The room space, incredibly comfortable bed, cleanliness, bathroom and overall comfort were some of the best that me and my girlfriend experience. The support, hassle free entrance and remote check in are great. Numa supply with coffee pods, tea and adequate kitchen utensils. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with soap, shampoo, lotion and conditioner in bottles. The location is 15 min. walking distance to Vltava and the part of the river with boat restaurants and bars, 25 min. to the absolute city center. The area is rather quiet with options for dining and bars. Some small shops that work till relatively are also available.

Be aware when booking Large Studio with Kitchenette that it is an almost entirely underground and there is small covered windows so there is almost no natural light in the room. It would be not a big problem, if Numa properly communicated that fact when booking that room. They kind of misleading are showing a brightly lit room, but that it is not the case. Also for 4 days, there was not a single cleaning of the room, which for the quality of the property is not good. Lastly the lack of reception service enable people to be inconsiderate to the other guests, the room next to ours were incredibly loud, to the point of maliciousness when asked to be more quiet.

We have been travelling around Europe inter-railing and this was one of our favourite places we’ve stayed. The location was great! Only 5-10 minute walk to all of the action (5 mins from Wenceslas square) and the apartment was so clean and comfortable. Using a passcode instead of a key was super useful!

The TV didn’t really work (only limited programmes). We felt this was a waste as the TV was so big - would’ve been great to have the option to watch Netflix etc but being picky). The shower was also difficult to figure out so maybe some instructions would be appreciated.

Very spacious, clean, great location for the tram. Very comfortable large bed (super king). Excellent shower. The luggage store was very convenient and easy to use. Attention to detail is evident with things like shower products, hand lotion, coffee station. Fantastic value for money (about 55 pounds a night when we stayed). Chromecast for streaming. Super easy check in and keyless throughout the building made it very convenient.

It didn't bother us, but when I was checking the app the room tidy was always unavailable for next day (they only do it once a week unless you request it at extra cost). Late check in was also unavailable despite the ability to lengthen the stay. We didn't cook but for anyone interested in using the kitchen it might be worth adding some basics like salt, pepper etc.

The apartment was excellent, great size, excellent location and everything you would want in an apartment when on vacation. The laundry on site was an added bonus. It was only a short walk to a main tram stop on the line that takes you to all of the main attractions in Prague. Communication was outstanding right from the day of booking through until departure, I even received a message advising that the apartment was ready should I wish to check in earlier. There was ample tea/coffee/milk provided/available, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size. Will definitely stay here again.

The only fault was lack of air conditioning, being an older building, the apartment did stay quite cool, but it started to warm up after a few days of 30 degree plus temperatures. There was a fan in the apartment that helped with that, particularly for sleeping at night but air conditioning would have made it just that little bit better.

Good size apartment fully equipped with necessary amenities. Public transportation and a supermarket are within walking distance.

The TV is not smart, which was quite surprising for a modern flat. Carrying large luggage can be problematic as a steps need to be climbed to access the lifts. During my stay in June 2025, there was construction work outside the hotel, causing significant noise from early morning. I would expected NUMA to inform clients of this before confirming bookings. A bigger table will be appreciated as it too small for two persons. I found the bath experience unsatisfactory due to the process of switching between shower water and tap water.

Reservation and check-in were very easy - Numa kept in regular touch and texted very clear instructions on accessing and entering the building. It's a sweet building, nicely maintained, in a nice neighborhood. The apartment is very simple but had everything we needed. Loved the balcony in back that overlooked a small green space; lots of birdsong. The yoga mats in the front closet were a nice touch. And we appreciated the refillable bottles of soap and body lotion in the bathroom. Really impressed that the lobby has lockers where you may leave your luggage if needed. We would definitely consider Numa again when booking lodgings in Europe.

Just a word to the wise - like most places in Prague, this place has no air-conditioning. I imagine it could get uncomfortably hot in the summer. However - if you just open the bedroom window and the entry door, you get a nice breeze that quickly cools the place off.

Although I had some emotions related to the lack of front office or a human presence from the hotel, everything was ok. The electronic system worked perfectly. I loved the luggage deposit, this helped us a lot on the first and last day. The hotel is located in a quiet area, although it is quite central. One morning the garbage truck made quite a lot of noise at 6 a.mm, but that is independent of the hotel.

I think air conditioning is already becoming a necessary facilities. It was the end of August, but it was very hot.

The accomodation gave us the door code upon arrival day.
