The property's location is good since it is near tram and metro station. It is near city centre as well as to supermarkets and restaurants which is beneficial for a solo traveler. The staffs were very helpful and accomodating. Thanks to Krick for offering the wellness package which I availed and it was the best to cap my Prague trip. The room was spaceous enough for me and the complimentary amenities are truly appreciated. (Full Toiletries, coffee machine and water heater, towel,robe,room slippers, hair dryer ). The room assigned was very safe for me as a solo traveler and it has a good window view. I had a good stay indeed.

There was banging noise in the evening due to maintenance probably but not bothersome as I come home late in the evening.

We booked rather late because of a short notice business trip. Nevertheless, we got a large room, it was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were there earlier than usual check-in time but our room was already prepared, and we were able to leave our backpacks in the luggage room in a locker after check-out. The staff was very very friendly and helpful! :)

The room was a bit old-fashioned and the windows were not well insulated, so we could hear the traffic. Due to the rather narrow curtains, it was not dark in the room even during the night.

The staff were very helpful, always ready to solve little problems like controlling the AC. The breakfast was very good and excellent value for money.

We were given a different room to the one we had booked, but on request we were moved to the one we had initially booked online. So that worked out. We were under the wrong impression about the spa facilities, expecting availability of treatments, like massage, for instance, which were not available on site. We tried to get youtube on the TV with our own UK account, but the signal was poor and streaming did not happen. So we could not see even 10 minutes of TV/film during our whole stay.

Upon arrival I was greeted at the reception desk by a very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable man. He explained the options for breakfast the next morning and asked if I would need help with my bags or any recommendations for dinner. The room was a single as I was solo travelling, I found it to be a a little small however the high ceilings really made this a non issues, the bathroom facilities worked great and were very clean. The water pressure was amazing in the shower.

Nothing to add here, I stayed for one night and had zero issues.

Charming rooms and very kind staff. There were loads of complimentary items such as drinks and food in the fridge and upon arrival I was offered a glass of champagne as a welcome gift :) The beds were also extremely comfortable! The hotel is about 15 minutes from the main railway station and it doesn't take long to reach the old town either. I stayed alone as a solo female traveler and felt very safe in the area.

The walls are a bit thin, so unfortunately I heard my neighbors whenever they played music or talked loudly and also each time someone took the elevator.

Located very close to the city center, which is a bonus. It's part of an old building and you can see that in the entry of the hotel, but it is overall clean and it provides you a cozy feeling.

1. There was a constant smell in the bathroom, but at least the bathroom has a window, so you could get fresh air easily. 2. The strangest thing it ever happened to us when serving breakfast: you were asked to take the plates in a designated place at the end of the breakfast - I only heard about such ideas in a cantina, not in a 4 star hotel.

Our stay in Miss Sophie Hotel was very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and beautifully furnished with quality toiletries. Room was equipped with everything one might need and even more! Nespresso machine with capsules (they refill it every day), hot water kettle and teas, mini fridge full of stuff free of charge, bathrobes, slippers, TV with various programmes like Netflix and Amazon Prime. The large bed is very comfortable, the second one (for one person) a little less but it is also OK. Breakfast is charged additionally and served in the hostel across the street, we didn't try it. The street itself is very quiet and peaceful. Location is in new town, pretty near to Vaclavske namesti (7 mins of walk), therefore, very convenient. Hotel has a wellness but, unfortunately, we didn't have time to try it. The rooms have a strict non smoking policy but there is a small terrace that is not covered, so be mindful of that in case of rain. Great plus is luggage storage where you can store your belongings on the day of check out. All in all, this is a great place to stay and would recommend it to other guests.

Noise through walls from rooms next door. pillows not comfortable. no bedside lamps. all lights went off and on simultaneously. curtain not filling window frame fully. not enough space for clothes for longer stays. odd location of tv.

Wow, this hotel was perfect for our trip to Prague. Wished we could have stayed longer! All the staff were exceptional, very friendly, and helpful. We want to thank Hassanien for all his help during our stay, you were very welcoming and gave us great suggestions of where to go in Prague! The room was immaculate and had everything we needed, the complimentary hamper was very appreciated.

Everything was perfect, we can’t wait to go back!

Great location in Prague. Bus and metro stops were also close by. Clean and warm room, with a spacious bathroom. Complimentary snacks were also very appreciated!

Everything was great but the only thing I could say is that the breakfast service was a bit slow. It seemed like there was one person working there who was cleaning tables, making hot food and refilling things. Because of that it took a bit of time to get a clean table and coffee. The breakfast itself was good tho!
