The hotel is very centrally located, there are several tram stops closeby, which was great for sightseeing. There is also a number of good restaurants, bars a supermarket in close proximity. The street is very quiet. We had a room with a nice inner courtyard view. The room size was perfect for us, the bathroom was also big enough. The breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, but the food quality was good. Alle the staff was very nice. We had a great stay at Novoměstský Hotel.

There is no AC, just a fan. The fan did actually do a good job, as good as it gets when the outside temperature reaches above 30 degrees Celcius.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient right in the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Irena. She was so kind and welcoming, truly one of the best people we encountered during our trip. From the moment we checked in, she made us feel at home. She also let us leave our luggage at the hotel even after we had checked out. She’s definitely an asset to the hotel and a great example of excellent customer service. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was also very good. A big thank you as well to the gentleman who let us stay in the lobby for two extra hours after we checked out, as our bus was delayed. We were able to leave our luggage and rest comfortably, which really helped, especially with the train station nearby. It wouldn’t have made sense to book another room just to wait for two hours, so we truly appreciated that gesture. If I visit Prague again, I would definitely stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to others. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience!

Everything was perfect!

Very well located, in close proximity to restaurants, shops, Old Town Christmas Market. Very good and varied breakfast, Room was satisfactory, as described , and the reception staff very helpful.

Maybe to describe better the access inside the hotel: it has an elevator, but it is not mentioned that you have to climb one, kind of long and steep flight of stairs to the reception area, and then another flight of same kind of stairs to get to the elevator. Not to mention that on every floor, the elevator access is actualy in between floors, therefore got to either climb, or descend one flight of stairs.

Very nice place, great location. The room has everything you need (for a short stay at least). Everything was clean and in order. The staff was nice also (except one person).

The terrible attitude of the receptionist who checked us in. He was very arrogant, rude, and unapproachable. Although we really liked the place, and we where lucky enough to have to deal with him only once, the experience with that particular person for us was enough to make us not want to return there anymore.

breakfast was sufficient and fresh every day. scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages, cereals, jams, fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, toast and other breads, sweet pastries, juice, coffee - don't need anymore than this. very clean and efficient service

it was good overall and can't really complain, but it would be nice to have different kind of eggs, i.e. fried or soft poached eggs, cooked bacon, pork & beans, stewed tomatoes, quiches, etc. after 10 days it would be nice to have more variety of the "cooked" breakfast. also, first couple of days, it was nice that there were chairs and tables outside so we could sit there. also there was a small restaurant we really enjoyed the first couple of days, but the rest of the week it was closed for holidays and always closed on the weekends, both Saturdays and sundays. the first day we did not order food but were looking forward to enjoying a meal there because it looked good, but unfortunately it was closed after the first day...

Very, very nice and helpful receptionists! Comfy beds, very clean room, a bit oldfashioned though. Location just perfect. Quiet street, but so close everywhere. A nice park just across the street. Great restaurant downstairs. A small supermarket just round the corner.

Breakfasts were a bit boring and monotonous. Be careful about the juices- they are extremely sweet (we mixed them with cold water). Small bathroom with no space to put your things.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. Breakfast was okay; it had some good options but didn't stand out as exceptional, though it was sufficient to start my day. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area, and it was quiet at night, allowing for restful sleep. One downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable during warmer nights; however, the room itself was a nice size, providing ample space to relax. Overall, for a budget hotel, I would recommend this place if you don't mind the lack of A/C and are looking for a comfortable stay with great service!

Those oversize pillows were not comfortable, and no air conditioning. Mini bar fridge did not work, and the internet was pretty bad.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to all public transport, just a 5-minute walk from the local national museum, and a mere 4-minute stroll from the river and traditional Czech shops. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's architecture, the attentive staff, and most of all, the kitchen staff who serve a delectable mix of traditional and international breakfast options. You can even savor a cup of English tea 🍵 🤪at breakfast! The chefs, housekeeping team, and receptionists are highly professional. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and immaculately clean. The receptionists are fluent in multiple languages, so there's no need to worry if you don't speak Czech – you are in the right place.

Excellent central location, friendly staff able to communicate in multiple languages, historical building quite pittoresque and clean premises. The architecture matches the vibe of the city.

It's a solid old school 3-star hotel where it's challenging to add extra facilities e.g. air condition or automated key locks. For a 3-day stay it is a great choice. If someone is looking for a more advanced luxurious city hotel, they may not find this accommodation suitable.

We loved the building. The location was great. Quiet and close to the main sites. (like 10 min walks) With nice pubs in the surrounding. Staff was helpfull. We asked for a pickup at the airport. That was easy to arrange. Breakfast was ok. The room is too small for all the people in the hotel so come early or late. Everything was provided. Fruits, yoghurt, muesli, coffe, juice, cake, eggs, bacon, ... I would come back next time. We were here with friends and had a really really good time.
