We stayed at this hostel with a friend in early April, and everything was absolutely great. Vladimir is an excellent receptionist, guide, and just a wonderful person. The room was clean and didn’t have any unpleasant smells (we booked a four-bed room for two people with separate beds). The bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. The showers and toilets were spotless. The overall atmosphere was unique but very pleasant and calm — I’d even say harmonious. The location is perfect — right next to a restaurant with its own brewery and a tram stop just across the street. Thank you, it was awesome!

Absolutely loved the treehouse design - it was the reason we chose it. It's so unique. We stayed in the Dita room, so had our own bathroom and kitchen, and they put a fridge in our room. The beds were really soft - perfect after long days of exploring. The location was perfect and the tram stop is directly outside, which was great. The staff are lovely and helpful and the hostel is so quiet. Our room was lovely and warm, which after spending all day in -6c temperatures was very appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.

The hostel is wonderfully located in a historic building, just a short stroll from the old town. Our apartment was spacious enough for four people, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light. Although the room wasn't quite as glamorous as the photos suggested, and the shower curtain was a bit worn, it was still comfortable. The shared kitchen was okay, though the sponge and sink could have been cleaner. Despite these small issues, the hostel has a fantastic atmosphere with unique decorations. The reception staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. All in all, we recommend this place for its perfect location and budget-friendly price.

The owner is extremely nice and has clearly put his heart and soul into his hostel. It was clean and cute. It is within walking distance of the historic district and has easy public transit access. It was definitely one of the most affordable options in the area.

The parking (2 spaces), is through a very small tunnel that you should NOT try to drive a car through, even if it technically would fit. If you insist on parking a car there, let Vladimir drive it in for you. The surrounding businesses are not considerate of the guests at this or other hotels in this spot. They are very loud very late at night and blocked the exit from parking in the morning with large quantities of chairs.

Great customer service by the staff who always went above and beyond to accommodate. Had no issues what so ever and really enjoy my stay. Will definitely come back and use the same place. Highly recommend to all families and friends.

Spacious room, great convenience with kitchen and washrooms. Great value for money.

The room had a slight musty, dusty smell like sweaty teenagers had been hanging out there after sports practice. Also, the shower head had major problems staying put, making showering a much more difficult process

Vladimir was an excellent host, full of useful tips on both what to visit, where to eat, and where to park. Our room Dita was just perfect for what we needed and expected. The location is great, at walking distance of the city center. Plenty of places to shop or go for brekfast/coffee around.

Kitchen pots in the room didn't work on the induction in the room so we needed to borrow pots from the common room which made us feel uncomfortable since we thought others might need them. Also, there was a major lack of cooking salt at the place, but that was just a fun fact more than a problem. There were plenty enough of the salt lamps though ;) If you have a problem sleeping you will have a problem with a bed situation at Dita apartment, be aware it's just matrasses on the floor, so as a piece of friendly advice to fellow travelers chose another room/apartment. Also the shower hose and the shower head need replacing, they are a bit run down.

Fantastic value for money in a central location, very clean!

For the price, everything is at really good quality. Of course there would be things that could be better (private bathroom being in the room instead of outside for example) but for the price nothing to complain

The design of the hostel is exceptional and nice, not only the rooms, although the corridors and bathrooms are really great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, there is a tram stop next to the hostel. Even if you stay central, the room is quiet. And the temperature in the room was pleasant, even if it was very hot outside because the walls are quite thick. There was a shared kitchen, so I even could use parts of a fridge and the washing machine. Wi-Fi was working fine.
