything. After explaining to the guy that we need the instructions, he replied with 'yeah I guess we'll send the instructions today' (mind you we were arriving in a few hours). I did like the hotel, it just seemed like maybe the workers need more training or better organisation.

I was on a 3 week tour of Europe and spent just 3 days in Prague and this was my favourite hotel during my whole trip! This was the most affordable hotel I stayed in Europe, yet somehow the best. Beautiful facilities, nice rooms, and even an elevator (rare for old European cities). Another rarity: free bottled water! The young man at the front desk was so kind and helpful with all our questions. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Prague hopefully one day.

I honestly can't think of anything bad about my stay! I wish I had longer in Prague.

The location is amazing, both close to the city centre and still a bit out, so it's not noisy. One of the famous pubs is in front of the building, some fast food chains in a walking distance.

The room wasn't clean, although we've been told it was going through cleaning when we arrived. They also don't have flip-flops, earbuds, washing caps, or shoe cleaner set. Literally nothing from small things that will make your stay more comfy. I was surprised to see the mini bar empty, although they've registered my credit card in advance in case I'd like to get from there. Like what? Cold air? Cleaning only once every three days - surprising for me, but let it be. In general, it is surely not a 4 star hotel in a way you perceive one from the guidelines. Decent place to stay, but not more.

Location is great, few mintues from I.P. Pavlova station. Room was pretty spacious, also bathroom unusally comfortable size for Prague hotels. Quiet place to rest in the middle of busy city life.

Communication prior to arrival was annoying at some point, recevied numerous messages about prepayment requirement which was not agreed in booking confirmation in a first place. This felt a bit stressful as possible cancellation was conditioned by prepayment that I was not able to submit via booking anyway & same kind of message again on arrival day when I received link for payment to be done by 6pm despite my confirmation of checkin in advance to be around 6pm.
