Everything was great. I really loved the format (I mean that you don’t see much the hotel staff). The design and location were just lovely too. Definitely recommend to stay here. Personally I will do so again in my further trips to Prague (as well as book other numa’s places in other cities for sure). P.S. special thanks for the REN cosmetics, which are provided in the room! It is really good quality and there’s definitely no need for a traveler to bring their own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.

The distant connection you have through the app and the WhatsApp works great, but pretty slow (in terms of speaking to a real person, not a bot). For example, I booked a later check-out and payed for it in the app, but the WhatsApp bot continued reminding me in the morning of the leaving day that I should go at usual time (then telling me that my late check-out booking was not confirmed (you don’t see this info nowhere in the app)), and the connection to the agent (real person) took about half an hour, which was pretty stressful in the moment back then. It would be much better if this feature was fixed in the app and the bot, and the connection to the real person was faster in such situations.

I don’t give a 10 rating lightly. But there was just nothing I could fault nor could I find things they could improve on. All the small and well thought through details, really made the stay one of the best we’ve ever had. From the free coffee machine pod + refills, to the terrace, to the pepper and salt sachets, and free storage lockers. It was pretty much a perfect stay. Close and in walking distance to all the attractions. Great communication.

I always try to find something constructive. So, if I had to pick something, all I can say here, is that it wasn’t clear that the *laundry* provided free refills to all the room extras such as coffee pods, tea bags, toilet paper etc. We only found out when one of the cleaners told us. But really, there wasn’t anything not to like.

Location was perfect, Astronomical Clock was in 10m walk and everything was in a walking distance whatever you have to see

The room was a lovely design and had all the necessities needed.

Is about a 20 min walk into the centre, so is close but just be aware that there’s a hill on the way back from centre back to the hotel, so if you don’t like walking up hills it’s not for you. Haha but overall a brilliant hotel for a stay in Prague.

The location is ideal! On a quiet street & in 5 mins you are in the city centre, the metro is also 5 mins away. Check in was digital & very easy. The building is beautiful & spotless, it’s really lovely. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The bed & pillows were perfect. The room had everything you need & the bathroom was great has a great shower. The water, ear bud’s & chocolates were a nice treat.

The room is in dire need of more lighting. The main ceiling light is by the bathroom door & is very dim. You are reliant on a desk lamp for light. It’s a pity as the rest of the room is really beautiful & so comfy & clean

We loved the apartment. The location is amazing - just 10 minutes by foot to the Prague centre. You are close enough to be able to walk everywhere, yet with some privacy and peaceful relief from the tourist crowds. The apartment has a kitchenette, albeit a very small one, with a decent fridge and a nice coffee maker. The AC was perfect. You can get fresh towels, bed linen, and coffee pods from the common areas which were great. There was non-stop hot water which can be an issue for Prague and the digital check in was a welcome feature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at numa and would be happy to stay with them again in some of the other cities where they have similar apartments.

The carpet looked very old and got dirty almost immediately, even though we weren’t wearing shoes inside the room. The bathroom needs a shower curtain as it gets flooded when showering. The room could use a paint job.

very nice, clean and fully equipped room (with little kitchen incl. coffee machine, microwave, etc). bed was comfortable and clean. the location was great with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. furthermore it was very close to the city center which can be reached easily by walking. checkin and checkout were simple und without any problems. overall, very recommendable!

Lovely place very clean and tidy, great location

The property is in a fantastic location. It's just a couple of mins away from Charles Square and the metro station there so getting from to an from the airport is easy and it's easy to travel around the city. It's about a 15 min walk to the old town. If you're interested in Operation Anthropoid, the Church of St Cyril and Methodus where they made their last stand is about 5 mins away. The rooms were clean and well-equipped and the bed was really comfy.

The position of the lights in the room was a bit strange so it meant it was quite hard to see the kitchenette! However, I wasn't using it much anyway and I could just use the light from my phone so it was a very minor inconvenience. Otherwise, everything was good.
